Expensive for a medium quality service.

Amazing place on the Guipuzcoan coast. We were greeted at the front desk in an amazing way. There was everything to choose to eat at an affordable price a menu of the day for 12o huge.

Hotel with a fantastic location to enjoy Zarautz. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. That weekend you could not access the parking due to the cycling tour of the Basque Country, data that communicated in advance. They were trying at all times that the inconvenience of the infrastructure that had to be deployed because of the cycling race will not cause us any inconvenience.

The Hotel was very good and the room was very nice and the rooms were spacious and bright, however on one of the occasions I touched an individual that looked out onto a much darker and smaller inner courtyard. The bathrooms were spacious and clean, the breakfast more than correct, and the reception staff just lovely. I take away a star for its parking (very small), and for not having showers when you return from the beach to remove the sand. In spite of everything it is a good option.

It is a very old hotel, you need a facelift inside and out, from the room you can hear people passing through the street and also hear the footsteps of people going down the aisle, because the floor is wood and makes a lot of noise. The room was spacious and clean.

The Hotel was very nice and the room was very good. We went cold in the morning because they disconnected the heating at night.

Old Hotel that allows pets. The location is very good but the facilities leave a lot to be desired. Every person who moves is heard a lot of noise, as if the walls were paper. In the room I stayed the cistern did not stop making noise, having to close the water key. In short, one night you can't sleep because of the noise from the adjoining rooms and the cistern. Not recommended to rest and sleep.

It is a hotel old but pristine. We slept beautifully. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet very varied. The parking is very small but as it was winter there were parking nearby without OTA.

Clean and well placed hotel. Located close to the beach and with private parking, it has many advantages. The menu, of a reasonable price, is very varied, hearty and well prepared. Like many hotels in Spain, there is no soundproofing and it must be very difficult to rest in the summer season when the hotel is full.

Hotel emblematic of Zarautz. It is a very well known three star in the area. It is in one of my main accesses of the village, a little far from what is downtown but almost better because it is in a very quiet area and to the center you arrive in a few minutes walk. The receptionist is very friendly and the cafeteria is small but cozy. It is a classic building with modern touches and is located near the Long Beach but not on the front line.

For 38 euros The room is ok bed not very comfortable and small but for one night it made the case very well located but then the restaurant IMPOSSIBlE next to the canteen is the Gourmet restaurant serious The menu is infamous everything is frozen we serve you three Soft fries As an appetizer we had an egg with fries if so seriously here is the staff super friendly there is no say.

Very good quality price, we went with a baby and they behaved very well with us and the breakfasts pretty complete. By putting a but maybe the mattress would have to be a little more comfortable.

Restaurant: We went to eat in the restaurant, opted for the special menu (starters + main + dessert and coffee) The deal and service was excellent as well as the food, I recommend the squid rolls in calamari ink, both the meat and the fish were Exquisite.

Very nice hotel from outside entrance hall nice and spacious even very classy. The room 408 very nice with polished parquet floor very clean. A small fridge is available. The bathroom was a little bit old but very clean. Only downside to the street noise and the pee, poop from the room neighbors. Very bad insonorisatiin. The staff excellent and very listen. On the other hand the restaurant: it is really not possible to serve this has customers. The entrance was correct but from the flat c the it gets very severely degraded. Accompaniment of the dish of the chiffon purée to drink has the straw…

Impersonal Hotel with bad beds and pillows, you will hear everything from the other rooms, also from the street.

We didn't go in the bathroom, the narrowness of it.

It's more of a bad pension than a hotel.

Had lunch with my family on a Saturday. Simple but well cooked food, good size and a very reasonable price for a Saturday menu. Quite nice dinning-room, and friendly staff. Easy access by wheelchair.

Nice staff. Stale hotel, had a rather unadorned room to the backyard which was OK to stay. But I would not have had to linger longer here either. The location: On a main road, but near the beach, on foot only 5 min. Beautiful beach. So if you are not demanding and need a few days on a beautiful beach, if necessary. With excursions to Bilbao, San Sebastian or Pamplona, this is suitable if the price is right.

Between the door and nothing more I found a person preguntadome if he wanted to stay or have a drink. I told him to take something and took me to a room to eat. The food was exquisite.

My intention was to stay at the hotel but I did not by the rudeness and bad way to treat me as a client of the lady who is at reception. Not recommend to anyone that is host in the by that it first in an establishment is the good treatment to the customer, but is starts by there the rest gives equal.

Hotel to reform from the top down, old furniture, beds uncomfortable, bathroom more than 40 years, small tv, buffet unfortunate, parking laughable. You do not deserve your ***, maximum 2. My rating is 1 star because you have to put something, if not it will be 0.

The beds squeak; the mattresses are torn, with spring almost in the air. But what is more shameful and unfortunate is that dare to qualify the restaurant as "gourmet". Rice reheated several days, with seafood of course dry and in a poor state. A schnitzel fried in rancid oil of a thousand uses, and potato chips soft and reheated. I'm from Zarautz, but a couple of times I have stayed at the: is the reference Hotel in Zarautz. Well located, 3 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes walk from the town. The dining room goes by seasons but the menu has good price, is a matter of right. In low season there are very good promos and on their website, they have good prices. Sometimes they fall short of parking spaces.

Charming hotel. Very friendly staff and both the room and the bathroom clean. Very good breakfast buffet. A hotel to recommend and 10 minutes from any point of interest of Zarauz.

This is my absolute favourite hotel for my frequent business trips to the aerea. It is close to the beach, totally quiet, the rooms are charming and the owners so war and welcoming that it seems you come home every time. The price/value is unbeatable.

We have been this weekend and sientiendolo much, the only thing good that has the Hotel is location, exquisite treatment by employees and the clean bathrooms. Loud, hear traffic and everything is done in the rooms that are stuck together, badly decorated rooms, soft beds with old bases, acceptable breakfast. When where is a good investment would be fantastic. But.
