Lovely small Hotel about an hour outside Bilbao. Lovely location overlooking the sea, comfortable rooms, hotel with a swimming pool. Owners are very friendly and would highly recommend.

The reception was very familiar and pleasant but little by little the confidence led to unpleasant and nosy to ask us about things I had seen on the internet and on our profile.
And after 5dias it touches leaving the room and we were in the garden hammock and told us we had to leave the facility at 11 or 12 in the morning, being the hotel busy with few guests.

Totally agree with the comment of Ana Rufus. Very nice site, very poorly managed by the property. Bad heating system with the excuse of using geotèrmia. Almost cold water in the evenings. And the worst, she, Bad manners, and invites you to March as soon as you complain. They do not change the sheets or towels, almost parental control of your actions, and only saves the breakfast, which is not cheap but is of quality. It's a shame the deal is so lousy and overwhelming. Would never return, in fact canceled a day before, all to communicate that not desayunariamos the next day, invited us to call booking to cancel. Amazing that these things happen today, but true. I wish you the best luck for your business.

One of the most technological and modern hotels I have ever seen. Complete with everything. Good breakfast Swimming pool and the possibility to book a room with a sea view. Wow.

Great hotel with a magnificent view over the Bay of Biscay. The rooms are nice, good and clean. Make sure you take the breakfast! Best of all, their a balcony from where you have a great view for sunrises.

Sitting in the Chair the terrace contemplating the peskeros with their lit lamps to attract fish in pronunciation overnight, the murmur of the sea fighting with rocks is the sound k perceive on this beautiful night
If in this blatant terrace you rise into the sky your eyes observe you star k never thought k were if you also ask Iztxia k you turn off outside lights, never open seen stars as I have seen them.
A good room, good breakfast and excellent attention makes k return again to visit this hotel with its people.
