Excellent choice if you come with dog. You're welcome. It is very well located and close to the port where there are amazing places to eat a grilled turbot. I recommend this hotel.

This elegant property on the edge of the cliffs of Gazteatape beach certainly breaks with the typical image of a beach hotel that by default usually comes to mind. Impressive is the word that defines the gothic tower that houses the Hotel Saiaz Getaria, a fairytale place that presides over a cove of fine sand that kisses the Cantabrian brave. Its rooms with castle airs invite you to live sunny days in a noble way in a very Guipuzcoan atmosphere. If you want to combine beach time, good gastronomy and some rural tourism, this is an excellent place.

Tiny village, just West of San Sebastian with its own port, and two Michelin starred restaurants and several Pinxtos bars. Low key, and situated between San Sebastian and Bilbao. So easy access to many locations. The hotel is a bit difficult to locate, and the street entrance is one narrow lane that is bidirectional. If you have a medium car or larger, your in trouble. Park in the town and walk… maybe 250 meters. The hotel itself is super quant and has a wonderful feel about it. Small number of rooms. Ours is the one pictured, so views are stellar!

Great view to the sea. The rooms are very nice and design. Very friendly staff. Breakfast (optional) buffet type well served. The natural and freshly squeezed (delicious) orange juice. The only cons (understandable by its location in the historic center) is the lack of parking on the property. One should look in nearby places but it is worth the hike! An experience not to let go.

Alright, it's a bit pricey for what I'm used to but you do get a lot for your Euro, the town is lovely and the view from our room was spectacular. I'm always ready to move on, but I seriously thought about spending another night here.

Hotel Saiaz is a beautifully warm and friendly-family run business with amazing sea views or street views from a 15th century guard tower in the gorgeous town of Getaria on the Basque Country coast 1/2 hour drive from Donostia-San Sebastian.

It doesn't matter that my room is not given to the sea. The terrace of the first floor available to all customers was a pass.

We spent a weekend on it, and we can only say is an excellent hotel, excellent as the treatment.
A charming place com a wonderful, view where you can both rest as you explore the wonderful surroundings.

Spend a night in the suite and it was amazing, this care up to the last detail in relationship quality price of the best hotels that I have been. Only a snag, the shower was not working but I can not complain of nothing more with the views that have room everything else you forget. No doubt it is a hotel to visit and recommend.
