Pension Andoain

Private parking is not mentioned; however, guests note that parking can be easily found in the vicinity of the building. The staff are ready to help and advise on suitable parking spots, including those for buses.

Guest opinions regarding the staff are sharply divided. Many praise an employee named Ainara for her exceptional kindness, attentiveness, and willingness to help, even going as far as stepping outside to find guests who had lost their way. However, there are also extremely negative reviews: some visitors describe the administrator as a rude, unpleasant, and tactless woman who behaves inappropriately with clients and ignores their requests.

The possibility of a late check-out is mentioned in the reviews. One guest noted that they were able to check out by 1:00 PM, which allowed them to avoid rushing and was viewed as a significant advantage.

Reviews regarding sleep comfort are contradictory. Some guests write that the beds are very comfortable and the mattresses and pillows are of high quality. Others complain about the poor condition of the furniture, specifically the absence of slats in the bed base. There are also complaints that the furniture and fixtures are worn out and require updating.

The cleanliness situation is rated differently. Some guests consider the rooms to be very clean and fresh. At the same time, others report a catastrophic state: the presence of hair in the bed, trash under the bed, dirty floors, and even mention insects and the smell of dogs. There are complaints that the cleaning is superficial, using only air freshener, and that bed linens are not always changed on time.

The heating system has drawn criticism from some guests. One visitor claims that the heating (calefacción) effectively does not work, despite the staff's assurances, and the room remains cold.

Many guests are dissatisfied with the condition of the showers: there are complaints about poor water drainage, which can turn the bathroom into a "pool," as well as broken shower fixtures. The bathrooms and sinks themselves are described as extremely small and cramped, which makes hygiene procedures difficult.

Most guests characterize the rooms as very small. They are described as "alleys" or "gnomes' rooms," where space is extremely limited, especially if there are two beds in the room.

The atmosphere is generally quiet, but the property is not recommended for everyone on business trips. One guest who stayed here for three weeks for work categorically does not recommend this option due to very poor conditions, limited space, and unsatisfactory service.
