All clean, very spacious. Cozy reception, with a cold water soda with fruits and mint, which is greatly appreciated with the high temperatures of Zaragoza at the end of July. Upon arrival in the room the air conditioning on is a very pleasant welcome. Clean and large bathroom. A single fault is that the faucets and drains are sometimes going to stumble. We took the reservation with breakfast and it is really good. Complete, with fresh and varied fruits, and very different and healthy options. You can also find some cakes and pastries that I personally did not try but looked good.

Overall nice hotel for the value. The locations is convenient for train and bus travels, but that also means that the building shakes ever so slightly at times. The Wi-Fi coverage should be improved, it barely reached to my bed, with the best connection in the bathroom… Not very convenient. They have plant milks available for breakfast.

Lacks the brain to check if someone is reserved or not. They lack service in just about every possible way. The after service is even more amazing as they can't find empty rooms when over half is vacant.

Very nice rooms, great breakfast, helpful staff and good location if travelling by car — just next to the highway, parking space available in the area and easy commute to the city center. We were travelling with a toddler, they prepared a cot for him and also had a playing area by the restaurant.

It has rooms with panoramic views of the north of the city, a very extensive view of the mountains and the Ebro.
The room has a large comfortable and comfortable bed.
The bathroom is very large: about 15 square meters. With spaces unthinkable in other hotels.

Hotel is good. It's far from city centre, but there's a bus stop just in front of the hotel. The road will take you around 30 — 40 mins. Rooms are clean and fresh. Bathroom was huge and modern. There's also room service. Great things is that hotel is situated just above main bus and train station. So, the walk from your hotel room to your train will take you 3 mins.

Good experience. Very comfortable Hotel. Very good value for money. Good Breakfast. The location in the same station of Zaragoza a convenience for train and bus users.

It is a good hotel, but to be a 4 star, it lacks details, like more toiletries, we have known another hotel of the same chain, and we found it much better than this one. There's no parking nearby either. The room touched us quite far from the elevator when ordering quiet area with a long hallway. The deal, fine.

Convenient hotel for 1 day trip at Zaragoza. Love this city.

The only downside, it's a little out of the way, although it has good combination of bus to get to and a taxi stand very close by.

It's okay and the breakfast is not really worth €8 but it will do. No hotel parking on site (parking garage is €17 a day and the rooms are hot as they had the air conditioner off. Minimal noise which was nice.

It's in the middle of the station. So you have things handy but you also hear a little noise from the trains and buses. A little old for my taste. Very nice staff.

The Hotel was very clean and comfortable.
Right breakfast, breads, juices, delicious French toast, you could improve the quality of the sausage. 30 minutes from the center of Zaragoza walking. The reception is great, lovely.

It is a modern hotel and it is very good. In the middle of the Ave station so Q is difficult to park. The ventilation in the room is just… when I came in it looked like someone had been smoking. The rooms are large, the bathrooms also… quality price I found it very well.

The service is OK. The location of the hotel is near to the railway station and it's quiet, we didn't hear the noise of the train. But there was one spot of the blood on the wall which we stayed.

Hotel with spacious rooms and comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet is spectacular.
Although it is inside the train and bus station of Zaragoza the rooms are well insulated so there is no need to fear any noises.
Very comfortable Hotel if you have to travel very early in the morning.
Due to its large size it gives the impression of coldness and Desangelad.

A hotel with many pretensions and little result. The size of the rooms is according to the category. The beds were very nice. The very best finishes, holes in the walls, melted bulbs, … I will not be back, there are much better options in Zaragoza and near delights in particular.

Nice room, simple breakfast but very very long corridor if you stay at Tower B, need change lift at 2nd floor from reception (Tower A) towards Tower Band walk around 5min.

Don’t judge a book by it’s cover. Or in this case, a hotel by the outside. We were pleasantly surprised when we entered the lobby. The exterior of the building isn’t that impressive. However, the lobby and rooms were updated and modern. We stayed Sun-Thurs in a Triple room. The first night, our room faced the train station. Our windows overlooked the interior of the station. I don’t know if this added to the temperature of the room, but it was extremely hot. I woke up several times during the night and each time, I was having a dream about finding air conditioning. We were miserable. The next day, the front desk was very accommodating and moved us to a comparable room, but it had windows facing the exterior that also opened. It helped. The a/c never got “cold” and the room temp was just bearable. The Wi-Fi worked very well. Housekeeping did a fantastic job. We did take the breakfast each day and it was very good. All in all, I would stay here again, but only in the winter months when a/c is not needed.

The hotel is fine, at the same station. Very good breakfast The room was very comfortable. Pity that around the hotel there is nothing of interest to move better to take a bus, taxis are abusively expensive €7 to the pillar and on weekends 9 ' 50 €

Great good clean rooms not too close by downtown but served well by public transportation.

Large and clean rooms. Unfortunately there are no parking spaces available. Only in the underground garage and the cost money. Breakfast is good. Everyone finds something for themselves.

I loved it. It's very quiet, it looked like we were alone. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There are places where you can eat and dine on the grounds. It has a bar and you can add breakfast to your stay. Near the Palais des Congrès. There are taxis downstairs at any time. The rooms have a TV and a bathtub. That is the best, to have bath haha. The room had everything I needed. A 10 to this hotel.

Maybe the worst thing about the hotel is the location, although it has good connections. No parking, but the price was very cheap booking over the Internet. The room was great, and nothing bad to say about the service and the breakfast, although it was not surprising either. Right would be the word.

We were touched in a room that overlooked the road, but almost better that than from the inside of the station. Comfortable and large bed. Outside noises quite frequent.

The room is really good, but the breakfast is a big mess! The orange juice is not fresh, only 2 staff works there in a busy morning. No clean cup for water.

This hotel is very good! The hotel 、train station and the bus station are in the same building, travel is very convenient! And it’s very quiet here! the room is big and clean! Breakfast is good.

The facilities are OK, but the same location makes it very noisy and sometimes you have a hard time sleeping. They don't offer breakfast. If you are driving it is OK to go to the places, but walking is not very close to anything. Below is a place where you can have coffee or juice.

A very well-connected Hotel. And despite being next to the station. Hardly noticeable. The room and the bathroom are super spacious. And very good breakfast.

Hotel in the middle of the train station. Very luxurious and elegant. Spacious and very clean rooms with several beds also. Very clean and spacious bathroom with toilet and shower for disabled.

En la misma estación del AVE. El hotel es enorme con muchísimas habitaciones. Se puede aparcar fuera por los alrededores sin mucho problema. La habitación daba al exterior y era muy amplia y agradable. El baño enorme y muy bonito. La televisión enorme, en torno a 37 pulgadas supongo. Desayuno muy correcto y trato del personal muy agradable.

Hotel convenient to reach from the airport, and relatively (20 minutes walk) close to the old town. Nice rooms and clean, although the modern style of the structure and furnishings make it a little aseptic and impersonal. Good and varied buffet breakfast. We did not hear the trains at all, the only drawback the Spaniards are noisy, both guests, and a disco (I think) whose music was feeling quite good from our room.

Even though a room is little bit far from a lobby and a cafeteria, the room is clean and caml. I like this hotel.

Hotel well stocked with sanitary and very clean, good typical local cuisine.

The hotel is well located to go to the city and to work in the different companies that are around Zaragoza. The are very confortable, only the ones that look to the train station are a little bite dark, the lights of the room doesn't illuminate all of it. Breakfast are good, and they have service room for dinner, but doesn't change the option since… Workers are really net with the guest, I'm in the hotel during workind days, and manila the people are people that go to work in any of the companies in the near and group of Asian tourists, during weekend I don't know who kind of guest are.

Nice hotel. I was attending a video game event close to it, so that was good.

Close to train station, clean and big rooms with excelent toilets. Good for business trips.

I had a great stay, the staff were extremely nice, the room was really good and I have nothing bad to say. Well, the only thing problem was knowing how to get to the station without going outside the building because the hotel is actually in the station.
