Bad room service, bad facilities, smell room, weak Wi-Fi signal.

The hotel quality/price is one of the best in the area. It has a bar and dining room. The space is only a little small but not bad.

Very nice and well located at a good price and with weekend offers sometimes. It is all recently renovated with very good taste. I'm sorry to say that today I took a not-so-pleasant surprise because every day of vacation I spend a drink at the cafeteria in the morning and in the afternoon and when I went to pay for the coffee they had uploaded it from one day to another from 1'10 to 1'40 it seems to me a barbarity in the middle August, I think things don't get done that way, i'm sorry they have so little tact with customers.

Direct reservation at the hotel, very fair room, 1 elevator only and many rooms.
Very good reception. Lousy cleaning. The duvet was unwashed, after someone would use it on a love spree, I imagine.

Comfortable and with many services, although the pool is small. The food is good although it may not be worth its full price (8th breakfast, 14th lunch or dinner menu). Good location.

Very clean hotel, very comfortable rooms equipped with all the comforts. Ability to choose the temperature in the room, which is very appreciated. Bathrooms are well-maintained and very clean. Staff very helpful and very friendly, both at the bar and at the reception. Ability to use the hotel's private parking (for a fee) in the closed garage located next to the hotel and from which you directly access the hotel itself. Great and varied breakfast, which can be improved in terms of cappuccino, coffee, etc. That you make yourself with an automatic machine. It has a pleasant terrace where you can eat and have a drink and a small adjacent pool. Not beautiful nor very big, but being in the middle area you can not expect too much.

The rooms are clean, the bathroom is correct as well as the spa is. I truly recommend this hotel for it's price and location.

I have to say that it has been great and I give my most sincere congratulations to the staff. The facilities (Spa, rooms, bathroom, dining room. ) All in perfect condition.

The hotel is located a few meters from the center the very good treatment and the food Riquisima the spa small but complete and very relaxing will definitely return I recommend it is perfect to disconnect a few days.

4 * Hotel right with well-planned SPA facilities I had no privilege to try it (will be next time) massage service, restaurant and a good bar. Located in a quiet area of JACA ideal for rest, very good beds for rest and new shower.
Economic prices to repeat.

Great location, hotel with everything you need including Wi-Fi and parking for a quiet weekend. The rooms were very clean when we arrived. We had the bad luck to find a little boy next door who screwed up the sleep but except that, the mattresses were very comfortable and barely got into the street noise so we could rest very well. We hired a spa circuit for 2 that we got a bit short although when we were there were hardly any people and we were able to repeat several times on the Jets and the stone beds so in the end, it was not bad at all.

Very nice very well decorated but my room smelled of snuff and I am not smoking and I put two single beds the bathroom without tub the spa, that yes, phenomenal!

The rooms are perfect. Confortable and warm aftern a day skiing. The buffet is ok, but It could be a little better. Still, would definetly come back.

The bed seemed concrete, and my husband did not enter the shower, and measures 1, 87cm, the room we cleaned it past the 13hs… is compensated by the good treatment of the staff, very attentive and the location is very good. For the rest it leaves a lot to be desired…

The room was renovated and very clean contrary to what I had been able to read. Well-stocked breakfast. You can easily walk to the historic city centre. It is quite easy to find a parking in the street from the hotel.

Everything was just right, the problem is that it was not the expected "right" for a 4 star hotel, I would It is a nice 3 star hotel.

It doesn't deserve 4 *, at most 3. Basic breakfast, roadside bar food, room for 4 people, only 1 cupboard without a shelf, ask, where we put the clothes, for 4 days? The mattress, it is harder than a stone, I went out with broken back, and that was going to rest. In short, I don't recommend it.

Perfect location, 10 minutes walk from the center and the streets of tapas. No problem to park in the vicinity of the hotel. Spacious and well-equipped rooms. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

It was under construction and we have not been warned, if you wanted to have a coffee in the cafeteria sitting impossible because there were neither tables nor chairs you have the same menu in the morning and at night and the super small spa … Total disappointment we just arrived from trying to celebrate a tenth wedding anniversary and it couldn't be.

The lobby is luxurious, the rooms are decent and clean and the breakfast is great.

Very modern, clean and it really deserves 4 Stars. Parking cost is €7 per day, reception always open, they speak English. Spa available for €8 1h circuit. Slow Wi-Fi connection.

Elegant and clean with good service.

Very disappointing experience at Hotel Real Jaca. Wifi doesn't work in the room and is super slow downstairs. The room is nothing close to the standing of a four (not even 3) stars hotel. The pool was closed in the middle of August and the hotel staff were unable to give us a discount for the poor night we had (babies crying at 6AM, out-dated A/C). Do not even considerate sleeping there.

A very comfortable hotel very cuckoo. It is 5 minutes from the Centre of Jaca but the rooms are very quiet, it also has its own car park so there is no problem to park. The Spa, although tiny, has everything you need to relax. Another plus was the breakfast buffet, very full and quality. We will surely repeat!

The hotel is 3 minutes from the old town. The rooms are spacious and clean. Quiet location in Jaca. They have Spa which is a luxury to end a day of skiing or mountain. I have not tried breakfast in the firm but if had breakfast in the coffee shop that has a good price and quality. I've been 2 times and probably repeat.

We were looking for a hotel to be able to ski and hit full. The rooms were very spacious, with huge beds and very comfortable. The breakfast was abundant and with local products of great quality. The staff were very friendly, told us some places to visit which we could walk to. Without any doubt we will return!

The location is unbeatable, close to the city centre but just enough so that noise from the street, especially at night, you don't bother.
The rooms are very spacious and are fully equipped, and the same goes for the spa, perfect to relax for a few hours.

I am of the Argentina delegation that was staying in the course of the 48th Festival of Pyrenees and only have to say it was perfect throughout. I loved the food, attention, the pilcina, spa, bar, and very good location.

The room was perfect, very spacious, which is welcome because we had too much luggage. The restaurant food is of great quality and friendly service at all times. One of the strong points of the hotel is the location, is two minutes away from the city centre, there are many facilities to park. A very good experience completely recommend it!

I went with my partner to celebrate our anniversary and everything went perfect. Very attentive service at all times, always with a smile. The very complete and perfect spa to unwind and relax. Very good quality restaurant food. We will be back!

Air conditioning is lousy. Beds incomodisimas, were single and still broke a paw to the bed d my husband. For the spa you have to ask for time for q is tiny and we were told q had a capacity of 6 people to not bother us and my surprise was that that number was doubled in my schedule. With the consequent inconvenience. Breakfast of poor variety. And I'm sure that the architect was not going to use the toilet. I would not recommend it at all. Good location.
