Place where this hotel is located is a wonderful spot in Teruel where the modern and the old merge in a totally natural way… The proximity of the parking lot, the necessary space in front of the hotel door to be able to unload the passengers and their luggage make that from the first moment one feels sure of their choice. The possibility of being able to access the city centre practically from the elevator (floor 5) is priceless. In our case the family room had an extra bed with a firm and nice mattress. The double bed is equally spacious. The spacious and functional bathroom, enclosed shower enclosure and hairdryer are also at the height of this hotel. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. In short, a guaranteed quality price option.

The hotel was very convenient for the old town being accessed directly from the 5th floor. Great location.
The parking was convenient but charged 10 euros to park outside.
The main problem which was major is completely lacking sound proofing. We heard every other guest, every running pipe in the walls and creaking pipes to other floors expanding and contracting within the walls. My wife barely slept a wink.
Also only one very thin pillow and no hot drinks making facility. So location 4 stars and noise 2 stars.

Good and clean rooms, neighbours tend to wakeup around 9am and soundproofing is not very good here so you might wake to sounds of your neighbours leaving their rooms.

It is incomprehensible that the elevator access to the street that leads to the center, in a hotel of these characteristics, it will not be able to enter or turn a small electric scooter, or electric wheelchairs for persons with reduced mobility, and ironically if it will fit in the other lifts.

We slept one night after traveling from Orleans (FRA). New Hotel, in the center, comfortable and beds comodisimas. 5 min. The centre and with bars and restaurants in the back street. Put some sticks, the price of parking outside to be a solar in front of the entrance. The mini bar has 2 bottles of juice and 2 of water, but, let's see if they learn to others!. The staff is competent and knowledgeable of his city. A place to return to.

We have been several days and the room was super clean, and very cozy, quite spacious, the bathroom had bath and shower (great when traveling with children) the hotel staff very friendly, the parking is quite large… And contentisima have chosen this hotel.

We were in the hotel for three nights from August 21 to 24, 2014, and our experience has been great. Both the rooms, as the cleaning and the treatment he received, could not be better, very nice employees, and its location next to the old town we have made the stay very pleasant.
