I am sorry to say that I was very disappointed in this hotel. I was hoping for something else from the pictures. It's not a 4 star at all. The room was small and the bathroom uncomfortable and lacking maintenance. In general, this hotel needs to recycle its management. Friendly cafeteria staff and the reception is right.
I will not repeat and it is a shame because the environment is unbeatable.

Normal hotel. The location and the setting are good, as well as the staff who are very friendly and helpful. The bad thing is the value for money, it is very very expensive for what it offers. The room was small, decorated very simple. I didn't have air conditioning. The equally small bathroom with a narrow shower jammed. We expected more for a 4 star hotel. The breakfast was very good. I don't think we'll ever stay at this hotel again.

Lovely hotel surrounded by amazing mountains of the Ordesa National Park. Amazing hiking! Great restaurant in the hotel itself for all meals. Breakfast is included in stay. Staff is really nice. We traveled with 2 little kids and staff was very accommodating. Top notch room cleaning service. Two small Playgrounds and outdoor seating for coffee/ snacks. Also great spa and massage. Its a 10 min walk to center town (Torla) which has restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, shopping etc… Overall we had a fun and relaxing stay.

Hotel reception told our group that the hot tub was free to use, then charged us EUR 88 to use it. Very disappointed in the service and the rude front-desk person. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Incredible settlement at the gates of the natural park of Ordesa Monte Perdido. Unforgettable scenery. Good deal.

I was very disappointed. Figure as 4 stars and the truth, I have not seen as such… You park outside, in the street, no bathrobes or slippers. Wifi 3 Mb… this way there are 3 star hotels much better. A real disappointment…

Several years ago we go to this hotel, a great place if you like to walk, very close to Monteperdido and next to the Bujaruelo Valley.
The hotel is very comfortable, the rooms on the 3rd floor are very nice and the staff is unbeatable.
We always travel with our dog. We will continue to visit this hotel.

Hotel with a magnificent location and in which to rest in full natural. Great for visiting Ordesa National Park and surrounding areas.
The hotel has all kinds of services although you must prepare the wallet well because it is quite expensive.

Facilities very well-maintained with good housekeeping. Spacious rooms in an ideal scenario if you like the mountain.

Your category does not correspond with the quality and price. The rooms lack of acoustic insulation, are old, small space and beds too small for a supposed 4 star hotel. You hear everything outside, especially in the bathroom where you can listen to the conversations of the neighbor and every time I pull the tank or open the faucet. The staff is friendly but scarce in summer, which is when it is most full. The location next to the park Ordesa this phenomenal, even in summer if you are not prepared before the 10 the bus is not for and you have to take the car to the visitor center. So if you are going with children is not very practical. To get close to the village you also have to take the car if you're not tired after the walk. The breakfast and the prices of the lunches-dinners is pretty good, is perhaps the best of the hotel. Are comfortable also the common areas and dining room-restaurant, with attractive views. Except the rear rooms overlook the reception of the campsite, which is a transfer continuous. In the end, disappointing as a 4 star. Should review it.

On the evening of 31/07/15 I'll eat at the restaurant of the hotel.
I take an entry of foie gras, it serves me a slice of white bread with two piece of raw liver. Just a little cooked on very basic top as input.
Then I take a fillet of beef, it serves me a meat burned on top and Red inside, red meat was cold!
Without taking dessert cela my cost €35
Two hours after that, I didn't feel very well, I was sick and I threw up everything in the bathroom!
I knew not then that the new owner had to buy the hotel and that the kitchen of the restaurant was very much degraded.

Cosy, new rooms, great location, parking. Nice and useful information with a view to the Park. Acceptable value of the food in the hotel, which together with comfortable hours for mountain life allow you to rest if you not want to leave the hotel at any given time. Breakfast opens at 7, the food at 13:30 and dinner at 19:30. Alternative choice of cafe where you can grab a sandwich or something fast if you wish. Magnificent views of the emblematic mountain that opens the doors to the Park of Ordesa.

I liked the camping location is perfect the landscape is very beautiful I'm glad to have come.

A campsite with an excellent location.
The bathrooms a little scarce, but clean them frequently.
From the campsite you can make various hiking trails.
Repeat are undoubtedly.

We have been a few days in June and it was great. Very good value for money.
A charming place, with a very good service, both the room and the restaurant, as well as the staff.
We wanted to make a special mention of the spa and massages, we relaxed after long walks.
The few hotels and places that we can say that we will repeat.

We spent two wonderful days, both facilities such as the treatment of the staff are very good and spectacular views.
We will certainly return.

Beautiful in 1975 we spent our honeymoon.

The location is great and has a spectacular views. All pitches are grass and points of light nearby. The staff very friendly. The toilets are outdated, but always very clean. Do not have a shop in the campsite but Torla is just 3 minutes away by car.

Good campsite with good services, to highlight the situation, the pool and the good acceptance of our pets (dog). Thing to improve are the points of light, quite distant from each other. Highly recommended.
