Romantic, nicely decorated, beautiful location, historic, with great views, and an excellent service! The spa is awesome, really relaxing, and never too crowded (they keep an eye on that). The hotel is located close to great hiking locations. We stayed both in the villas and the hotel and loved both.

I and my partner stayed in a villa. It was spacious and clean. The service was outstanding. We used the gym and pool and everything great. To repeat.

A beautiful hotel, luxurious rooms, very nice attentive staff. We had dinner at the restaurant and had a wonderful experience. The food was excellent and service was good.

Incredible renovation of this old monastery, including a very nice Spa (and whose number of simultaneous people is limited — so much the better). 10 minutes from the beautiful Ainsa, not far from the Sierra de Guara or Monte Perdido: sport relaxation and culture are at the rendezvous.

We had a few unforgettable days. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I recommend you visit it sometime, the nature and silence that surrounds it is also paid for! and the spa… awesome! I hope to repeat.

Very good value for money. Staff however is in short supply, so it might take a bit longer to order a drink. But all are friendly and the hotel interior is really special and very well made and maintained. Make sure you visit the Aisna Castle and village, it's 5 kilometres away.

Delighted to have spent my days of rest in this ' hotel. A building and an ideal environment to practice, relax and live every moment. It has left Me especially impressed the SPA where I spend a couple of evenings relaxing and seeing the scenery at the same time. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

It's a very peaceful and cozy place. The rooms are very very comfortable, the service is made up of a team of excellent people that make meals and dinners even better. The spa is very nice and it leaves you totally new. 100% advisable to go in couple to spend a few romantic days. (go as long as you go is going to make you short because there are many activities to do in the immediate vicinity)

An experience that I will repeat, a beautiful setting, a hotel full of small rooms and corners to get lost and enjoy the relax. Also accompanied by an impressive SPA overlooking the mountains. The restaurant very good with a surprising letter. I really enjoyed spending a few days there. See you soon.

This morning we decided to stop my partner and I to have a drink in the hotel cafeteria and to let us know if there were rooms and what was our surprise that when we asked that we wanted the said two beers and I said after consulting with someone else that if we are not Stayed at the hotel which was not possible and that was also booked the hotel by a group of people in private.
We went through where we entered with a feeling of disrespect to the client very large and very little tact.
Also if it was booked the hotel they shut the door and finished the problem.
Unfortunately for you, you frequented your hotels, both at a particular level and at a global level of work.
So without further a former client of yours is dismissed.
Thank you for your lack of delicacy in dealing with customers and sorry if I could disturb someone with my opinion but I think we deserve both my wife and I an apology for the treatment received.
Follow this and you will see the results obtained in the future.

We were staying in Hotel for nothing would I say it is 5 star rather 4 or 3. Upon reaching the room there were hairs in the toilet, under the bed accumulates dirt, there were several things that you need a little maintenance, the beds are not comfortable at all as well as the pillow which was very high for my taste I could not sleep much because of that though I asked for another the thing didn't get much better. The hotel is housed in a nice old monastery building, the coffee is good and the staff is friendly. The town is very handsome we liked it quite a lot.

Hotel in a very nice building, very well decorated and the large rooms, with very equipped and spacious bathroom. It has a swimming pool and spa area to relax in the water jets, saunas and different rooms.
Both breakfast and dinner very varied and quality. Professional and polite staff.
A recommended place to spend a few days of relax and visit nearby villages.

Beautiful and very careful. In a magnificent setting. Nearby you can do activities like horseback riding.

This hotel is an old reformed monastery. We arrived at night and we were impressed by its beautiful facade and structure. The interior, all stone and museum pieces, made you realize you were really in a monument. The room was very nice. Very full breakfast in a great living room. They served dinners, but we prefer to go to Ainsa, a very well preserved medieval town that is very close.

Spectacular spa hotel. Tastefully designed and classy. Delicious food! Highly Recommended massage! A place to relax and feel good.

Wonderful hotel. The apartments are huge and the breakfast is spectacular. It has free parking and the surroundings are beautiful.

Overall recommended however some details need to improve as this is a 5-star hotel. More options and better food for room service and in the restaurant. A coffee machine in the room would be great. The spa is amazing.

We stayed with all inclusive so we also enjoyed the restaurant. "Design" food that leaves you completely satisfied. None of those precious dishes that leave you hungrier than before you start.
The only thing that would put a stick is the lighting.
The one in the room was quite sparse as was the dining room. Some diner had to resort to the flashlight of the mobile to be able to read the letter. I did not do it because it gave me cut, you win I did not lack.

The villa rooms came recommended over the main building however the bedroom was ok, but the living area was a dark hole with only a pull out bed to sit on. The hamburger was full on mystery meat. 5 star not — staying in a 2 star tonight — way nicer. On the plus side, good location, beautiful old building — had a great massage as well.

Great prices, amazing staff and an all around beautiful hotel. The Wi-Fi was a little slow and didn't reach everywhere.

Perfect place to disconnect. The service is very good and the rooms lovely. It has a spa which is well worth a visit. The people a monad, but there you go day then at night there is no christ in the streets.

The enclave of the hotel and the surroundings are magnificent. The facilities in general quite well. Decoration category. For the exquisite maybe it's about half a star. Good price in September. Highly recommended. Patience in the dining room.

The hotel is very good, although the café is not you're at the height. Yesterday, we went to dinner, we had not been very hungry, and we asked about torradas roasted vegetables with tuna… we still seek the pepper in the toast… and the pepper was due to give to the leak…

Beautiful hotel in Boltaña, located in a former monastery, completely refurbished, where they blended an old building with a modern decoration and very well maintained. It offers rooms and also houses type apartments, ideal for when you are going with children. The hotel rooms are spacious and fully equipped. Hotel with gym and spa, and a nice outdoor swimming pool. The exquisite cuisine. Great kindness of all the staff. Its unbeatable location to make routes by the aragonese pyrenees. A great pleasure to have stayed in this hotel.

Nice and quiet place to stay with kids and do sightseeing in nearby valleys. Does not get five stars for two reasons: — Slow pace in lunch/dinner. Be prepared to spend at least 1, 5 hours per meal — Appalling Wi-Fi service. Despite numerous complaints, it was totally unresponsive during our stay on all our devices.

A lovely hotel, great restaurant, and a hidden selection of self contained apartments behind which I stayed in. Great location for travelling into the Pyrenees, Not a great deal to do at the hotel. The Spa is nice but pricey at 23eu per hour for a swim, but that's offset by very affordable rooms. You pay for what you get, which is better than paying for features you may not use I suppose. We were a small group of motorbikers looking for a nice place to base ourselves for days out, and it was ideal, even had a bike wash! There is a petrol station and a Spa shop 100 yards away, the town itself seems limited with things to do. We bought snacks and drinks out as the restaurant was above our very tight budget, but we ate there once and it was very nice food and lovely surroundings.

I went to a wedding and the location is second to none. There are stunning views and service was exquisite!

It hurts, I don't understand the so good reviews in this page, I didn't earn anything with this, and even if they wanted to, I did not want to accept any invitation, the really beautiful hotel very correct rooms, the espa very pampered and perfect, but gentlemen. Restaurant a penalty, large room, good design, painful food and worse service, a lady wanted to sell wine from a nearby Winery, the waiter pointing the finger, the expensive menu, bad service and worse taste, two menus and a sad letter, at a price which does not correspond with the hotel.

The hotel is in a unique place and really nicely renovated. The service is very good and professional. Only downsides werecthe spa which allows children only during one specific hour in the afternoon and breakfast and dinner were just about ok for the prices they charge. Not enough choice for people who like to eat healthy.

Meals are very delicious dishes.
The children's menu is always the same. There are 5 first and 5 seconds but they are always the same.
During our stay this week that there have been some dishes from the children's menu which were not available for two or three days.
Spa and massage-highly recommended.
