The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The rooms are small and with very little lighting. Scarce kitchenware (broken hangers, a gel bag and no brush)

Misleading advertising no breakfast and no catering.

Lousy organization, cancel a reservation and I turned it on, the days I charged €50 and say that as I did not have to charge. I do not recommend there are hotels around the area with very good organization, good treatment and better price.

Excellent two-star hotel. Well located, in the same street called Spinel. Advisable to park nearby as it is difficult to find site near the hotel. It has Wi-Fi and countless TV channels. Ideal for Pecnortar.

The only thing worth it is the attention of the receptionist. The walls are paper, lots of noise and dawn with the mattress springs stuck on your back. It's more comfortable sleeping on the floor. And the bathroom smells terrible.

Well enough for the price they charge, €8 menu, 4 first and 4 seconds, dessert, bread and drink. That if, I ordered a beer without alcohol and added €1 of supplement without knowing until the time of payment, worse for them because I usually leave a 10% tip that would have been €3, and so I left nothing. However, I recommend it and if I return by Ronda surely repeat site.

Impossible to sleep: Mido 185 and my feet were out of bed, measured 180. Old Veeeeery mattress and the air conditioner noisy to the point of waking you up every time you started and with the cold it does because the windows are Viejisimas started every 10 minutes. The bathroom was very close to the door and the bathroom was very bad. It was clean but I think it is the only positive thing about the Hotel (which under my view should be called pension or hostel)

The worst hotel I've ever been in my life. Lousy old and a quecadavez receptionist who walk in seems to want to kill you for bothering him with his phone. The cleanliness of the room sucks. The bed is worse than the electric chair, a torture… 2 days here and unable to sleep, there is only one thing and it works too well, the air conditioner because the TV is still in black and white.

Rooms without a candle, a single faint light, very grim. A single plug. Small TVs. Very friendly staff. No lobby or living room.

Clean. Comfortable beds. Very competent and friendly staff available 24h for whatever it takes. Very attentive. I spent several days for work and they let me heat food in microwave. Thank you very much for everything.

Central Hotel. Great friendliness of the receptionist girl, reasonable price and comfortable single room with heating, close to the train station.

It was ok but. The Windows where to a closed space there was no air renovation. Felt like we were locked in.

Difficult to park. The price you pay is for your location.
The rooms leave a little to be desired.
We saw some hairs on the towels, we heard everything going on in the hallways and the adjoining rooms.
In short, for those looking for a good location is good and bad for those who also look for a comfortable stay.

Cheap, dirty, old and they don't care. You can hear the rats runnig and fighting over the ceiling and, if you are bored, can go hunt some roaches with your kids.

Seedy. The elevator looks bad in floor and doors. The doorknob of the bathroom door and it's, they're filthy. The shower cannot be hung, you have to keep it in your hand. Bathroom drains emanate bad smell. The furniture and the decor pathetic. The light in the room is so poor that you cannot read it at night. The pillow of tinsel and not very crowded. The mattress springs the notes.

Bad Hotel, we asked for a room with a double bed and we got two singles, commenting on the front desk tell us that the double beds are subject to availability.
Very old room nothing to do with what you would appreciate in the pictures, and to top it off there was no hot water in the shower, having us shower first thing in the morning with cold water, we re-commented and they say they have looked at the boilers and that everything is fine.
In short hotel that after my experience I do not recommend as the conditions are not according to what it costs, as a positive fact the location you have.

Hotel was is an ideal location to see all the wonders Ronda has to show. Reception was friendly. I had single room that was a good size and all facilities worked well.

The building is old. But room is cozy and the staff is so kind. especially laundry service is good price.

I don't have many nice things to say about this hotel. We booked a double room on a special for about €30 euros (apparently down from €60). What we got was very disappointing. The hotel failed to provide us with a room with a double bed even though we specifically booked one. Their website also said that every room has a bathtub. Well, our bathtub was about 60 cm long and looked more like sink than anything else. On top of everything the room smelled of smoke when we arrived. The hottest temperature the water would go was only slightly warm which made our showers pretty miserable. We arrived quite late so we didn't have any energy to go and take it up with the staff. I did ask for a room with a double bed though and they said there were none left. The staff were very friendly though and spoke English reasonably well.

More similar to a hostel that to hotel. It leaves much to be desired the building and amenities. Although the attention is careful.

Price, care, cleaning, easy parking, very central.

You can not give them a better score a hotel that is located in the best area of Ronda, in which it is located with rooms of great amplitude and select staff that caters to you with the greatest kindness. Both on the night shift already q consists of a super friendly receptionist, the day shift girls next to the boy and the cleaning ladies have nothing but an excellent rating thank you for offering our people such a welcoming hotel,,, a cordial greeting.
