Excellent hotel. Clean and comfortable. Great view from bedroom. Helpful friendly staff.

The WORST SERVICE i´ve ever received. If you have any other possibility, go for it. I made a reservation for a weekend but due to the Covid situation I had to be on quarantine. I tried calling them and writing them some emails but they told me that the managers were not there so they couldn´t give me an answer. After a week I tried by Bookng but they replied the same to them. After a thousand of emails/calls finally they replied and say that I can modify the dates, which at the end was not true. When Booking tried contacting them they said that was not possible. After all I tried contacting them again and I am still waiting for an answer that I know I will never receive.
In conclusion, if you have the possibility to choose any other hotel please, do so. After paying 90€ they are not able even to just reply. Without doubts, the worst service I´ve ever received.

We loved our room: the beds were comfy and the room had two chairs and a table, which made it homely; the shower was hot and powerful; and nobody minded that we had a cool box and kettle plugged in — if you're English, you need a cuppa in the morning.
The downside was the lovely marble staircase, which amplified any sound in reception… but hey ho, this is Spain.

Nice accommodation in the city centre, overlooking the new deck. Reasonable prices (about 65th/night), bar-terrace overlooking the deck and valley below. Clean rooms, not luxurious but quiet. Great location to explore the city. Parking does not exist except for loading and unloading luggage but there are quite close public ones for a fee.

Most charming place! The environment is magical. It's a crush. The hotel is located on the mountainside. Stunning views of Puente Nuevo. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and the food is excellent. The rooms are a bit dated but comfortable and clean.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. It has a very cool terrace overlooking the cutacon. The room is standard, with furniture maybe asking for a little change. The general a good place to stay to visit Ronda for good price.

The hotel is simply old. For a two nights it's already longer but I wouldn't stay there. But that tarnishes the overall picture. E. G. There is no toilet brush in the room, bed is broken, rooms are not clean.

Don't be frightened by the beautiful location, all in all it is an accessible restaurant. We ate on the terrace, with a beautiful view. Friendly and attentive staff. We had lunch in 4 and took 1 starter, 2 main dishes (enough x 2 adults and two children), 1 sweet, 1 bottle of wine, 4 of water, 2 coffee. 75 euros. Absolutely great food quality.

The hotel location is great but don't expect to park close. You will need to park at the 24hr park lot by the plaza for about 18$ per day. Our room 106 smelled like a sewer the entire time, told the staff and all they did was spray air freshener. Had to sleep with the window open to keep the smell out some. Which is fine but the noise from town is on going. The walkabout town is amazing. I would definitely recommend the town but not the hotel. Our air conditioner did not work either, good thing it was still cool evenings. The rooms barely have walking room inside which is ok for the price but still can't believe they host guest in sewer smelling rooms.

Fantastic location next to Puente Nuevo. Great views from the rooms and the restaurant terrazas. Hotel staff are friendly and very hospitable. Restaurant is good value.

Hotel very well located with stunning views over the new bridge and the Tagus. Having breakfast, lunch, dinner or a drink on the terraces is an unforgettable experience. Very friendly and helpful staff. At reception they ask where you are going and they indicate you the best excursions or where there are radars and their speed. In my opinion the only drawback it has is that it needs a refurbishment of the furniture and walls. If I can it's my first choice as accommodation.

Excellent location next to the new bridge which is the most important site to visit in Ronda. It has nice terraces to eat and admire the bridge and the scenery of the Tagus river. Very close to the bullring and the old area of Ronda. There are many options to eat around or to shop. A very recommended restaurant next to the hotel is big door.

It is in the best location in Ronda! Amazing views from every corner! and its bar/restaurant is very nice (especially on the terraces). The food is traditional and very good for the affordable price it has. An essential place to visit in Ronda!

The restaurant with best views of Ronda. The terrace is perched on the Tagus just a few inches from the famous new bridge. It eats wonders, especially meats, but they also have good fish. Cuisine of the whole life but in a spectacular place. The best they have are their waiters, always pending that there is nothing missing.

Amazing view worth the trip and f only for the view & a walk around town. Hotel only just a 3 Star, staff helpful but very slow, food below average. Rooms are Bare Minimal & needed a good clean … shabby sheik …

Next to the bridge and good location. They have a restran with good view of the bridge. We expected the view from balcony, but our room was the other side of the bridge. No parking, so we use public parking 18.0 € per night. The room was old style. No card key. Staff are kind.

WOW! WOW! WOW! We just ate here and the only thing better than the magnificent view was the amazing food. Pork as you've never tasted and vegetables so pure and fresh, I cannot wait to return. The service was exceptional.

I have stayed two nights in the hotel. I've slept very well, for me the bed was good. Rooms are Ok, for two persons your could use slightly more space. Walls could be little bit thicker. Bathroom is very nice and up-to-date. Service is good. It's the location that made me to give 4 instead of 3 stars. For rather low price the hotel is located beide the famous bridge. So the view from the hotel is excellent.

What can I say about this place? The view was nice… There are no more positive things about this place! Service was bad. Food was terrible. And we payed to mutch for what we got. Stay away here!

Good location Good views. The room is spacious but needs a little renovation in décor. We stayed to eat the first day and found it a bit pricey compared to the nearby restaurants. Ex: leg of Lamb 24 ' 50 in hotel and crossing Bridge 18 ' 50. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I recommend it.

A very nice room well insulated from the noise. The Tinto is super good. The evening meal was delicious. I enjoyed the digestive. The staff is listening to us and ready to defend me against these Chinese tourists who will not hesitate to bite your arm to sit in your place.

Beautiful place. The staff are super friendly, we had great advice when leaving to visit beautiful villages on the way back to Seville. We took the menu on site in the evening, excellent chef. If Chinese tourists jostle you, rest assured the waiter will defend you like a knight :-D. Excellent stay.

We very disappointed in this restaurant where we ate during our summer holiday 2017. We ordered a beef l'entrecote and were served a pork steak, the taste and appearance are easily recognizable. After calling the waiter, he assured us that it was beef. But we're not fooled. On the main map at the entrance to the restaurant you can read pork steak.

but Hotel ageing: humidity at the bottom of the walls, bulbs hanging in the bathroom, flushing water deficiency etc… What a pity.

It's very bad. Only the Slaughter inn that Spain has met. Who's going who knows. Such a plate of seafood rice 80€. It's also the saltwater shrimp in the supermarket. The service attitude is extremely impatient. Such a beautiful and unique town, should not exist such a restaurant. Sorry for the tourists, sorry Spain.

Southern Spain is rich in food, fresh and fair trade. And this hotel plate is dusty, the cup is not wiped clean, service attitude is very impatient,, paella use is not prawns, but supermarket saltwater shrimp! Such a small plate of 80€!
It is said that sister Liu Tao ate a plate alone, she exercise the sweaty image of fitness once again appeared in the mind. This is the first time we've met Black shop in Spain since 25, and it sucks!
