They should have a schedule to let children pass, since I paid to relax and it was impossible, because I only heard screams, cries and scolding from their mothers, something that made the experience fatal in the spa.

At first I was a little disappointed, the cleaning of the bathroom left a lot to be desired, we went down to reception and sent a very friendly maid and fixed it right away. After everything was improving, in the restaurant the food and the treatment was excellent and the Spa left me as new (with the COVID theme you have to book the Spa appointment in advance and on the website do not inform you of it, if the capacity is complete you stay out). My suggestion would be that they do a good deep clean from time to time because the bathroom accumulated a lot of lime and a maintenance review. Otherwise perfect.
