How to explain so unpleasant experience … after 11 hours of travel from Barcelona and a reservation with animal included, we arrived at the hostel and tell us that we can not enter with the animal because in the fair period do not admit animals (which in the ad does not put), so the animal goes outside or we don't enter either, NULL and non-refundable understanding.
