The hotel is ok. Location is not very good. Some rooms have no views apart from the shed. We were surprised early in the morning with some masonry works near the rooms. Personnel is nice and welcoming. Air conditioner works flawlessly. Room was smaller than expected for a two beds room.

The hotel rooms are spacious and clean and the staff is lovely. I advise you to bring something to eat if you are late because there is absolutely nothing. I arrived at about eleven o'clock from the airport and room service ends at ten-thirty. No restaurant open around, no café on site. There is a soda and candy machine in the car park that only had Coke and peanuts. The hotel should consider this issue for late guests.

Nice hotel, clean and friendly staff. It's located at the suburbs within 2km of the historic centre. It has a lot of space to park your car at the near streets and is parking free. You can walk very easily to the historic centre, we felt very safe.

Excellent stay, would return no problem. Modern, comfortable and clean. Sat above the secure parking area with a lift straight up to your floor. 20 minutes walk to the first major, ''must see' monument, Plaza de Espana. Cafe, restaurant and breakfast food was excellent quality and reasonably priced. Take the inclusive breakfast. Huge selection way exceeds normal continental' standard. This is bacon, eggs and sausage plus everything else. If you are lucky to meet Rosa on reception, she is just so helpful and smiley, you will think up questions just to go and feel welcome all over again! A quality 4* hotel like this should really be catering for these few grumbles… Getting a coffee outside of cafe opening hours meant going to the basement car parking level in your nightwear for a machine… That didn't work anyway! Inside the hotel by the lifts would be better.

Great stay. We stayed for one night with our 1 year daughter and they did not put a crib park. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. The only downside we see is the lighting… It needs more lights and in the room some bulbs were not laid or melted.

I stayed two nights at this hotel. Average at first, when I arrived today (Sunday) My room wasn't clean or tidy. Awful so disappointed. I am not coming back I stayed two nights. Average price for the second night and was not made the room, had not aired or cleaned the bathroom or anything. Disappointing, I won't be back.

Hotel a bit far from the center but you can walk about 20 25 min. The rooms well but some are smaller and no tub and you hear noise from outside machinery that annoys you a bit. Good customer service.

I was there for the celebration of a birthday. Food and drinks were good. The waiters were professional. The place was beautiful with a playground for children and an inflatable castle.

The hotel itself is fine, and there is good treatment on the part of the workers, but at least we did not have good experience with the rooms as we were moved because of the air conditioning and in the two there was the same problem, we had to sleep completely Plugged from the cold it made, if it was off it made a horrible noise and if it was on it was very cold as it did not work well…

Very nice and cozy place. The rooms are nice though a bit dust to be a 4 star. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the buffet was very good (I had read opinions from people to whom it seemed very fair) there is a lot of choice to choose from. How negative points I would say that the window panes were very dirty (to take quite a while without cleaning), also the squares of the underground parking are quite narrow and in the rooms you hear too much of the next door. The hotel cafeteria is very good and they offer daily menus for €9 very good where many people from the hospital are going next door to eat every day. In short, very good option and recommended to 10 minutes walk from the Plaza España.

Very close to the train station of Virgen del Rocío. By booking on their website we had late check out, free parking and the water from the minibar. Very good value for money.

From room 501 you have a nice angle for sunrises, although it's a pity that the hotel doesn't have the nicest surroundings of Seville. Rooms are OK sized, bathroom are nice and everything is clean and on point. Nice amenities and you get a free bottle of cold water. Too bad that there are two beds and not one queen size. Good AC. Not too good connections with the city center.

Very good indeed. The breakfast was amazing. By taxi you are a few minutes from the Maria Luisa Park and Plaza España. Perfect for those who have a wedding in Villa Luisa.

First location very "strategic" regarding the achievement of the various attractions of the city, such as Plaza España which is only 20 min walk away.
Hotel staff very welcoming and helpful (not spoken Italian), environment in the entirety well cared for and breakfast varied or sweet and savoury and of excellent quality.
Those who want to keep fit even on holiday can enjoy a quiet well-equipped fitness room with a terrace on the city.

All perfect the girls reception very attentive clean and large rooms, comfortable beds in general all good but also little time to value mass.

Think you need to stay in the 1st floor as the rooms have a balcony (all others do not).
Rooms very comfy but could do with an update.
All in all not a bad place to stay.
With a quick walk (4.2km) you are in the centre of town… but plenty of nice taberna on the way… as it can be quite warm.

Didn't like the hotel at all. The only reason I don't give just one star is the fact that it has a save and the size of the room. This hotel does not deserve 4 stars! There is nothing at all justifying it. May have 3* and that would be generous. The location is rather bad not centric whatsoever and the hospital next to it makes it nearly impossible to park for free in the area. The rooms are rather big but old school. The TV is tiny and the bathroom needs renovation. I didn't like at all the tidiness. Worst thing by far though was the breakfast, lowest quality food, only one average coffee machine for lots of people, unfriendly service, all in all bad. No ironing board and just one iron available which leaked out all the water over the table. Especially a business hotel should have these kind of equipment. I can't recommend a stay at this hotel, there are much nicer ones in Sevilla for similar prices.

The hotel is located at 15 min walk from plaza de españa, what is nice if you're visiting the city like we did. Very clean. Very friendly staff. Easy to acess but the parking was a little bit confusing. It's the same parking for the hospital and the entrance is on the right side if your facing the hotel.

Clean and confortable rooms with good facilities. However is a bit far from Seville city center for walking tourists. The Wi-Fi was not always working and the gymnasium is disapointing. Wide buffet breakfast.

It is outrageous to have us here like dogs, I can't believe this happens in a hotel which is that it has four stars.

Disadvantages: Something away from the old town that you go through 3 city bus lines.
In October 2010 we have gone in 3 unforgettable days a couple of La Mancha.

It is a newly built hotel, with all it entails, LCD TV, Wi-Fi, etc. The price is pretty good. Virgen del Rocío is located next to a well known chain of power and nestled within the hospital complex. It has a spacious underground parking, which shares with the hospital and from which you can access it.
As negative points, perhaps some details of cleaning (dust in certain areas) and the noise of the ventilation of a warehouse that is on the side. Other than that, very good quality/price ratio.
