Wonderful hotel. We have celebrated the communion of our little one this Saturday, October 16 and it has been much better than we dreamed. Lovely and super friendly staff, from restaurant managers, waiters and room maids, always with a smile.
The perfect rooms and the breakfast unbeatable. We will definitely repeat for events or stays. Thank you, thank you and thank you.
My congratulations to the owners for the staff they have and to highlight the head of restoration José Manuel who has made everything super easy. Few professionals like them I have found…

Very Good located and great staff.

Stayed with this hotel several times and had our trip cancelled last July due to the Covid pandemic. They agreed to a refund given our regular stays and it has never materialised. I have been emailing back and forth since July, provided all my personal bank/passport details as requested and still nothing. Seriously disappointing customer service! Would not recommend given this situation. Don’t promise a refund if you have no intention of providing it.

Professional, helpful, friendly staff from the staff on Reception to the cleaners. Lovely airy public areas, good sized rooms, fresh towels and bathroom extras every day. Excellent breakfasts, so much choice, and avaiable up to 10.30am/11am at the weekend. None of that silly rushing about to get down by 9.30am! We enjoyed a tapas meal, plenty of choice, although restaurant dinner choice was limited to a choice of two.
However at €19.50 pp in the restaurant who could complain. They also have a well stocked bar. The terrace is also spacious with covered areas for lunch and there is a bar too. We will definitely return. Great time of year to go as well.

Excellent establishment with a good quality of reception. The rooms are spacious and well decorated and the pool on the terrace is perfect. Very well located geographically.

Loving our stay at the Hotel Fernando 111, so close to lots of lovely restaurants and in walking distance of beautiful parks and the main attractions of the Real Alcazar and the cathedral y Giralda.

A beautiful hotel close to the Cathedral Giralda and Alcazar. Also near to lots of beautiful little restaurants. The pool and outdoor terrace are perfect with amazing view. Helpful and courageous staff.

Our second trip to this fabulous hotel and city. Thanks again to all the staff for making sure it was special. We really appreciated the bottle of Cava to mark our anniversary. We enjoyed using the pool area more on this trip as we had less sightseeing to do. Love Seville, we will be back!

Lovely hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Close to everything. Lovely to have a pianist to listen to on an evening out. Would of liked a variety of drinks in the room rather than just water/tea/coffee.

Very nice hotel with helpful staff. Modern styled rooms. Nice fresh food for breakfast. Missed out on five stars because the plumbing and tiling was a bit flakey, unstocked mini bar and only decaf sachets in the room.

We spent three nights here. Rooms quiet, spacious, modern and very well maintained. Missing some French channels on TV. The staff are really nice. The pool, even small compared to the number of guests (it is often difficult to find a sun lounger), is nice as is the terrace with a nice view of the seville roofs. Hotel in the heart of the city centre which allows you to visit everything on foot. Breakfast is extremely varied.

Great location but front desk not so friendly. Arrived at 11am and waited till almost 4pm to get the room. Reversely they refused to give a late checkout invoking the room has to be cleaned so the next customer can check in. There are other similar nice hotels around that are worthed to be considered.

Hotel having everything to please, comfortable room, very pleasant staff for the most part, very nice pool with the heat despite the world not necessarily allowing to have sunbeds, its small size and its water slightly disturbed by sweat. Unfortunately, for a three-night stay, we have to lament a few minor inconveniences: the flush broke twice, the hairdryer did not work more than 1 or 2 minutes, the seal of the bathtub window was to be redone to avoid a Flooding the bathroom and the breakfast at 15 is not good value. Instead, we recommend breakfasts outside the city, where fruit juices have the advantage of being fresh.

Very clean. Excellent location — right in heart of the old town. 4 minute walk from Giraldo's tower and lots of other sightseeing places. Great pool / bar on the roof to cool off — although not enough loungers.

Great location, clean modern rooms, loved the rooftop bar and pool area. Really helpful staff too. Seville is a fantastic city… enjoyed every minute and the hotel only added to this experience. Totally recommend!

We've been really glad to stay in this hotel for three days Everywhere we went, every service we've used was a delightful surprise The rooms are spaceful with AC, TV and bathtubes There is a beautiful rooftop with a bar, a restaurant and a swimming poll with a nice view on the city. It's really nice to be able to enjoy some drinks by the pool while looking at the panorama. The hotel is in the center of the city, near the Royal Palace and there's is a taxi station at 100 meters The breakfast was also complete and tasteful with a large variety of dishes. And to conclude, the entire staff has been really nice and accommodating to us We recommend!

Great breakfast plentiful and varied. Very central location, swimming pool on the terrace, comfortable to cool off after walks, from the heat of Seville…
The staff were nice and very friendly when they knew we were there to celebrate our wedding d, silver, we were made to find a basket of fresh fruit, in the room.

Great location, walkable distance to many attractions. Booked a room with street view/city view but ended up with a view of air conditioning shaft, supposed to be a twin bed room and got a queen bed instead. Checked in with my friends together which they got a terrace room, fully renovated and our room’s furnishing were kinda dated. Talked to the front desk and the reply was all subject to availability in a not so friendly tone. We could live with the “view” but asking for a twin bed and they can’t deliver? The booking was made 4 months prior to our arrival, that’s a big let down.

Had three nights here and have to say the hotel was lovely. Staff were very helpful, rooms clean and comfortable, pool and roof top bar a pleasure and location is perfect. Seville really is a lovely place. Would highly recommend.

The room of the hotel was very nice and there was everything you need. However, the somewhat bright-hearted rooms could disturb one or the other. The highlight is definitely the great roof terrace with pool. The location of the hotel is very good.
In my opinion, breakfast is not worthy of a 4*hotel. Absolutely not worth it. Also, the fact that we had to explicitly address the free cocktails and parking spaces promised in the booking at the reception is unpleasant. In my opinion, this should start independently from the reception, if you advertise with it on your own homepage.

It's an fabulous hotel. The room is extremely clean and comfy. People are very friendly and the location is fenomenal. The breakfast is fantastic… Hight quality food and a huge variety. You won't seen anything like that in North America. Highly recommend it.

Great location nice and clean, helpful staff. Only issue no milk in the room for your coffee and charged €1.85 for a small jug. A small thing but seems petty on the bill. Saying that we would go back when we come back and visit again.

Very good, except the bathroom, the baths are a danger for people of a certain age, (60) and I am very well, but… Best shower for everyone.

The hotel is a good city centre 4 star property in a very good location with the old town. Most of the usual sights are within a few minutes walking distance. Well located for the airport bus, and other urban transport. The room itself was spotlessly clean. It was an inside room, and so the view was just into a service void. I guess the premium rooms have a street view, and as such probably worth the extra. The rooftop bar was lovely, with panoramic views across the city, including the cathedral and the Alcazar gardens. Quite pricey but worth it.

We found it all clean and in good condition and the service was very correct. The location of the hotel could not be better. The worst thing about the hotel are the rooms I found quite ordinary to be a 4 star hotel even if correct, I how badly isolated qie are. You could hear everything that was going on in the hallway.

A few steps from the cathedral, very good hotel in the central area. Newly refurbished rooms, contemporary style, large and comfortable beds, large satellite TV and coffee and herbal tea. Refined Terrace-lounge bar with nice swimming pool and large solarium. The staff was very helpful Recommended.

Perfect stay. Better than your house. Helpful staff. Excellent cleaning. Restaurant with gourmet food and traditional dishes. There is nothing missing… terrace overlooking the Giralda!

A very nice place, historical, comfortable and clean. Extra large beds. Pool in the hotel and in front of it. The staff were very helpful. Special mention to Mr. Sergio. Be careful with the routes that the GPS indicates for the access by car; The streets are very narrow pedestrian passageways. It's two blocks from an avenue. Zone of bars, restaurants to three minutes of the Giralda.

Premium hotel on the narrow lanes close to the town centre. Secure paid parking is at approximately 30 metres (valet assistance is available), with a height restriction of 2.2 metres. There is a drop off point next to the hotel. The rooms were a modest size, clean well presented, warm and comfortable. The free in room Wi-Fi had variable performance, maybe due to increased demand in the evenings. The staff were really nice and couldn't have been more helpful. There was a fairly comprehensive buffet breakfast at an additional cost. Staff assisted wheelchair access is available via very steep ramps. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and will probably visit again.

Centrally located to many walkable sightseeing attractions. Nice, clean, updated rooms in a cozy hotel. Nice breakfast in the morning and the rooftop bar has some awesome views of the city. I would go back and stay if going to Seville.

Very noisy rooms — you hear everything undamped from the hallway — a few masses of good sleep is only possible with Oropax. Breakfast below average — dry bread, coffee from the capsule machine and lots of frozen foods. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly.

Great location, great staff. Everything within walking distance including restaurants and sights. Unfortunately our room was very hot, made it difficult to sleep and only just realised now reading others reviews that there was a rooftop pool + bar… shame we missed this… May be due to us only speaking English. Overall a great hotel with very attentive staff. Would recommend to others.

I didn't know what expect but I was pleasantly surprised. It is BEAUTIFUL! It's walking distance to everything. Nice rooms, very clean and updated bathrooms. We had a balcony and it was great to open the doors. The service is great! Everybody is friendly and helpful. I loved it!

Very well located Hotel, 7 minutes from the Giralda, clean and welcoming, although not soundproof. Work is planned. The rooftop pool is a plus as it is hot late in the season.
The breakfast buffet is of good quality and hearty.
The staff is listening and also speaks French.

An amazing and marvelous stay at thr Fernando III. Everything what is needed and not to mention the really exceptional staff from the reception to the bar on the roof top. The rooftop pool gives a 360° view on Sevilla and is the perfect spot for picture. Drinks at the pool more expensive than the average in the city but still very reasonable. I will come back for sure.

Central, rooms clean, staff nice. But pool small for the number of guests there & the air con is poor, no or little control. Make sure you ask for a double bed with a view on the outer side of building or you end up with a small window looking in to a "shaft". Didn't eat in the hotel as it wasn't cheap and there are loads of cheaper options within 10 feet of the front door.

Very well located, great pool, great rooms but fridge not working in the room, Wi-Fi code needs to be renewed after 2 days, room key not always working, nowhere to hang bathroom towels in the bathroom etc. Lots of details which don't make it be a real 4

Just had the most wonderful stay here. The location is fantastic. Opposite the number 1 restaurant. 5/10 min walk to the centre square with cathedral and alcazar. The rooftop pool is glorious. Fab view and lush pool. Room was always well cleaned and kept. Air con and super friendly staff. The price was so reasonable compared to £££ other hotels.

We spent 5 nights in this hotel, each and every one of them with an incident. Firstly, our room faced a ventilation courtyard when at the time of booking I was assured that all the rooms were outside. Just arrived, we saw that the headboard of the bed was half off the wall and the fan of the bathroom seemed to have not been cleaned since its installation: As we came out of the shower this fan had dusted all over the bathroom; We gave notice at the front desk but they didn't fix it until the next night with the second complaint. The second night we had to go down to reception, as the phone in the room had taken it away. This time our complaint was because of the cold we did at the hotel: less than 10 °c on the street but our hotel could not turn on the heating. We saw several guests complaining about the same thing and taking blankets to their rooms. Finally, night tables began to accumulate dust balls on the second day, but never cleaned them.
In my opinion, it is unacceptable that a 4 star hotel has so many faults and much less that you have to go cold at bedtime.
As a positive point, on the roof there are some very nice views of the Giralda.
After my experience, it is not a hotel that will recommend anyone, quite the opposite.

The swimming pool on the roof is awesome. Very nice hotel in general, very friendly staff. Couldn't have a better location… Only bad point, you can hear your neighboor like they are in the room. We had a snoring guy and baby around us… Hard to sleep!

Very good location, large and well equipped rooms. Very good humane treatment. The very complete breakfast buffet. It bad is that is very very loud, is very annoying listen them rooms of to the side and the corridors (not must have insulation). The mattress is too hard.

We were the past weekend two couples with two babies and we liked the location, the cleanliness, the staff and the rooms are spacious. All right. We were happy.

Hotel is not bad in general but I have not met a more noisy hotel, has no soundproofing none post q you hear the downspouts, slamming doors, the cleaning ladies moving beds, something inconceivable in a 4 star hotel.

Fourth bad bathroom very bad, to be a 4-star hotel rooms are unnecessary you 2, waiters and cleaning service that saves all.

Downtown, in the District of Santa Cruz, close to the Giralda. Excellent. To highlight the terrace with its views, pool and where they serve great cocktails.

I've been in that hotel 8 days ago. The location meal excelente. La repeated from noon to night, comi in three days, three meals soups sobre. El breakfast the only thing the salvaba. No lorecomiendo to eat in the hotel. Uno of the breakfast lacking in everything. Poor organization.

Location is excellent, 10 mins to cathedral; right in the old town, perfect for getting lost in. Roof-top pool is fab after a day of sightseeing. Only negative are the very unfriendly staff.
