Great 1 bedroom apartment in good location. This apartment was on 2nd floor with no lift access, had all the amenities you could need (including a washing machine which is handy when you’re traveling for a week or two) and was also serviced daily. This is one of several apartments available in this building. Simple to get to the train station by bus and easy walking distance to sights of Seville. Good value when compared to a hotel. We would stay there again, it also had the best bed we slept in in 10 days in Spain.

Stayed in one of the luxury one bed apartments — excellent location in the heart of the Santa Cruz district, very close to the cathedral and lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Apartment was nicely decorated and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. However we had a few issues during our stay — while it was clear someone had been into the apartment during the day while we were out, the place hadn't been cleaned properly: for example, the bed hadn't been made, the towels weren't changed at all during our 4 night stay and the outside seating area was never cleaned). Also, on several occasions some of the food/snacks we had bought had been taken, which left us uneasy about leaving money and other valuables in the property while we were out. We have given this feedback to the owners but they have not addressed our concerns.

Fabulous location but a bit noisy at night. Apartment is very well designed and equipped. But beware if you have mobility problems as it's on three floors with quite steep stairs. Overall however a great choice.
