Very well located, facilities and rooms nickel. Very pleasant staff. Little more for the parking, convenient city center, and the swimming pool. Only the soundproofing of the rooms leaves a little to be desired, but it deals with it. I recommend without problem. A very good address!

Small rooms but clean and very nice staff. Very central to know Seville well.

Good location, clean and comfortable. You also have tea and coffee included all day. You hear quite the noise from the neighboring rooms, and simple breakfast. The rest a very pleasant stay.

Very well located hotel from where it is possible to visit the city on foot.
For those arriving from the airport by the bus it is a short walk away.
Quiet and clean hotel.

Newly refurbished Hotel with comfortable facilities. Breakfast is a bit pricey (6, €50 per person). It is minutes from the Gold tower and the whole downtown area, as well as being ideal if you want to visit Triana or catch a bus to other areas of Seville, as it is within walking distance from the Plaza de Armas station. The downside I would put is that the room we were given only had a window facing the central light yard, so they could see towards the room who would pass through the hallway of the rooms across the street or even who was waiting at the front desk.

Very nice Hotel, very close to the city centre. Clean and spacious rooms and a very pleasant treatment on the part of the staff. The only thing a little negative is that in the room we were we could hear a lot of the noise from the hallways… Suitcases of people coming or going… A little annoying that was not very soundproof for someone with light sleep.

The room was nice, the bathroom had a bidet, and that's a thing that I really miss in lots of hotels. The breakfast serve yourself tasted good!

Quiet place to stay a couple of nights. Breakfast with little variety.

Only stayed here because a Google search said they had free parking — turns out they don't (14€). Also, don't expect to fit your car into the garage without smashing it up — which the front desk was happy to agree with. The location is decent and staff was nice. The room looked clean, however, it was covered in hair (bed sheets and bathroom) from previous guests and lipstick strains all over bed sheets and towels, so it was clear that cleanliness was more superficial. Last, the large Queen bed I booked was actually two full beds pushed together so be prepared to sleep separately.

Mid-level hotel in terms of quality and price. It is close to the Fine Arts Museum of Seville, which houses an important exhibition of works by the Andalusian Murillo painter, in a fairly central location but still a 15-minute walk from the city's monumental centre.
The rooms are small and when equipped with "balcony" they allow an air exchange with the room only through a sort of well that starts from the roof of the building and whose bottom is the balcony itself. Also for this reason our room was very poorly ventilated and the lack of fresh air was made to feel.
Accomplice perhaps the limited space of movement of the room, the cleanliness of the room could have been better in the corners not passing. Good cleaning of the public spaces of the hotel.
Friendly staff and very helpful the possibility to make free use of the coffee machine of the breakfast at any time of the day to indulge in a coffee, a tea or an infusion. Poor breakfast, both for quality and quantity.
In general the hotel is suitable for a clientele willing to turn a blind eye to certain quality falls but interested in resting well (the hotel is really very quiet and quiet and the beds and blankets are comfortable), do not waste too much time on the move and contain A little bit the prices. But maybe it's better around.

Very clean hotel and good family suite, very central.

Not a bad hotel but… It is not possible to stay without hot water, on Christmas Eve, in 2017. The staff is nice and welcoming. The rooms are a little ' anonymous, but equipped with the main comforts. Unfortunately they are not soundproof and, although it is located in a quiet area, in the morning you could still hear the loud of other customers. It's an easy walk, a little less by car.

Spotless Excellent location The service is very very nice the building very nice and very very central in Sevilla the prices are great for the location you have although you quite difficult access to the garage and also with very little space if you don't have to go to Public parkings or look for parking a good time due to such a felt location perfect for tourism.

This is room 107, "we want to sleep! ". The accomodation is so badlu isolated, you can hear everuthing from the hal, the receptions telephonecalls, the visitors, your neighbours, the kitchen doing the dishes, and… the renovators working very hard. If you're such a small hotel, close it during renovation. For me, the main goal to stay in a hotel is… to sleep… and I can't! For the rest, very friendly staff, theu can't help it.

Accr museo When we arrived there was no smiles, we didn't exactly feel welcome. Usually the pictures lie a little, but I've never experienced a descrepancy like this. The pictures show newly renovated rooms, but we got a mouldy unclean one. There was dust and paper from a former guest in the wardrobe, there was no separate shower, and mould in the roof. We booked a double bed but got two single beds. The booking promised free parking, but to our surprise they charges us extra, and 14 euro for 18 hours is expensive, you can easily find cheaper parking in Sevilla. No sound isolation, we could hear passer by's conversation all to well. This is more a hostel than Hotel.

Nice staff and great position if you want to be near city center and all main sightseeings. The rooms are also cosy, and place quiet. We had a very nice stay.

The best location in the Center, for the marathon qeda aunqe very far.
Rooms accomodate to ridiculous, we were two couples and only ours was affordable in terms of size. Spartan breakfast, the worst check out q had commented it could already do q after a marathon it was essential to be able to give us a shower in any d two rooms q we rented had to return fresh after the effort.
Day d cars, €55 per room q had rented from 14.00 to 14.30.
Thank you for the courtesy and hospitality, is irony.

Hotel quiet and peaceful. The Wi-Fi works well. The rooms overlook an inner courtyard covered, very quaint.

Excellent relation quality-price. Central, in 10 minutes walk you are at all the main city centre. New Hotel, with what is fair but adequate considering the price paid.

Cheap, quite modern, and with some very nice room. The problem is that the room is overheated, and the street is too noisy to keep it open. In addition, the cleaning left something to be desired.

We had made a reservation through the page of the hotel for two adults and one child (under 12 years). We move to Seville, and arriving at the hotel a very unfriendly receptionist tells us that we have to pay a supplement of 20 euros for the girl, when the bond clearly shows two adults and one child under twelve years, and the fixed price of 79 euros. After discussing at length with her, not down donkey and with some rather unpleasant ways. Talk to a reservations company to those who take the blame (despite the fact that I had made my reservation directly on the page of the hotel), and they do not solve anything, so absolutely outraged we had to go looking for another accommodation Hotel more seriously, so we lost all afternoon for a mini vacation that we had raised.
