We went to the hotel restaurant. It enjoyed a romantic dinner, composed of two glasses of cavas, appetizer, starters, main dishes, drinks and desserts. The price was great as we had a special offer and we got it for 30 euros which under normal conditions say that it is worth 120 euros. It's certainly not there. The food grosso mode is ok and the dessert very rich. Chocolate pyramid with I don't know what else.

Fabulous property near the center of Seville with a comfortable underground parking lot to park the car.
The hotel also has a nice swimming pool where you can rest during hot hours.
I had a great night's stay!

It is a recommended academy in which they perform a high quality English preparation. Gary, my teacher, is a great teacher and an excellent person.

Perfectly located in Seville city centre, the hotel provided an exceptional service. We had a room on the top floor with a view on the city. During our stay we were offered some compliments from the hotel, including a fruit basket and a discount in hotel restaurant. Hotel amenities provided enough entertainment during hottest hours in Seville: swimming pool, lounge bar, gym and couple of restaurants. I found the service highly convenient and at the same time invisible.

The hotel does not pull on 4 stars. The usual three-star hotel.

I’m writing this review for Jonathon at the concierges desk. Although, I didn’t stay at this hotel. I called the hotel needing to arrange a taxi and Jonathon was extremely helpful and called a local taxi company as I don’t speak Spanish. Jonathon went above and beyond at 02:00 to help us! Our stay was fairly good. However the hotel did not have any charm. Location was not too bad given the city is small and you could walk everywhere. I would recommend an authentic b&b in the centre instead though.

Modern and elegant structure, located not in the historical center but in the immediate vicinity of the same (you can reach it or with a bus or in a quarter of an hour of walk). The rooms are spacious, comfortably furnished, equipped with free Wi Fi, and well-soundproofed, very beautiful bathrooms. Beautiful panorama of Seville species from the high floors. In the immediate vicinity of the hotel a splendid park surrounding an ancient Moorish residence. The breakfast is varied and plentiful, the staff extremely polite, helpful and knowledgeable. It has an underground car park. The price is absolutely in line with the category. Not negligible: The surrounding area is full of restaurants. Overall a great hotel.

Good hotel in a fairly central area, 15 minutes walk from the Spanish Steps. Overlooks the public park. Decent rooms, a bit old and breakfast.

Great location (approx. 20min walk into the centre of the city), helpful staff that speak multiple languages, comfortable beds, good breakfast selection and for a very reasonable price. Lovely gesture from the staff who noticed from our passports when we checked in that it was my brother's birthday the day before we checked in and left a small cake in the room one evening with a note.

Wonderful location. Just outside the old City centre, about 7-10 minutes walk, or 3 minutes to the San Bernardo tram stop. For the price, the hotel is quite classy, spacious rooms, great front office staff. Excellent food in the main floor cafe bar, open all day and evening. High quality food with competitive prices, surprising for a hotel. Very quiet hotel without all the street noise of touist crowds. Nice pool and large patio deck on 3rd floor. We stayed 5 nights in early May, and would definitely return if in Sevilla again.

Nice hotel. Clean room. Huge breakfast. Good distance towards the tourist parts. Friendly staff that helped us out of issues.

Front desk staff was OK. The guys in the restaurant during day shift kept acting like they were doing me and my wife a favor by taking our orders. The room was not that clean, we soaked a towell and eliminated some dust from the table tops etc. Twice we had to ask for bed sheets to be changed, the ones we got originally had this incredible detergent odor.

Great stay. Very nice staff. Convenient location for rate. Close to the centre with the bus or train.

I stayed at this hotel a while ago and I think it has been definitely the best hotel I have ever stayed in.
We were given a room on the top floor of the hotel throughout the slip, with a difficult view to describe.
The rooms are very large, the bed is kingsize and the bathroom is very spacious too. Everything was very clean.
The hotel has a Jacuzzi and sauna on one side, and an outdoor swimming pool that for the summer evenings comes in very well (although eye with the water that is freezing! ) However it is very small, so 5 people in the pool will condition the bathroom.
If I were to say any downside it is the distance to downtown walking, which can take around 20 minutes easily.
I have been to other hotels in Seville stayed closer to the center and I am clear that the next time I return I prefer to stay at this hotel although it is a bit far from the center rather than being more central but in worse hotels.
So definitely highly recommended!

Modern Hotel with large rooms and all the services that are expected by their category. Staff very friendly and helpful. I have only slept in this hotel and I can not appreciate more aspects. Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and care. In short, a modern, elegant and centrally located hotel in Seville.

Good location, quiet hotel. Although they would appreciate a little more details on the toilet as well as more light in the room overall. I know that this last point is being solved. The service is a 10.

Very good Hotel, foreign of accommodation very flexible and at a price. I don't give you five stars just because you don't have any room with shower tray suitable for people with reduced mobility. A pleasure, I repeat!

Good location. Good view, personal treatment Well, I've been three days, but they don't change the sheets I don't like anything, it doesn't seem hygienic. And in addition there is no kettle in the room, which normally is always in other hotels, because every time there are more English and Asian tourists than by habit of drinking tea, we need.

15min walk from centre but good location. Excellent breakfast and good views of Seville from our 7th floor room.

Modern Hotel, clean, a stone's throw from the historical centre of Seville. The staff were very helpful and friendly. There is also the pool.

Room next to elevator no waitress in lobby bar not fresh food at breakfast room cards do not work after a day.

Good service, good atmosphere, good organization of the services, all in a select and distinguished environment but without reaching the classism. For those who want to enjoy a simple cup of coffee or a drink, the atmosphere is friendly and relaxed on the same ground floor. The restaurant on the 13th floor, superb for its food and views. Absolutely recommended.

And famous service. Spacious room. Excel Te vista of the city. The bar and the pool create a pleasant atmosphere. Good location You can go on foot to the sights.

Beautiful but basic hotel. No kettle (coffee, tea maker) in rooms. Limited hot water on 3rd floor during peak times. I would stay here again.

Good luxury cozy to recommend for friends A pinch away from the center just 5 minutes to enjoy in Camminta Siviglina.

The check-in was smoothly done, but I do not recommend that Hotel because when my family and I entered the room, we noticed that the room was not clean (there was other people's garbage and used toothbrush) and the linens seemed to have been used before. It was very disappointing!

Hotel with good location, comfortable rooms, and good cuisine in the Diaruis menu of about €15. I recommend ordering rooms with a view of the park.

Unfortunately I have to stay every time I am here for work and I never enjoyed staying in this hotel. The breakfast looks gross and the rooms are poorly equipment. To get a towel for the pool you have to go to the reception to pick it up. Pool chairs also broken for months already. I was not allowed to take a cup of coffee to the room. There is not even a water boiler to prepare tea or coffee in the room. I ask to provide one in my room because I am staying for one week. They were not able to because it is only an amenity of a suite. At least the staff us friendly!

Very good stay, the hotel is well located, the tram and the Metro are 5 min walk. At the hotel level in itself, the rooms are clean and spacious, at the reception some hostesses speak French.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The terrace is very nice. Fantastic to celebrate a wedding on your terrace.

Very good service. I was there in a life and the unbeatable attention. The boyfriends have given them hotel nights in suite and they are very happy.

I have stayed at this hotel 3 nights and after having charged Me 200 euros without any notice since October 15 still give us no solution, for more calls and claims do not solve the problem. Bad effectiveness when it comes to giving solutions or explaining what happens. I expect solution in short because I do not know what else to do.

The weekend of 21/octubre/17, we were here, as my children's birthday present to their father. The staff were very friendly and helpful. But above all, the work of the reception staff, Jesus, Isabel and Reyes, not only for their professionalism, attention and pleasure but for their kindness at all times and for the great detail they had, knowing that we came to celebrate the birthday. Unforgettable, I advise, no doubt.

Fantastic stay. Hotel staff is super friendly friendly! Very clean, the pool area is great! Drinks by the pool are even better. And they have a Michelin star rated restaurant. Prices are not too high and you are close to most attractions and great tapas restaurants.

We had a leak in our room and brought this issue up with the receptionist who arranged for another room for us straight away. The staff were friendly. Room service was great. Room was quiet and clean. What more do you need from a hotel?

Fabulous restfuland relaxing after exploring the city. Pool deliciously cool with rooftop bar and restaurant adjacent. Excellent breakfast buffet to fuel days exploring. Would certainly return here.

Good location Top Rooms.

I'm only really giving two stars for the staff and how nice the lobby and well placed the hotel is. The parking is a plus but good luck if you have a large or family sized car. The room we had was dark and depressing. It had no tea/coffee facilities, no iron and no fridge just a mini bar stuffed with ridiculously overpriced goods. The floor was absolutely filthy! I took my shoes off and walked from the bathroom to the bed, looked at my feet because they suddenly felt dusty and they were absolutely black! Socks were thrown away afterwards as they were too filthy to get back to looking washed. Breakfast is absolutely dreadful especially if you want a cooked breakfast. We ended up going off to do sightseeing in the city feeling hungry. Overall, very disappointed and we cut a two night stay down to one. I booked this hotel after reading good reviews. I guess others have been lucky, I can only give comment on my own experience.

Excellent hotel from the structural point of view, large room and abbondande breakfast. As downsides I can mention the fact that the cleanliness of the room did not deserve a great.

Hotel was lovely and staff really friendly. What ever you do don't order room service after 12. The toasted sandwiches and chips tasted like they'd been in the fridge for days. Shocking for 22 euros.

Very spacious and discreetly elegant room with all comforts. There is a small but lovely outdoor pool on the third floor. International breakfast with a bit of everything but in my opinion the quality could be better.

Great hotel. A bit of a walk from Seville old town and the Santa Cruz district, but the area is pretty nice and the views from the hotel are great! Clean room, MASSIVE bed, clean bathroom, nice hot tub and I'm sure the outdoor pool would be good too, if it had been open (we went in the off season). Cheapest option with parking included when we booked at the last minute and we were very happy with it. Front desk staff also excellent.

Our room was comfortable, well appointed, and quiet. Nice bed, nice bathroom, clean and reasonably priced. Not the most prepossessing neighborhood, but a straight shot to the airport. Helpful staff offered to put a package in the mail for me on Monday, as I was departing on a Sunday. Didn't try the restaurants or the breakfast buffet, so can't count on those, but they obviously make a considerable effort, with good success.

Muchas Gracias to ALL the team at the Sevilla Language Center for a great intensive Spanish week. Cristina is an excellent Spanish teacher and gave my Spanish a good boost. All the team are really welcoming and looked after me well, despite me booking at the very last minute. The culture courses were very good value for money and the extra curriculum activities were also great fun. If I had more vacation, I would love to still be there. Hopefully soon again.

I am now settled in Spain and hence needed help in conversational Spanish. They have a very experienced team with a strong understanding of grammar and how best to teach it. They take a lot of pains to customize exercise material for each class, based on one's interest. In my case it was history… so I learnt a lot about Spanish culture/ history too! Their academy is airy, spacious and the location cannot be better… absolute heart of the city and just a few minutes walk from the Cathedral. I completed my A2 level Spanish a few weeks ago and am looking forward to starting B1 soon with them.

A terrace and great panoramic restaurant, is in a good location and easy parking.

Beautiful foyer. Dissappointed with the room — Very strange pillows on the bed, and no extra pillows in the room. Stuffy in the room. Difficult staff at the pool bar. Breakfast was ok. Good fried eggs. Glad we are only staying 2 nights.

Good hotel in a nice location. Staff ARW very helpful, rooms are large and breakfast is excellent. Only thing I'd say against the place is that the rooms can be very dark with all of the mahogany.

Fantastic. The room was very big, everything was really clean. It rests perfectly and the breakfast is abundant and varied. It has free Wi-Fi.
It is not centrally located, so to make tourism can be a little uncomfortable.

The hotel is magnificent. The staff, the facilities, the restaurant service and location make it a good choice of accommodation if you visit Seville. We celebrated our wedding there and don't have a complaint. We have subsequently returned to the hotel and we also visited Cordoba and Granada and in both the treatment and the service has been great, taking care until the minimum detail. 10-this hotel chain.

The hotel looks like if its one of the best in Sevilla, the room was BIG, which I was very surprised, the bed was not so good, very hard, not comfortable enough. Wifi free and good coverage, pool area is good but its always busy and you are lucky to get a beach chair to sun tan, pool is small and crowded. The employees are very friendly, food is good. The streets in the back are a bit shady but if you walk to the center through the main road which is lighted at night its all OK. A walk to the city center is about 15-20 mins stroll. Would stay there again since the price was good.

(*2) : The window to the outside are not sufficiently Soundproofed. You can hear also in the 8. Floor of each car below passes by. And it drive very many cars! A feeling, like Camping next to the road. For a 4-star Hotel is completely inappropriate!
