An excellent team of professionals and a super comfortable bed. All in general of 10, cared for to the smallest details.

Excellent service, superb facilities.

I was in this hotel a few weeks ago. It is true that the staff is very friendly and well equipped. But the cleaning leaves to be desired, we find unchanged pillowcases, corners of the floor with dust (I don't think they swed there for months), the bathtub rinsed but not scrubbed. Few retailers, cleaning too fast. For the price of the hotel, the cleaner spends little time in the room. It will be organizational issues, but it would not be the hotel I would recommend.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Maybe a little sloppy facade and a little dated rooms, but very clean and neat. Excellent value for money. The breakfast was very good.

Good building, Terrible service, Rude personal, I was been in the hotel as a turist by Bora Tur from Istanbul. I never advice to stay in this hotel. The servent in the restaurant spent bad words to our group because of changing the place of chair… The service personal In the morning didn' t let our ready suitcases in lobi, very rudely sent us to our room.

Very comfortable. We had a great time. Comfortable, spacious and very quiet room. Even the bathroom. Breakfast is good and varied. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. There's a pool. The location is convenient because it is only 10 minutes away from Seville, where finding parking is a big undertaking.

Great visit! However, I'm not pleased that they charge to use pool towels and that the pool closes so early (8pm)!

We have been several times, the staff is very nice and competent, the superb breakfasts and the waitresses and chargers of the reposition super attentive and outstanding that nothing is missing, it fails in the rooms the bathrooms that need a renovation if or if, but to spend a few Days by area quality price it's fine.

Excellent hotel in place close to Sevilla. By means of public transport to the center. The friendliness of the staff makes it worthy of the highest valuation.

I've been there for a social event and It was quite good. Also It has a tennis court where you and your children can play tennis whathever they want.

He has been in town all his life, he organises events and he has very good facilities for his age. It is at the entrance of the town very accessible.

It was a comfortable weekend in Dos hermanas, seville. One of the most beautiful cities I have ever seen.

Apart from the good price it offers at Christmas and other times of the year, the 2017 Eve Gala was impressive. The best staff, very attentive, friendly, polite, are uneasy to solve any problem or anything you need. We'll be back many more times.

Staff at the reception are very nice. I really appreciate their effort to speak English. However, the cafeteria staff were very cold and do not seem to want to be as nice as the reception guys. Maybe it's because I'm not part of any group and maybe because I don't speak spanish. Shame on me for that. Anyway, I only feel partially welcome. About the room (321), there is no kettle in there like most 3 star hotels. Couldn't make a simple tea or quick coffee in the morning. Walls are veeeery thin. I heard my neighbors conversations until they finally fell asleep. On my last morning, the cleaning staff was singing pretty lourd. That woke me up (violently) … Grrr. They were probably having technical issues but down the hall smell like trash or like a baggage truc was parked nearby. Luckly the smell was only outside of the room. Consulsion: Only the lobby makes you feel like you're in a 4 star hotel. Very unhappy!

I was in this hotel in the month of October. After the stay, via their website, I highlighted the fact the state of the bed linen and the quality of the pillows. I did not get any response. The sheets were stained. This is not hygienic and gives a good image, especially for a 4 star hotel. Pillows a real shame, completely deformed. These things should be taken care of and it is a pity, because the attention was good in the reception and the restaurant, but the hygiene leaves much to be desired.

The hotel is very good. The employees are very helpful and friendly. But they should improve the rooms and the heating.

Very quiet and well located. Very well maintained facilities. The attention is very professional but at the same time close. The staff at the hotel are always willing to help. Very careful details. The breakfast buffet is very varied and quality. The pool is a very relaxed place with a terrace where it is very nice to have a drink while you enjoy the outdoors. A shopping centre is a two-minute walk away.

Fantastic stay, short, but it has been worth it to go from Malaga to Seville in the middle of August, because we have been very comfortable. Two days in which we have relaxed and we have rested in your spacious room, with comfortable beds, bathroom spotless, and details on the minibar. The reception of 10, the super pool, easy parking… The staff is exemplary, when you knew that we also work in the hospitality industry and we were going to rest for a couple of days not treated like queens, even more if possible, already if you see that the deal is close and helpful with all customers. Buffet breakfast and dinner, correct, and all quite wealthy, there are some good menus of the day also. The waitresses great, Conchi, a Queen, (I hope you come these greetings from Malaga), we met one of the cooks also (shame that I can't remember his name) lovely; and Javier, a waiter very guapetón there is out there… looking forward to come back soon¡¡

The staff was nice and the room had water in the fridge. Good working A. C. And a good buffet. We asked one of the staff what was in a soup and he went as far as give us a recipe with instruction. The hotel is located slightly out of the city which makes it more quiet than if it was inside the center. No to little traffic to access the city.

The location isn't good, there's nothing to do and the rooms are below average.

The perfect location makes the travel time to Seville soo short the best service I already see.

I really liked everything about the hotel though the one thing that bothered me was the Wi-Fi was a little slow. Everything else was amazing, at least by my standards. May depend by who went there because I'm known to have weird opinions.

The best staff and cleaning in general. In addition this easy Park and opposite a shopping centre and with good access to transportation to go to Seville for the rest time and use have caused a dent in the hotel. In the 412 rotates the hanger in the bathroom, toilet leaks and the night dripping, severely worn furniture, the Wi-Fi will be fatal but the worst are the noises. You hear everything. With respect to the breakfast coffee and juices are a DREADFUL quality, there is no ham and the teaspoons and sugar are not on the table (should be). By the way the bed and pillow are OK.

Booking to celebrate a communion. Good service, good facilities and good information.
