Nice place… The deal was good. Until my wife and I go to the Spa and being in the pool of this, we show up a piece of bug and another behind us, one fell into the pool and the other by the edge, took pictures and I recorded a video of it to show it to the receptionist, on top of that I left almost an hour before the Spa because my wife no longer wanted to touch the water, the receptionist charged me the same as if I had been the hour and a half, did not apologize. He just said he'd send for it.

It is a farmhouse located in a spectacular location on the banks of the Zahara-El Gastor reservoir. In the middle of the mountains, 22 km from Ronda.
Converted into a 4 star hotel, very cozy, bullfighting theme but without abusing.
Perfect environment to rest and relax, breathe peace and tranquility. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and well decorated. Very good food and excellent value for money.
In short, we have had a very good experience. Absolutely recommendable. August 2018.

A fantastic place to disconnect, located in the middle of nature halfway between Grazalema or Zahara de la Sierra. A great hotel that has managed to combine perfectly the history and the rural style with the current, elegance and good taste. It is very quiet, ideal for relaxation. Dinner in the restaurant is a very good option. Good value for money.

Beautiful rooms, a small but fine spa area with Finnish sauna. Staff partly unkind. Dinner did not taste so good, but breakfast was very good and you had a nice view of the valley and lake at the meal.

I liked the lounge with fireplace, the exterior decor and its dining room anyway I find it a bit short to be 4 star.

The hotel is very quiet and comfortable with views to the spectacular Sierra and swamp, attentive service. The SPA is very good. The food lived up to the expected in a 4 star hotel.

The accommodation is very well located, close to the white villages of the Sierra and next to Ronda.
The Spa pretty quiet, clean and nice.

Have just spent Christmas day & night at the hotel with a group of friends, & everything was superb! The staff were friendly & attentive with nothing being too much trouble, & the food was excellent. Spent the evening in the very comfortable lounge, warmed by the log fire. All in all, a perfect way to spend a special day.

Another wonderful overnight stay at Cortijo Salinas one of my favourite places to be. Dinner was outstanding! Every ingredient of the best quality. It was cold out but cosy and comfortable inside. Slept like a log. A big thank you to Isabel and her friendly team!

Fantastic for a quiet night in an absolutely stunning location with great staff and great food. Did I mention how quiet it is? The only sound was the faint tinkling of cowbell from the cattle eating in the adjacent fields. That soothing sound was the perfect accompaniment to the stunning views of the night sky. We wished we'd stayed an extra night, or three extra nights.

Hotel was nice, didn't tell us about the spa being open from 5:30pm, causing us to miss it. Bed was uncomfortable but the view at night from the terrace was excellent.
