We came for an extended weekend just to relax a bit from the daily stress in the spring sunshine of Southern Spain. We left with the feeling of having been home from home and gained friends. Pieter and Veerle are such good hosts. Not only that Pieter is baking fresh bread for breakfast, the eggs are from their free and happy henns and the oranges from neighbour's trees. We were set at B&B, but could not resist to follow our hosts' invitation to Paella and BBQ and did not regret it. It was just delicious. We especially enjoyed to be away from Malaga's hustle and bustle and and experience nightfall over the hills around Almogía with a sundowner in hand… how cool is that. Beds were comfy like home and we slept like groundhogs.
The conditions, which we found, exceeded our expectations. Only the bathroom would have deserved a door for a bit more privacy, but this little issue was manageable with some flexibility. Nothing to seriously worry about. We definitely want to return!
➜ Very good BNB. The welcome, the generosity, the kindness of Pieter and Veerle are waiting for you. We spent 14 magnificent days. Each day, a breakfast is very complete with small specialties each day different. The room is cleaned every day. We had the chance to eat 5 times with Pieter and Veerle, each time a meal of very good quality and very varied for a democratic price. The big advantage of this BNB is that it is only 30 minutes from Malaga and the road to the Costa del Sol. We have done +/ — 800 km so there is to discover. The villa is located in a beautiful setting that we change our flat country. We will stay there again because we have not finished visiting. The language difference was not an obstacle, quite the contrary, we had a lot of laughs between our French and Dutch, not to mention the Spanish. We wish full success to Pieter and Veerle.
