Relaxed family atmosphere. Food at reasonable price and good service. Too bad the restaurant does not access the wonderful pool.

A great location on a headland above a beach. The restaurant, open a. M. To 4pm is on the tip of this headland and consequently has 180° views of the entire Strait of Gibraltar, specifically opposite Tangiers in Morocco, Africa. The quality of the food is good. You have a choice of one hot (from half a dozen offerings of meat, pasta, or fish) and two cold (from a dozen salads) items. There is a choce of desserts and teas as well as coffee. The regime is strictly self-service, but the system is, in my opinion, well thought-out and convenient. The price is reasonable to low given the great location. The crowd is sporty and cosmopolitan all the year round. Dogs well catered for.

Staying at the Hurricane Hotel has been one of my best hotel experiences so far. The rooms are so clean, practical and functional. Beds are very comfortable and service and staff were friendly and always there to help. Breakfast was amazing, big selection of fruit and different kind of bread, eggs, cheese, tomatoes, fresh produces and it was possible to get soy milk cappuccinos and more drinks. Restaurant was great, we tried delicious fish of the area and tasty meat. The adult swimming pool & spa area is great if you want to relax and really enjoy your free time dedicating time to your body and soul. I cannot wait to go back!

Wouldn’t want anyone to book this paradise, so it can remain ‘untouched’ BUT hey, we are not alone, so just imagine yourself, for an indulgent moment, sunbathing on the Costa de la luz in Spain’s Andalucía or horse-riding along the stretch of golden sand viewing the North African coast and Straits of Gibraltar to Morocco just some miles across the sea. And then jumping into the sparkling, azure sea for a swim. This Hotel offers you all and more more more. Thank you dear Hurricane staff and owners! We WILL come back.

I Did Not stay but attended an event. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was great and the service was very good. The feeling was of familiarity between them and the guests who enjoyed TV rooms, reading and other activities. I can't say anything about breakfast and room because I didn't stay, but I wouldn't mind in the future.

Beautiful gardens with 2 pools and direct access to the narrow beach.
Breakfast buffet was varied and sufficient.
Rooms are very light harsh and very dark to the mountain side, hence our recommendation: Top floor (1 floor) sea side.

Great hotel with a great garden. The rooms are very decent. The staff are adorable and eat very well. It is located between the road and the seaside. There is no better in Tarifa except to want at all costs to be in the old town.

Good food, friendly stuff it´s good meat and fish here, little bit expensive, but good quality. It´s old hotel in tarifa, very famouse of spot of surf.

In August the price is not worth the candle. Simple rooms directly overlooking the garden. Breakfast Beautiful garden and swimming pool.

I went to lunch at noon. They have a good assortment of salads and also hot dish. It is very good to eat a combi dish.

We visited the beach bar / chiringuito. The views are stunning and it is a nice quiet place. However service is non existent and they have a poor self service.

I love the setting, great cleaners in every aspect! Polite staff and ready to help. The only strange thing I've noticed down here. No t. V. Got a tablet so no problem, but odd! Had it had one would have got the 5 stars.

The best hotel Fare, beautiful and very nice. Amazing deal. It is also highly recommended to go there to dinner with your partner in summer.

The staff is fantastic, the suite which gave us huge, with a large bed and sea view
The charming restaurant, le chateaubriand perfect in its point, and the cream brulee-delicious
Breakfast with good cheeses, ham and sausage and an aromatic espresso.
For Kiteboarding there is no place better in Spain, thanks to one of the owners, Peter, a great host, and great athlete's windsurfing and kiite, which we recommended a lot of places to visit.
Rate and the Hurricane is like being at home, and if you like kitesurfing is next Furaifun Cumbuco, one of those hotel spot that you can't miss.
