It is cozy, very close to the beach and has a lot of charm. 100% recommended. Breakfast was very good.

The hotel is ok but excessively expensive for the service it offers. The area is not touristy at all. The employees are attentive. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I just went to the gym, it's amazing, the schedule is from 6:00 a. M. To 2:00 a. M. Monday to Sunday and the staff is very friendly. It is one of the best options in the area.

Not a bad hotel but I didn't find it extraordinary either. The bathroom in the room is very small and the enclosure poorly located so that splashes a lot of water out of the shower stop. The free breakfast buffet has just about variety and quantity. And very normal quality. The maid service is good in the rooms although the hotel itself does not seem extraordinarily cared for. The parking of the hotel, which is not exactly cheap perhaps could be worth to charge an electric car with a schuko at low speed, yes.

Very spacious rooms with two main rooms thanks to its swivel panel with the television. The housekeeping staff is pretty sloppy as far as the noise they make adecentando the rooms around. And its breakfast service is scarce and with products of a medium-low quality.

You will never get a single room in this hotel. I was obliged to pay a double room. To my surprise after getting nacked in the shower nearly no hot water at all.

The hotel is OK, not very old pro well taken care of. You have to look for offers to get something lower price. Recommended.

The staff here do not speak English. Rooms are very compact. Wifi at this hotel is very slow and keeps disconnecting every 10 mins.

Always a great welcome from all the staff. Thanks to the kitchen staff who despite a late arrival served us an excellent meal and always with a smile.

Right Aparthotel, average price. They are spacious rooms with full kitchen and bathroom. Breakfast buffet is pretty simple and optional lunch and dinner. Correct reception. Something separated from the center taking into account the dimensions of the city. It has a large gym and gaming room.

We stayed for three nights in a junior suite. The room has a kitchen (which is a big plus). The gym is also pretty awesome. And the prices are very affordable. However, the hotel has some serious issues. Housekeeping didn’t come on a daily basis. And when they came the dish’s wouldn’t be clean and there was only one Towel left. The entire hotel needs some maintenance, to start with the rooftop billboards. Avoid the 12 euro car parking, since you can easily park your car for free in this town. Algeciras itself is not that exciting. But the hotel is a nice place for day trips to Gibraltar, Ceuta and tanger.

Modern Hotel and design, friendly staff, but we feel that the clientele is not always respectful of the places (several things deteriorated in our room: no hangers in the wardrobe, bathroom sink, very design glass, cracked on all the Length…)
Fun design Detail: the bedside table, wedged between the bed and the wardrobe, prevents it from opening…
Note: On the 7th floor, small studettes equipped with a kitchen with electric hob, oven, washing machine, etc. And very large terrace.
Ideal if you want to stay a few days.

Hotel decent and clean enough we regret for the price a service H24 catering. The big plus for me is to be able to choose a room, a suite or apartment with kitchen and fridge. Another big plus is the possibility of having a secure parking space (with extra cost) that belongs to the hotel and not a collective parking shared among several. Extra beds and baby are free. There is everything necessary for the toilet. Travelling from Bordeaux to Casablanca, Algeciras is a stop on every trip because I do not like driving at night. I would recommend this hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Still I'm in it I am going tomorrow 7. Everything I loved this very well, if I have to remove a defect as whole has, is that the bathroom is small.

To Algeciras come much and this is the first time that I come to this hotel could talk of others hotels of four and three star and not is carry much.

People who work at all the sites a few more serious and others more sympathetic but the treatment is good.

We had quite a few problems; We reserve a room with double bed and put us two beds connected, at the end we only changed room on our last day of travel because they preferred to give the rooms with double bed that remained free to new customers and thus get more pasta (don't they told us so, but it was obvious). The bathroom was that is fell and those friends that traveled with us found cockroaches in the bathroom. The breakfast is simple but wasn't bad, although the staff sometimes was something edge.
They were saved from the claim because the last day we changed to the suite to compensate the inconvenienced, yet the service leaves much to be desired.
On the other hand you can have luck and that you go all well, in addition to the price not is very expensive. You decide if you play it or not.

Good Hotel, well located next to Center shopping and access to the Center City, port and output of the city.

Some details that spoil the stay: very weak Wi-Fi, missed gel in the bathroom every day, the bidet was losing water and flooded bathroom and shower pssshhhh dish hygiene.

Very bad experience. The room smells of tobacco, but the worst thing is the breakfast time. You have to constantly remind staff that replacing juices, coffee. The schedules of start is them jump to the Bullfighter… very bad quality of the products. He was for 10 days and second, I already went to another hotel.

I like this hotel. But every time I stay the room is more dirty. The bathroom door was covered in white stains… euw room 610 However the beds are clean and super comfortable and extra pillows would be great Not so sure that the blankets get washed at guest changeover… The bar is terrible. Bright lights, mad seating and it is always trying to close. Gaming machines. Awful. No intimacy! no relax! The furniture is stained. It needs a complete redesign. Shame. The staff are wonderful. I will still come to stay every two weeks, but it is not as clean as it was last year…

+ spacious room with terrace (18 sq mtrs) overlooking the harbor (we had the suite) + garage next to hotel + friendly staff + superb mattress — breakfast below average for a four star hotel — understaffed (the receptionist asked me to call back as she had no time to take room service) — room and terrace need a decent scrub.
