The treatment of all the workers towards the customers is wonderful. The place is very clean and well maintained. In the restaurant you eat very well. A very nice place to spend as a family or as a couple.

It is a great place to enjoy with family, friends or couple! All very clean, they are continuously disinfecting, and a great deal from all the staff, any issues, give you a quick fix! I recommend it, I'll be back in a few weeks.

We've been to the public pool for the day. The water is very clean and at a nice temperature. The atmosphere is very familiar. We expected more from the spa, they gave us a cabin for 6 and we sold it as very great when we were only 2, the cabin had small rooms so we were disappointed.

I was in the spa for two days, my experience is not satisfactory, we were staying in the cabins and it is not well prepared very uncomfortable beds, noisy and very cold. The facilities are very deserted to play the kids the pool is big but it lacks many things to make entertaining the installation as well as everything to pay up, the sauna. The only thing I liked was the food that was well prepared and the proximity to Ubeda and Baeza. I am a person that I like many spas and I have experience and I like to pay but receive what you pay. A spa with spring water at 32-33 degrees the pool they have is large the thermal circuit area I would not recommend it because it is inside the pool they also have an outdoor pool that speak from July and also is bast the spa facilities They leave a little to wish the locker rooms are insufficient for so many people.

The only downside is that they advertise it with Wi-Fi (even in their room service booklets), and there is only in the common areas. There is no Wi-Fi in the cabins.

The food is delicious but it is a closed menu of three first and three seconds. No chance of getting out of the menu. No vegetarian adaptation or allergen information. The most they offered as a vegetarian was a dish of salmorejo (very rich) and a mixed salad… And all for about €16 and a spike per menu. Something that surprises to be a spa, in which healthy and adapted food should be a goal.

Great. Several years ago I reserve a week of vacation to enjoy the spa, I will repeat both for its facilities, staff, services, etc.
The only negative, coinciding with the festivities of the village, was a night in which we could not reconcile the dream because of the music, this is not what you can criticize the spa but in the morning, once finished the music, allow the passage to the resort to all the people who come from the party and who continues to party, which made it impossible to rest also during the early hours of the morning. To this I have to add that coinciding with that night I made the typical brand of a big "X" in the car, which has forced me to paint. In this sense it would be desirable that the spa will somehow guard the parking lot.
