Iconic site. It hurts the few desires and attitude of the waiter. Safe eating right.

Sited in the top of a hill with views to the Guadiana River and the bridge that connects Portugal and Spain. Very relaxing and quiet because there is nothing around and it's not usually crowded. There're rooms with direct access to the swimming pool ideal for childrens. The restaurant it's great with great variety and has indoor and outdoor tables. The staff is very kind.

We loved this stop. The enclave is a very nice area in Ayamonte. The facilities are very good. The service is excellent and something I highlight, which for me is very important, is he breakfast that was very good here. Next year we repeat without fail.

An ideal place to stop if you are on your way and fantastic if you want to spend a few days of tranquility!

Just shaving on the terrace for a coffee or a beer is worth it, and it's worth it whenever we go there. Architecturally the building is a 10 and you can bathe in the outdoor pool with fantastic views of Portugal and the Ayamonte Bridge.

Nestled on a hill where once there was a castle its views are insurmountable.
Its facilities are divine and cosy with a charming 60 years style but with everything you need to enjoy a great tranquility and comfort.
I did not forget the great deal received by the excellent staff.
I would definitely stay here to live.

Parador Well located view of the river and the sea and the bridge that spawns the river between Portugal and Spain restaurant Room is located in the lobby and a little impersonal by cons if the climatic conditions allow to dine out the view is very nice Nou s have good dinner and a delicious fish and grilled shrimp and my wife a Russian salad with mayonnaise and the fish was just cooked well the vegetables of the small grated potatoes.

A design success. This has been done as things did 60 years ago. Excellent food. The garden terrace, very nice. Very fair staff.

Place with wonderful views where you can contemplate the eurocity of Ayamonte, Vila Real de Santo Antonio and Castro Marim with the mouth of the river Guadiana.

An excellent parador, like everyone I've ever been to. It was built in 1966 on what was the site of a castle. I recommend the Superior room as it is much more spacious and has a large sofa. The restaurant has very good products, with a menu for 26 euros. Pool, good views, surroundings, food and excellent service.

Splendid view, welcoming staff, comfort of the paradores, remarkable breakfast, value for money unbeatable, the top as always!

We visited it a day of strong wind, apparently habitual in the area. It is left out of the city and it is necessary to have a vehicle for the travel.

Very quiet, just a couple more tables that day. The staff were very friendly and helpful. First-class food, product of the earth like Chocos or ham. And views of the international bridge and the mouth of the Guadiana.

Quiet place. Spectacular views and attentive staff.

Not worth four stars. Monastic room. A very kind receptionist without saying more… On the other hand restaurant staff is top and very helpful. Dinner very any for the price. Croquetas tasteless and not homemade… and breakfast only from 8am… But it is a 5 star breakfast… Fortunately I had a price + 55 years and half board because overall at the normal price it's too expensive.

Not possible to rate as on arrival the hotel is shut till 15 February 2018. Not even possible to have a coffee.

As accommodation is excellent. Views over the Guadiana from a high point. The staff is very professional, which makes the stay fully relaxing. The breakfast is varied and of quality, to the height of quality that one expects. A place that deserves more than one night followed. When you improve the 4g coverage and the Wi-Fi reach all the rooms will be excellent.

We had a lovely stay in the Parador at Ayamonte. What a fabulous setting and location. Set high upon a hill overlooking Portugal and a river estuary. This is an amazing place to base yourself to explore the coastal areas of southern Spain and Portugal.

Good level in the services you can always expect in the network of Paradores. Professionalism and good restaurant.

It stands out in Ayamonte because of its beauty and besiege. From it, located in a high, you can see the mouth of the Guadiana, a large area of Portugal, the international Bridge and the town of Ayamonte. The rooms were very good and the food was excellent. You can't go through there without visiting.

Lovely location, nice bright airy and modern but still having a lovely feel to it. Lovely views over the river and town, most of the rooms having a balcony and on site parking. Staff very helpful and pleasant.

Located next to the river Guadiana. We were staying in a room with a view of almost all Ayamonte and Vila Real de San Antonio. It is a very well located and rooms spacious and comfortable hostel.

It has a view pretty, looking at the river guadiana and portugal international bridge. It is portugal and the people are beautiful.
The attention received by the worker mjy and family atmosphere. Preferred.

The views are beautiful, but the coffee was awful.

The only drawback is that the guardia civil would like your location to establish a control of alcohol within a hundred meters of the parador on the 11:30 — 12:00 in the evening. Just when you dinner, well of Ayamonte or Portugal. Two beers and wine and night bitter.

An oasis in the midst of Ayamonte. To go to the beach you have to take the car, but is equipped with swimming pool and spa. The customer service is very good and the staff are always very attentive.
