Very stylish hotel, with helpful and competent staff. Great location, great breakfast, large rooms, airy and tidy. Recommended for holidays. The place is very clean. Beautiful terrace from which you can enjoy great views of the whole city.

It's been all right. Breakfast buffet (included) value for money very good. I only had one problem about one o'clock in the morning for a family group with children who at the landing of the elevator talked and screamed as if they were at home and logically woke me up. I think it's the hotel's responsibility. I didn't see a single sign warning about silence after certain hours of the day.

Nice room and good views from bar on 8th. Was over ran by tours and children on one day. Good for most sites as walkable in most cases. Staff nice and helpful.

Frendly staff, big rooms and partly renovated. On the roof the have a little swimming pool and a bar (which closes at midnight). Location is great, walking distance to the shops and city center. Breakfast room is beautiful and the breakfast buffet is great. Everything you need or want is present. Fresh rolls, cheese, sweet rolls, yoghurts, eggs, bacon and so on. Even looks clean, fresh and tasty. Parking next door in a public parking (€15 a day). The outside of the hotel looks not that great but the inside is nice.

Decadent, little clean, in the room I occupied door of the bath swells that does not close, central enough.

The room was a bit out of shape and some stuff missing. But very nice and helping staff. Recommended.

Staff very welcoming and very pleasant at the reception as in the dining room. Large room, very well appointed and functional. Very decent rate. Very easy location for airport shuttle bus as well as to go downtown on foot in 15 min.

Good hotel, located close to the resort centre of Granada, rooms are big and spacious, beds very comfortable, staff very friendly. Our reservation included breakfast, and it's well worth it, buffet style, with lots of variety of products and even with cooking. They have parking and it is recommended due to the difficulty of parking in the entire downtown area. Hotel highly recommended.

Perfect Hotel for sightseeing in Granada, close to the city center and the tourist area. Comfortable room with everything you need. The amazing breakfast, very varied and with a large amount of products (I had only basis breakfast).

4-star is as well little. Did not work the thermostat and I could not sleep for the heat in spite of having called reception. I don't think you ask for much, just to be able to sleep decently. Breakfast good. Bathrooms outdated. Noise from the corridors could be improved. Comfortable beds. Facilities obsolete. The rating of one star is for not providing/ensuring the good night's sleep, if not, 3 stars.

Old hotel. Micro rooms with view on the wall. Temperature in room 28 degrees Celsius and AC off.

We loved it! The breakfast buffet was great, offered all types of breakfast and good quality. The room had very beautiful views, although the bathroom was a bit old. In general very good!

Good experience. We went to spend a weekend and ended up delighted. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back.

Reception personals were not helpfull at all. We as a group of 16 people were not satisfied. We paid the breakfast but my group had to leave in the morning before breakfast but reception didnt offer picnic for us. The rooms are big but old fashioned. Bathroom and sink are old. Hotel needs a RESTORATION in all the rooms. It is not enough to have fancy reception and entrance. Fell sorry to stay there.

Optimal central location, as far as staff available several shortcomings regarding the outdated structure, small rooms, non-adjustable temperature, sufficient breakfast, not advisable to dine.

Attention great. Breakfast good and plentiful. Spacious room and decent. Very good location. With a little patience or luck to park in the area… we're happy of this visit in Granada.
