Excellent welcome, large spaces, spacious and quiet and clean room. A small reserve for the condition of the bathroom faucets which is aging.

Good treatment of the staff, spacious rooms and cleanliness. Good breakfast. Well connected.

It’s a great hotel and easy to get into the centre of Town by regular buses. I can’t praise the wonderful reception staff enough — the Alhambra was all booked up for a month but they got me a ticket for the next morning!

Location is terrible. Not close to any attractions and to have to take the bus or taxi to get to the main attractions in the city. Rooms are good. Breakfast was not so great as most things looked like they were store bought. Compared to other 4* hotels we have stayed at in Spain, this one did not take the prize. Basic amenities like coffee machine, kettle and iron weren’t provided which was disappointing because it was a hotel and convention centre. They asked us to pay them to get our clothes ironed which no other hotel we’ve stayed at has done. Not going to be coming here again.

Beautiful hotel a little offthebed from the heart of Granada but easy to get to by car. Big plus: the spa and pool which are very well kept. However, the hotel deserves a little refreshment on the decoration side of the common areas and rooms. Breakfast is ok (especially salty) but the coffee and juices are absolutely not worthy of a 4 star…

Rooms are nice. Wifi works better than most spanish hotels. Hotel is too far away from town and they take advantage of that by ovecharging thier captive audience for food.

Good hotel at a good price. Very comfortable beds and very clean rooms. The staff is very attentive and polite. The pool is not very big, but to take a dip and cool off, it's perfect. The location of the hotel is very good, it has very close metro stop and bus. The best thing is that in the surroundings of the hotel there is free parking space, free parking on the street. I recommend it.

Very good experience! Very good quality/previous ratio! All very close! Even the transport! For putting a but, the spa quite small and somewhat expensive for only an hour 18 o per person! But the rooms the truth q are very good!

Gorgeous gardens and architecture, during summer it is very hot. Worth the visit anytime, just wear comfortable clothes and shoes, there is a lot of walking involved.

A good very comfortable and functional hotel with very friendly parking place where the Spanish football team has been installed in one of its matches. Quiet despite being in Granada and near an important hospital area.

I've stayed here six or seven times. Some rooms are in need of renovation. Too crowded in the breakfast restaurant at times when busloads of Asian tourists en course to Alhambra queue up at the same time. Check in is rather slow.

All in all well, apart from the shower which is not accessible because of the wall.

It is in a good area within the suburbs of Granada. The parking inside the Hotelario enclosure is not free, unless you indicate it and the outside area is a bit complicated to leave the vehicle. The accommodation is good and not expensive.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Of the room we were surprised that the cup had a system that cleaned you out after your needs. As a drawback, I emphasize that the curtains let the light pass when dawn and that the bathtub had a somewhat uncomfortable wall. However the location is good because the metropolitan and a bus line stop almost at the door.

Good business hotel. The quality in rooms services and attention is very good. It is located near the Granada Round and on the outskirts, but in Granada there are no distances. I recommend it.

We have done an event in one of the lounges and the attention we have received has been exceptional! They have helped us a lot in everything we have needed, we have booked rooms and they were quite spacious and very clean. Recommended at 100%

Modern and clean. The lobby is spacious. Restaurant is spacious with various options on breakfast. The room is kinda spacious and so is the bathroom. The first toilet I found in hotel in Spain with Japanese technology of which we just press buttons to spray, to dry, etc. Free Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi is speedy. Located just 1 km from Senallo Plaza (Granada’s biggest mall). 20 minutes drive from Alhambra. I actually enjoyed staying here but please beware of the security. One of my clients got stolen in the lobby. Well, he forgot and left his sling bag unintended on one of the couches on the lobby for about 5 minutes. When he realized that he left his bag, he returned to the couch but it’s already gone. Somebody took it and the “kind thief” left the passport and the wallet outside near the fountain but took the bag with rest items included a Samsung S8 Plus. At least, my client could continue traveling and could fly back home with his passport on his hand.

Overall nice and comfortable but to be a four star hotel has some glitches. In the conference rooms it is cold (winter) ; In my room the dryer is broken and the water temperature is not properly regulated in the shower.

Very remote from the Center, not is operating for a visit tourist of the city. Very populated bus in organized trips. Clean and decent, but noisy rooms by the proximity of the motorway. Very well equipped as a Centre for congresses and conventions. For family tourism does not stick.

Very good value, even if slightly eccentric of the Center, the bus stop is near the hotel and gets you there in 20 mins. Recommended gourmet restaurant. We regret the closing of the pool without having been informed beforehand.

A hotel very cosy, clean, elegant, and in a good area of Granada, you can go to the Center walking. This easy access on public transport.

The restaurant is very good, but they only have buffet breakfast.
Related with the Organization for events, has been fairly well but they should expand the area or perform in a wider place the break/coffee making intersessional events.
Moreover, I have taken me a good impression of the hotel.

The Hotel Abades, a great place to stay.
Hardly comes out of the radius from the center of the city with less than 1500 — 1600m of the same. You can walk or bus and avoid the use of the car.
Right next to the highway and the access to Sierra Nevada, Nuel Los Carmenes soccer stadium.
Definitely a good choice to stay, to organize an event or a celebration after a good weekend of work.

Buena localización, cerca de bares de tapas, pizzerias y restaurantes de comida rápida. El parking del hotel tiene coste, pero en las avenidas cercanas hay aparcamiento. Las habitaciones son de muy buena calidad y cuentan con elementos domóticos que no se encuentran en otros hoteles de la misma categoría. El baño está muy bien equipado. El servicio del hotel, tanto en recepción como el de habitaciones es excelente y muy competente, en todos los ámbitos. Sin duda es un hotel, aun lejos del centro, al que volveré.

I liked it, but beware it is out of the town.

I chose this hotel for a romantic weekend with your partner. The decor is quite nice and modern. The car park at certain times is impossible, as they use the hotel for presentations and business meetings. The SPA is very nice, but it is somewhat expensive, 20€ for 1 hour. And in addition what they want as a mass, in total silence. I was talking with my partner and the girl at the reception came to us to speak more low, which makes no sense. Since it is not a wake. Just for that, 1 star less. Accommodation, breakfast and SPA I paid for internet, but when you get to the hotel I had not cashed the SPA, so what I paid at the exit. The breakfast is very varied. I highly recommend it.

A good place to stay in Granada, comfortable and quiet rooms.

Me and my family of 5 arrived with no reservations. As there were no family rooms we were offered 2 rooms next to each other. They were perfect for our family. The rooms were not only spacious and bright but they were clean and airy. What we did not expect to find was that both rooms contained a fully usable kitchen that had a fridge, microwave and some crockery for your own food. The fridge was a bonus for us as it meant I had some where to put the babies milk over night. On the whole the staff were polite and very friendly. We were made to feel very welcome. We will definitely be using this hotel again.

Stylish and modern Hotel with spacious rooms and many services. Although the parking is paid in the vicinity of the streets can leave the car easily. Perhaps a little removed from the centre of Granada within walking distance. Perfect hotel to go out of business.

Talk to them on Facebook (because it was a pleasant experience that I had with your Department in another hotel of the chain), I said I had options and directly book it. I took an offer that had included spa for two people (essential to plan romantic, Hahaha). Very happy finish, this network is pointed within my favorite.
