Small hotel, rooms are basic but clean. Small pool on roof ideal for chilling. Didn’t rate the breakfast, not much choice. Ideal for groups and nice location.

A very comfortable and perfectly located place but with regard to the acoustics is perfect and it is not a theater but a hotel there were some uncomfortable guests who from 7 am started to slam and could sound like inside the room. Very friendly staff very good cleanliness although at a time due to the little staff and very usable restaurant.

Great place not only for families or big groups but also for people traveling alone… buffet meal swimming pool good value for money in your holiday getaway.

Nice hotel food nice no tea or coffee in the room you have to go to the restaurant.

We have been here 5 days and have found it very clean and comfortable. The staff are all friendly. The food has been good so far. It is in a good position within easy walking distance of the beach, marina and main high street. For a 3 star hotel it is very nice.

A lovely hotel in a great location. Rooms have recently benefited from an update. Hotel staff are very helpful and welcoming. Food is ok but not to everyones taste. Food prices in the local area are comparable to UK prices or cheaper so eating out is not a problem with a multitude of bars and restaurants in close proximity. The beach is only a short distance from the hotel which sits between the old and new town.

Very central, no parking, but but a parking nearby make you offers; Newly refurbished; The service of good and varied restoration; Bad Wines; Very good offers out of season.

The appearance is much improved updated and welcoming. The location is excellent. Friendly worm welcoming staff in all areas who perform there duties in such a way making it a homely feel. Clean rooms and bedding to a high daily standard. The food can be a bit hit and miss. There is all ways a plentiful supply and a selection of fish meat vegetables etc. With a selection of deserts and fruits. It would have been nice to see potatoes on the menu occasionally. All in all value for money.

The rooms are very good. The buffet rather loose, better eat out.

Hotel reception and staff are fabulous, we have a 6month old and they couldn't do enough to help. Came 7 months ago but wow what a difference, all newly renovated, bright large rooms new floors and decor. Perfect location. Very central, few minutes to orange square and same to the beach. No faults highly recommended. Thank you.

Lovely Hotel, but horrendous road works access via car and parking is a complete No no.

The hotel is very nice, recently refurbished, with very little accessibility for minusvalido. The first thing you find is a ladder. Good food. On the indoor swimming pool there is the exterior with aluminium structure. The best thing is that it is in the center.

A good place to make a getaway. When I went they had just refurbished the rooms and the result is a modern and comfortable room.
I recommend the Buffet, it doesn't have much choice, but the food is very good.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The only skinny point was cleanliness. When you enter the room the floor was full of pegotones and dust as plaster and despite comentarselo to the waitresses, were limited to make the bed and empty litter bins.

The hotel is being refurbished the rooms are more modern than the pictures there are. The central street where you are currently in works and there is no access by car and the work is at the door of the hotel with an appalling noise. It does not have parking, you are offered one arranged to 5 mint walking. But to unload it was a little chaos. You open the door and you find stairs, for my family we have a girl of a year and loaded with things. It wasn't funny. Very friendly staff. The room very nice, we put a sofa bed for my daughter thing I asked to retire because a girl of 1 year can not sleep there, we had to pick us up, luckily we brought her crib to travel. The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired, especially the floor, very nice wood but with lots of fluff that did not disappear the next day when I pass the waitress of floor before 6 in the afternoon. The pool must go up to the 6 in elevator but then a stair plant and is smaller than what you see in the photos, seating 13 person I think I remember putting on a poster. The right buffet, not a lot of variety but the fair, always to choose and well done and good taste: rice, Fideuá, lentils, bean stew, swordfish, hake, chicken fillet, burgers, chops, salads, potato tortilla, snails. Attentive and friendly staff Etc. Relation quality — good price. I guess when the play is over, it'll be better. A 5 mint walk from the beach, many stores and shops nearby good location.

Hotel right in the middle of the old town clean room sheets and towels changed everyday basic food not bad But caters more for locals beach only 50 yards down hill.

Excellent location. Sea is only a couple of minutes away. Very clean hotel. Very good value for money. Food in the hotel can be hit and miss. But you get what you pay for.

Run down and dated but very central Staff always working hard so do not have time to smile or be friendly. Don't bother eating more than once. It's the same every day. Bland & boring. Shame it could be a great hotel.

It was a very small hotel. Close to the promenade and the old town. Fair prices.

Nice location close to the beech lovely rooms and reception staff are great we went half board the food was disgusting no drink with your evening meal and the dining staff had terrible attitudes if planning on booking here book self catering.

Clean, nice. There were couple issues, but they all were resolved after contacting with staff. Staff is speaking English, by the way. But price is OK and location is GREAT! Old city just behind the corner, and so is Avenida del Mar and bus stop.

I have never been treated so badly at a hotel in my life. What should of been a great weekend was ruined. I have lived in Spain a long time stayed in 118 hotels here on the Costa del sol. It's the first time I have ever been yelled at 2am with my daughter Inhand the screaming bad yelling u customer think you can do whatever u want (about taking the Meagher cold dinner to our room for my daughter when I asked in advance. When I asked for than took a pen from reception desk to write his name he grabbed my arm and wrist with such force 3weeks later am still bruised. I am hoping my travel company and marconfort can help resolve this situation. Good location but not worth it to be assaulted and abused.

I was in this hotel recently with my husband a week, to begin with I have to say that it is a hotel that needs a good reform since both the rooms and the bathrooms are outdated. I all week not well rested as there was too much noise at night, which could be heard continuously and it was very unpleasant. The hotel entrance has six staircases that climb before reaching reception, so consider it a drawback. The meal varied little and the relationship quality — price I consider: Regular. What more highlight of this hotel is its location and great KINDNESS of all and every one of the employees whom we did know in person. As for the cleaning of the rooms don't have really complaining about it, only, sometimes rooms were left without as it passed us on the second day of arriving, the rest well. I am sorry but it is a hotel that I will not return.

Bad the deseauno and dinner. Free Wi-Fi in the hotel is false. Only on the mezzanine level.

Very close to the Centre and also from the beach, clean and good food, very good value for money.

What a lovely hotel, the staff were all very pleasent and helpful, the situation in the town is fantastic, a stones throw from everything, beach, old town and shopping. A wonderful rooftop pool and hideaway. Will definately be returning again for a long weekend. Recomend it to those who want to rest and enjoy the quiet ambiance of the culture that is Marbella.
