Very nice, typical and flowery club. The staff and the animation team at the top. The extra part: free bus from the hotel to stroll through the Andalusian region.

Disappointing! Too many rooms compared to the possibilities of hosting the pool, bar, "show room", restaurant… Etc. The search for profits is the only purpose of this hotel. You spend your time waiting, a table, a seat, a sun lounger.
Noisy, you must also love promiscuity and expectation. It's wearing and you always end up taking refuge in the room that has no terrace or exterior, few have a balcony … locked in 10m2… as soon as the meal is over… Foot!
It's a business club where the animators just do their job. Nothing more then they disappear… I don't recommend this place. Disappointing.
It is not enough to make a nice décor side hotel (only) … From a club we expect more!

We had bought 2 rooms in the all-inclusive version. One room was intended for our underage children. We arrived at the hotel last night and got one room in another hotel which for us was very uncomfortable. We have not received any compensation from the hotel and from the travel agency where we bought the stay. The hotel animators only spoke French, they were reluctant to speak English. Animations were conducted only in French. We are not very happy with the stay. It's good that we often went on trips. Despite notifications at the reception desk throughout the stay did not work properly air conditioning. It was very hot in the room where you slept uncomfortably. A lovely family get away, but a little racist since all events required you to be French! Which I didn't believe at first, went to reception to have it confirmed as true! They do English and Spanish in Summer: not the point, you should never exclude! Other than that room was good, food needed work and Wi-Fi should be free in rooms.

Good hotel in the Andalusian style. The restaurant is sufficiently varied and offers local specialities. Only downside the rooms are a bit old and you hear the noises in the hallways.

Hotel too noisy, bypass near the hotel, arrival of tourists at all hours of the night (noise from suitcase to roulette on the floor) very small room, entering the room one is immediately near the bed (bed that has already lived well and is uncomfortable). Food can go, but a lot of preserves! For me, it's a canteen. As for the excursions impossible to make Seville and visit the Palace of Granada, not enough room!

Very nice complex way old Andalusian village, relaxing and beautifully maintained setting. Very good reception. Team animation 2018 to the top. Do not fear the nuisance of the highway behind the pool, we do not hear it.

Nothing to say the hotel itself, the activities, the cleanliness of the rooms, the service etc… the location as well as the car rentals, the excursions the Club lookéa everything was perfect, we had a great holiday.

Lovely place to stay. Wish to go to Gibraltar or any other trips come to the small newspaper/supermarket shop between the 2 hotels. Enjoy.

Place to enjoy holidays with international tourists. Wi-Fi is paid and expensive rates for the pocket of a Spanish and similar worker.

As long as TT is okay. But at the slightest worries there is no one else… otherwise the hotel itself is beautiful, the architecture is typical of a small Spanish village.
The staff teams are great, whether it's the bar, the entertainment, the reception and even the maids.
The meals are varied.

A wonderful hotel. Beautiful surroundings and setting very nice room. Good choice of food and friendly staff. An unusual gem of a hotel. Sadly when asked about an early breakfast for our early flight we were told that was not possible only coffee and biscuits were offered as both of us need ed food for medication this was disappointing and no compromise was offered. Please be aware. The only fly in the ointment.

Smashing … small rooms, but very clean… food and drink very good with a decent selection and great service. Hire the bicycles for an easy run to the port huge yachts and great restaurants. Staff very good. Mostly French people but no problems, i. E. No barging at dinner etc no one had 3 full plates of food and wasted half of it. Very civilised … if you want anything more in this hotel pay more … great deal great price for a 3 star.

This hotel was so nice! The location is perfect close to Marbella and easy to reach by bus. The hotel is beautiful like a little town with beautiful flowers, the rooms are big and clean, the food is so good everyday and the animationteam and barstaff are so much fun. I miss it already and would come back for sure!

We booked at this hotel through a Thomson holiday — our first. We we're overall very pleased. Traveling was a family of four, including a four year old and a six month old. Accommodation was lovely. Rooms were clean and when daughter had an accident in bed, sheets were changed promptly and happily. Our family room had a private patio area which was great. Staff was generally friendly, save for one sassy lady at reception. Many fawned over the baby, and all we're polite. Food was great. With picky kids and differing tastes, we never found we couldn't please everyone. There was also a lovely assortment of local dishes on a daily basis. Bar was nice, drinks were small, cocktails included in the all inclusive were limited but we aren't picky. Bartenders were friendly as well. Mini club wasn't anything exciting, daughter went once and never again. Other entertainment was excellent, the flamenco dancers and Frank Sinatra singer were particularly wonderful. We'd definitely go back if we had the opportunity.

I spent there 8 days, service is very helpful, food very delicious, rooms very clean. I recommend.

Lovely hotel, very clean. Fantastic food but nothing after 21.00 for all inclusive guests. Good pool area with plenty of sunbeds. The bar area is poor! — very little outdoor seating and a loud disco area at night until midnight. The noise is invasive in some rooms.

Great hotel, clean, animation on top, Nice staff, a large swimming pool… The food nothing to say very varied, very good, quite a specialty!
There are many people who criticize the food but there when not even abuse that is far from a canteen, with other travel in hotel is the first time that there are so many choices and good food!

Lovely complex (industrial) food alone did not but will suit for the majority of people in the light of the opinions of other guests.

The only thing that I really liked was the facilities. What I did not like was the hours of the firm. The activities with the monitors. And the deal was better at the French than to us.

We've spent four wonderful days in this great hotel. The hotel staff is super attentive and friendly. The food is good and varied… the cosy rooms… good value for quality and price… one hundred percent super…

Hotel well run, clean, staff friendly and accommodating. The beach is 800 meters, but loans of sun loungers under parasols (with heat, it is not too much). The hotel, built on the principle of an Andalusian village, is very nice. The pool is great, well that traditional (25 x 20 meters rectangle), surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. It is located on the other side an alley little flowing, you can let the children go through without problem.
Management with Club 3000 Touristra: very friendly animation team. One of the best I've ever known.
Only downside: meals are well below the rest of the services. It is more like a canteen. It's a little disappointing, especially when we saw other hotels of this type. This is the only negative of the stay but, fortunately, is not the essential!
A tour offered by the hotel not to be missed: the ride in 4 x 4 in the mountains. We take the time to visit a typical village, and we discover the nature reserve located just a few kilometres from the coast.
