Beautiful hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good and you can choose different places to have it — inside 2 different rooms and outside the same. Didn't try the buffet but heard is good. They also have a restaurant a la carte very good. It's 5m walk from the beach but you also have the swimming pool as an option plus indoor pool, spa and gym. Ah, and for the ones looking for some gambling, casino is literally 1 step from you. You'd almost think it's part of the hotel.

Hello my life. The problem is that I do not send you, I liked the world. The truth is, you haven't done.

Great for conferences. Poor for guest quality. And unpleasantly addicted to Nestle products. Who would serve water from these Swiss thieves in preference to local Spanish spa water?!

Dirty rooms. No bathrobes and slippers (all for an extra charge, also a safe). Breakfast was good.

We'll keep a bad memory. Value for money not in adequacy. Price in BB 189 euros!

The rooms are very good the only bad thing is the layout of the rooms in the hallway, it becomes eternal to get to the rooms. Spacious communal areas, very large buffet.

Great location, 5 minute walk to beach, 10 to shops and marina. Good size rooms, adults only. Casino and gym/spa onsite. Good breakfast options.

A lovely hotel with welcoming staff. Location was close to the bay by taxi. Breakfast was plentiful with good options. Comfortable and clean bedroom and bathroom. The live music in the evenings and the attached casino was an added plus. There's also a convenience store opposite the hotel, which is handy.

The worst service I had ever received in my life. When there is problem, first they do not help you and they only put arrows from one to another between them and second they make you feel as if it were your fault when clearly it was fault of the hotel and its service. Stay away from this hotel chain. There are hotel chains with way better customer service and who know how to treat their customers well.

Superb hotel and facilities a short distance from the main Banus strip and Marina. Staff and food at the hotel were excellent. Couldn't fault the place.

Clean room, polite staff and brilliant service throughout our stay. Would highly recommend to my family and friends and specially if you want that alone time with no kids running around.

After reading previous review I am surprised we did not have any events disturbing our stay. The hotel is very close to Puerto Banus and not far from Marbella town either. We were able to uses buses to go to Gibraltar for 10euros each way but I would definitely consider hiring transport next time as estepona is lovely too but easier to drive to. The breakfast was surprisingly quite nice given the hotel caters for hundreds. The pool is however I’ve cold so I do recommend they increase it a little as we were the only ones to brave it for 5minutes.

The service is spectacular. A nice hotel, it would be perfect if you were walking to the beach because the tunnel for the access to the beach is a bit sinister.

A beautiful, clean and modern hotel. The receptionist a marvel, all super friendly and they explain things wonderfully, a great breakfast buffet and dinner. An unforgettable experience.

Excellent. Great Location, Helpful and friendly staff. If you are looking for a hotel with a good breakfast, then this is the place. The range of food is superb. The same for the evening meal. Hotel itself clean, spacious and great facilities. Wi fi good.

Lobby very nice. Buffet for morning food great. The room was very clean. Staff recommended restaurant which was closed and was otherwise not local.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The resort is very good, conveys elegance. Not very good location. A small but nice and intimate casino donates a touch of magic.

The rooms are large, well equipped, and very comfortable. The hotel is great.

They have all the services. The rooms have balcony with table and chair and also light at night which unfortunately we can't turn off ourselves. The fridge is put on top of drinks and do not leave room to put what we carry, but in short, the rest of luxury, very well. Although I put a but the TV that according to the days or hours is jumping and I do not know can see.
In case of having breakfast included (starting at 7:30) and not being able to enjoy it by leaving before, they prepare an acceptable picnic and besides being able to have a coffee, but you have to notice in advance the day before.

Just left H10 Marbella thank god. Had a four night stay here staff terrible dont ask for cappuccino or latte coffee as they dont no what it is. Indoor pool and spa closed sun /mon No air conditioning heating on and 19degrees outside rooms so hot Free shuttle bus have to book once full does not make several trips and only a mini bus Food awful asking for a outbreak of food poisoning You can pick raw meat to give chef to cook it only dinner plates People were putting the raw meat on there plate of food then giving the chef he cooked it and put back on same plate Beds really uncomfortable Thank god we had a hire car spent two days in gibralter lovely there Paula Willcox.

We loved our visit here! Visited in October during the Marbella walking. This was out of season and was great. Plenty of space and was not busy. Great selection of food — Especially veggie! Breakfast was amazing! Great customer service! Great rooms with great air-con! Nice clean pool area and a very short walk to Puerto Banus through the nearby subway tunnel — Which was well maintained (Even though it does not actually belong to the hotel! ) We hired the bikes and rode into Old Town Marbella along the beach and through Puerto Banus harbour and loved it! Staff very helpful and offer great customer service! Small shop right outside to buy everything you need. Only down side is that the hotel cater to A LOT of 'corporate events' and most of the time other customers are left 'put out' by these as the hotel seem to wait hand and foot on the corporate customers — Even restricting parts of the hotel and pool to only corporate customers. The one night they had a VERY loud party until the early hours and we could not sleep — There were glasses breaking and shouting. When we came down the morning later there were drops of blood in the foyer leading to the restaurant! That being said it did not put us off and we would consider staying again.

Pool cold. Food good. Clean. No kids. No entertainment. 5 minutes walk to Puerto bonus. Free. Bus.

Very loose overall to be a 4 star, in all respects. The rooms were very flojitas and the breakfast was very good. The menu of Cordoba restaurant quite regular on many of its dishes and the very difficult access when there are a lot of people. Few elevators, old and small, and the stairs away from the main entrances.

A great hotel, I liked the rooms and the facilities. Very good attention, I would say careful… I recommend and the price is good.

Located just off the highway, if you have the misfortune of falling on a room overlooking as much ask to change at the risk of not sleeping well. The SPA of the hotel is nice with a sauna, hammam and a Jet + waterfall in the pool. The entrance to the. Spa without massage you in. Will cost 15th per person + 2nd for the purchase of the tong if you do not have yours.
The breakfast is copious and quality it will be regretted that the floors of the hotel are a little labyrinthic with a wing that has even numbers and an odd numbers, and not bad. Of walking between. Elevator and the rooms at the end.

Hotel in an Andalus setting with an acceptable quality price the only big defect too close to the fast road.

This is our 3rd visit to the H10. The rooms are clean and have been updated with a lovely walk in shower. The pool area is very relaxing, clean with plenty of sun beds the staff around the pool area helpful and very friendly. One lady imperticua (bar manager Isabell) always happy to help, very friendly and always smiling even after a 13 hour shift. This hotel is with in easy walking distance to the port, shops and beach. We always enjoy our stay.

A bit out off the way, a bid dated, a bit expansive — but overall everything fits well! Including the evening piano singers!

Nice hotel, very close to heart of the activity, the wired any answer I got at check in. We have cleaner coming inside room! (if I didnot rent the safe what will happen? Will be good to read the service rule before you use the facility, they will be better at the check if they tell you about it. Clean room, nice view.

Lovely hotel, very close to nice bars and restaurants. Just a bit noisy at nighttime when the revellers come home and start shouting down the corridors. Enjoyed my holiday there and was sad to leave.

Good location, big hotel, market near by. But the safety box is not free in the rooms, which is the only negative thing about the hotel. Plus, car parking is an issue here. The breakfast buffet is great Good pool area.

One of the worst hotels I ever stayed. Rude people to check in. Room was not ready before 4pm in the afternoon. Roomservice took almost an hour and food was cold and disgusting. 5 calls in the morning when we are gonna check out. Etc. I was here for work one night and i' m not gonna come back for sure. I better sleep in the street with more hospitality. Bye.

This hotel by far should not have 4 stars, maybe 2. Is the typical hotel that shows a good image but when you arrive is a complete dissapointment, the people who rate this hotel as an excellent place clearly are university students who come and get wasted. The place is ok, but the areas are too small, you can't barely barely find a place to sit around the pool area. The service is horrible, to start with the breakfast, all the staff looks so unhappy, stress and they are just simply rude. Plus do not even think about taking a piece of fruit for later because they treat you like you are stealing something. Do not even bother to come, poor service, poor standards and if the management doesn't care that says already a lot.

It is a huge hotel, you can take some minutes to get from reception to your room. But the personal (generally friendly and attentive) seeks to explain you the shortcuts more fast.
The rooms are good, clean, and with free Wi-Fi. The safe must rent it. Personally I think a bad detail this.
Not is recommended the bar / restaurant if it has haste. They may take 15 minutes to bring you a beer and 20 in you bring to the table a hamburger. All this good, the things as are, but the wait is excessive.
By circumstances had two rooms in my stay. And the two had the same problem: the water from the shower was temperature constantly. Of burn you to freeze you in seconds.
And worst of all, in the corridors carrying a block to another I saw cockroaches every night. Truth is that anywhere else more.
But there all the nights.

It is quite necessary to have car to go P. Banus or Marbella. The hotel is very nice, spacious common areas and good taste. I only ate there at breakfast and I liked enough, good dining and lots of variety. The standard room has good size although the beds should be longer. The bathroom is small and the sliding door that separates the shower and basin toilets remained stuck. The walls let in enough noise though not from the outside, he heard perfectly as they duchaban in the room of to the side and in the morning the breakfast waitress was a real DIN part that opened the door without knocking before. It is a pity that by easily correctable detail I have being disappointed with this hotel that could surely take a better experience. 6.

Very confortable place. And very kindly staff.

Dreadful place. Lacks class. Rough people staying more interested in getting drunk, shame the majority of clientele are Hen Parties, Stag Parties and groups of dirty old men who claim to stay there for the golf. Clearly won't be going back.

Beautiful hotel with exceptional restaurant. Food was fresh colourful and delicous, best food i've had in Spain, presentation second to none. Immaculate hotel with smart and friendly staff. Well deserved praise.

The hotel is very good & would recommend it to anyone but I thought the food could be better.

In principle, the hotel on a solid 4. But faced with one nuance — the problems to connect to Wi-Fi when a lot of people connect not possible … Oh and no beach — need to go up to 15 minutes.

Painful treatment from central reservation, attend weekly, 6 rooms double, for a course in Marbella, we had to cancel 1 room and made us the charge of 100%. Since we leave aside, they put "its clauses" a reasonable 18 nights at 6 months, at a rate of 6 rooms. Since that time, we changed hotel.

Lovely relaxing break with excellent food.

It is a shame that charge €2.80 for breakfast by a decaffeinated coffee, when this should be included and that the kiviis are daily now. Did not give me solution to this triviality no responsible, if it had been bad person had made spending every day in the breakfast much more import than this ridiculousness of charging the decaffeinated coffee. By such movitivo not again to this hotel.
