I booked this hotel as a special treat for my husbands birthday. We booked a premier suite with hot tub and the room was fantastic. We just wanted a really chilled weekend and it started off amazingly. A nice touch from the hotel they sent a bottle of cava and some desserts for my husband which was really nice, then it went wrong! The people upstairs got a little too excited with the hot tub and water started pouring through our bathroom ceiling and flooding our bathroom. The cracks in the ceiling were getting bigger and the water coming through multiple points. I called reception they sent a maintenance man who just said we need to wait for the water to stop and a cleaner who put towels down and would be back. We wanted to relax and didn’t want people coming in and out of the room so we requested a new room, plus we were concerned about the stability of the ceiling. There was no other room of the same standard available and no hot tub, we were gutted as we wanted to use the hot tub and it’s the main reason we booked this room, but we understood there was nothing else available. Upon going to reception to get the new room key the only words spoken were “room 423” no apology absolutely nothing. In our package there was free mini bar, the mini bar in the new room was empty, the room was considerably smaller and the bath well… would struggle to fit a hobbit in it! I was really upset with the attitude of the staff, it was as if I had inconvenienced them.

Magnificent everything. Good weekend. I was in a superior double room. Very nice and clean room, comfortable bed, and great and clean bathroom. The food was excellent, we were in half board, we could change, one day we had lunch and another dinner, a lot of variety and very well presented everything, very good food, the parking in the hotel a little expensive 15 euros per day, the very friendly treatment Mari Carmen attended us in the eet a lovely girl. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I'll go again.

The best deal we have ever received in a hotel. My wife and I celebrated our wedding there and spent several days there, and the treatment received both to us and to all the guests was perfect. Kindness and closeness by all the employees, always with a smile and that is always appreciated. We want to especially thank Patricia Cabello, Carlos, Alejandro, Sergio and all her team for the work done on the most important day of our lives. Thank you so much for everything.

Got a room that reaked of old cigarrette smoke upon check in. Called reception and were informed to wait in the room for someone to come and look at it. Waited for a half an hour and no one came so we went down to the reception, where we were told that the maid would come and spray perfume to make it better, and if we did not agree, they could not help us. They also said the hotel was full and there was nothing else they could do. After spraying the room it stunk even more. An hour had passed at this point and we were unable to unpack etc and getting hangry. Finally after complaining again at the reception they magically found a new room that didn't smell like smoke. A few things were broken in the room (iron, coat hangers, …). There is an adult only swimming pool and area but it costs extra. Other than all this the hotel was pretty good. Breakfast was good.

Very comfortable hotel nearby Marbella with pool and all inclusive option, golf course walking distance. Large bed, parking on spot at 15 € a day. Cool bar with live music on weekends during the summer.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very attentive, the room was spotless and very large they even accommodated an extra single bed and a cot bed for our children. They also had a wide selection of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Around 5-10 minutes from puerto banus.

What can I say about this hotel. Absolutely brilliant. Staff were very attentive. Breakfast was amazing the standard of cleaning was superb and location was excellent. Thoroughly recommend. Only negative which may sound petty was that the pool table was 2 euros and when the balls came out they all rolled to the side as it was really slanted. Only saying this as I saw a couple of others put money in and then leave. If the hotel are reading this, you could do with sorting this out overall a very splendid place to stay and would defo go again.

Very quiet, surrounded by golf courses and perfectly connected to Marbella. A quality point above a 4-star. The magnificent service, in the Barceló line.

Nothing to complain about the amenities, everything is perfect the setting is idyllic, the interior deco is sober, Room Services class: Top kitchen: excellent food, homemade mostly hotel that I highly recommend, serious staff, nice.

We visited Friends who stayed in a Beautiful suit on the top floor, with lovely views. Elegant, spacious and comfortable, they were able to entertain friends in their own dining room, as well as in the vast ‘members only’ lounge. Breakfast is a feast, overlooking the pool area. Service is friendly and obliging, certainly a place to stay, away from the crowds. I would certainly recommend it.

Excellent hotel with a lot fun things including table tennis (ping pong) and pool table. The breakfast was excusitite with a lot of different variations to choose from.

Hotel located in the middle of golf courses in the foothills of the Sierra de Marbella. About 2 kilometres from San Pedro de Alcántara. The rooms are top-notch. The breakfast buffet was a little different. The pools are very comfortable and nice to have a good time. Definitely hotel for winter. In summer it catches away from the beach.

Good hotel. But you have to have a car.

Didn’t feel hospitality or friendliness from staff. All hotel facilities were closed waiting for summer. I ended up out all the time except for sleep. If you are not a golfer, look elsewhere.

Nice play. Bit far from the beach if your walking. With a car its no problem.

We chose this hotel as we were at the Barceló Menorca and the breakfast we really enjoyed. We read that the breakfast was very good, as very well it is not having the industrial pastries, the pot juices and not freshly squeezed and children screaming for almost all the breakfast.

A wonderfully beautiful hotel. Very secluded. A rental car is a must. Very much visited by locals, therefore often very crowded. Reception very friendly and accommodating. Speaking very good English.

Good hotel. Very large room. Great breakfast. A drawback: this somewhat apart from the people; But stuck to several golf camps.

Hotel OK but not for children. No activity for children. No Kids club. Nothing from the TT. The breakfast is good. But the dinner C sucks.

The rooms, staff and facilities are all fantastic. The food is fairly standard for an all inclusive holiday, so as long as you don't expect haute cuisine it's perfectly palatable. The gym needs a desperate upgrade of it's equipment, but it's probably not a primary concern for most guests. Would come back again for sure.

Great hotel, are enlarging the buffet, exquisite treatment, in an incomparable setting, absolute tranquility, great food, large and comfortable rooms, Barceló style, a past stay, do not hesitate to visit it, you will not regret, great, a 10 because I can not put a perfect 11 for getaways as a couple and with children.

No bar service at poolside. No adult pool. Poor Wi-Fi constant changing pin daily poor menu. Checked out Buffet. Oh no not for me. Mushroom soup. Mushroom Rissotto. Feeble buffet. Pina. Colada made with Minute maid. Not even made properly slap dash. No real fruit no decor not in cocktail glass wouldn't recommend it. But Staff at bar good chatty and helpful. But those cocktails! '

Great hotel with all the comforts. Attentive and friendly staff. In addition, a personal recommendation: at breakfast, try the pancake (pancakes) ; they make them at the moment and with chocolate (also newly made by them) are great.

Great rooms with a magnificent bathroom. The room according to tastes can enchant you or be you too selective. The varied and wonderful pool. Other nearby activities, good amount of lifts. Area of paseo, events and shows, etc.

Great hotel, well maintained and the rooms are staff are both lovely. A short taxi/bus ride from the beach and attractions at Marbella, a little piece of paradise!

A very clean and well kept hotel. Rooms are well furnished and the en suite rooms are large with a big jacuzzi and shower room. The four poster beds are a delight to put your feet up and drift off for a short siesta. Overall a very good hotel but just one minor setback. No iron or iron board. Shame.

Very beautiful and with great views, ideally quiet surrounded one of the best golf courses, but not far from the Centre of san pedro de Alcántara. Great quality, facilities, and with possibility of events. It has a large swimming pool and jacuzzi. I highly recommend it.
