Beautiful Hotel with stylish rooms. In a great location just minutes away in a Taxi from the marina and old town. Huge outdoor swimming pool. Excellent standard of housekeeping. Would highly recommend staying here, we absolutely loved it.

+ The room was very nice, room facilities were great and the terrace was very spacious. — No restaurant at the hotel, no staff dedicated to the Apartments. We couldn't ask anybody about check-out as there virtually is nobody there to assist. It feels like a "ghost hotel" very old and empty. The bar in the lobby is out of service. We left our bags with a doorman, but didn't receive a luggage tag etc. If you are looking to be independent and literally have an apartment in Marbella this is the place to go. But it does not have a hotel vibe at all. Location is good.

He's lost a lot since he stopped being a pure hotel. After a closing time he recovered for apartments. It retains luxury but closed shops, its restaurant sign (5 forks) and other outbuildings. The structure is modern but the décor a little recharged. The terraces of the upper suites (Babylonian duplex) are impressive, like the magnetic views of sierra Blanca. Unique. Something far from the center but in a straight and flat line.

Great apartment, the only thing downstairs with everything closed… You can see it was an impressive place, but now it needs some life. I hope we'll see him again soon, how he deserves. Good value for money, to have caught it at the last minute and in the month of July, very well.

I would like to highlight something positive but it is impossible.
The building is abandoned. You really feel like an occupant. There is no kind of bar or restaurant service and everything seems to be abandoned.
The apartments are obsolete. In the. Every day something broke.
They really sell it like what he was. Old guadalpin hotel and has nothing to do with it.
It's scary to spend a night here.
Very very, very filthy everything for what it has cost. Shame on.

Just returned today and in the whole had a lovely time… however the staff in check in weren't very friendly or helpful. The pool area was closed on a morning and didn't open to 12 midday! You couldn't even get out as the doors where padlocked! No pool bar ir shop I felt the complex lacked atmosphere. Our penthouse apartment was lovely very clean and loved rooftop area and hot tub. Was a bit disappointing to be next to a very very run down neglected apartment next to us and had to look at this every time we went up our stairs.

Wi-Fi didn’t work for 3 days only half the hot tub worked cooker was broken and toaster was also not working there was no life to the place at all at no point through booking were we told the hotel was actually closed down and you would only actually have a room no bar no shop and the man that works at the pool is just awful wouldn’t let us have a drink at the pool I could understand if we were a large group but a quite couple having a few drinks trying to enjoy a holiday will not be going back to the hotel or Marbella for that matter both very overrated! Towels were not changed or bedding and the only staff were security that could not help with anything in regards to the rooms thanks for a shit holiday.

Smooth check in arrived 3 hours early but still allowed us in the suite. Lovely apartment big terrace overlooking the pool and big hot tub. Pool area lovely 5 minutes walk to the beach with loads of bars and restaurants lovely walk especially if you turn right. Lots of very good restaurants on the A7 all with 5 minutes walk 2 big supermarkets near by. For the price and location would Def book again.

Great room with Jacuzzi on the terrace. A nice terrace! Too bad time didn't go along.

A lot of the restaurants and shops in the hotel have closed down but the hotel rooms are beautiful.

I can understand that in winter they have to do works and/or repairs. But people like me who work in the catering weekends come to rest. Start at 7:30am with a radial and to give blows is brutal!. The least I could do the address of this hotel is to communicate to their guests who are renovating and tell us that we will not sleep in conditions and that here the works start very early! My two days of rest at the gare, thanks Guadalpin!

Satisfying set I highly recommend it.

Comes across as pricey, but the service is top notch, the location couldn't be any better & the staff are absolutely fantastic. Will will definitely be staying again.

The rooms are a bit dated but nevertheless a nice apartment. Clean and nice surroundings.

Guadalpin is still an emblematic site of Marbella, but I am told that nothing to see as in its good times, although it looks like to remain a favorite place of people with a good economic level. All its surroundings, shops around are closed, I imagine that in time it will take the splendor of its best years.

It's worth it. The penthouse suite is the most worthwhile for having two large plants. The stay is being fabulous. Very reasonable price for 5 stars. The hotel has its years and in some things it shows.

We stayed here during March and it was gorgeous! Great location and walked along the beach to Puerto Banus! Memorable.

We stayed here for 2 nights in november and had an amazing time! I was worried going over reviews about no bar or restaurant but with suites like what u get, u wouldnt want to leave them, there real 5star accomodation, everything and more u could ask forwill definitely return again.

I can imagine it was nice 10yrs ago but I found my 2 bed 2 bath suite very very tired and in need of a major maintenance overhaul. From broken and very sharp floor tiles in the bathroom dreadful shower curtains. A serious leak from the terrace jacuzi and it not working properly, head cushions missing from jacuzi internal room radio not working lack of electric sockets without having to move furniture. But on the plus side there was a well stocked mini bar but as you would expect at hotel prices.

Nice apt with a great terrass. Didn't use the jacuzzi though. Perfect location within walking distance of beach and town.

4 girls on a girly break. We were slightly worried about staying here after reading some of the reviews but we were delighted with our apartment. Spacious, clean & comfy beds. The kitchen is small but fully equipped. Staff were helpful & friendly. The terraces at the apartment are huge & the hot tub is an added bonus. The pool area is beautiful with plenty of sun beds. There is a Lidl & super sol just down the street. Lovely Italian also down the street. Beach within walking distance. Puerto banus 5 mins in a taxi. All in all we had a wonderful stay in these apartments so ignore all the negative reviews folks! We can't wait to go back next year.

The place is very accessible, friendly staff, the pool is amazing, the room are clean with a very well equipped kitchen.

I highly recommend this hotel one of the best luxury confortable hotel in town.

Terrible experience when the hotel is used by others to smoke drug. They have a good time while my family does not. The entire floor is a nightmare. I consider the smoking policy needs to be reviewed as well as the know your customer. I would consider other options in the future.

Deserted, stinky, dead hotel.

We were in Marbella last weekend and to search hotels I was glad see Guadalpín Marbella has been open to the public, but the spa and restaurants, is still closed, I mean that the stay was very good, the rooms are perfectly preserved as when we were 3 years ago and the staff were as pleasant as always. Thanks a lot. A greeting.

Answering the user above. In the hotel there are some facilities closed, but you can to stay equally, us were the month last and the quality of the rooms is the same that before. Excellent.
