On arriving at the office we were given the keys but no real instruction as to how to find our apartment which was in a large block. We consequently got lost but were helped out by a lovely lady who called the office and helped us find it. On arrival at the apartment (which was clean) as we were unpacking, a maintenance man arrived to fix the shower, he had no identification, and we had had no warning of this. After he had left, we found… the bed was broken, the blind was broken, the kettle had a loose connection and didn't work and the shower was still not fixed. When a bath was run, water came out the shower and went all over the floor. I contacted the office and a man came out with a replacement kettle whilst we were out. When we plugged it in, the plug socket came away from the wall! We went to have coffee instead but the pot was not working. This was similarly replaced with another pot that also didn't work. I contacted the office regarding the plug socket and was told someone would come out to fix it. No one ever did. I said I wanted to complain and was asked to write down my issues on the back of an envelope. I was told I would be able to speak to a supervisor at an appointed time but when this time came, was told this person was "out of the country". I have repeatedly tried to complain and to receive a partial refund. All my efforts have so far been in vain. Communication and customer service is pretty bad. I would never book again.

Efficient and helpful hosts. From the moment we arrived at the office we knew we were in for a super week. The apartment at Dos Aceras was very well set up and had the most luxurious of beds. Great to be in the old town. Any concerns we had through the week were answered very quickly by return texts. They also very kindly looked after our bags on the last day so we could go into the centre again before flying out early evening. I would love to go to Malaga again soon and enjoy their accomodation too.
