Cockroaches in the shower. After booking the apartment by booking for 95eu it turns out that it has an extra cleaning of 45eu to what we tell the girl of the office and says THAT IT IS NOT YOUR PROBLEM that is the fault of booking. So far, " so far. But if you charge me for cleaning… clean the floor. It was disgusting, dirt from months ago AND CUCARACHAS IN THE SHOWER, they were dead so I know since when they don't clean. It's super loud, we were in a 3rd and you hear up the conversations of the girls in the office below. Horrible experience.

Burgled and never received redress. My husband and I rented an apartment in Malaga and our accommodation was broken into with a key whilst we were away and jewellery of a value circa EUR 2, 000 was stolen. The police refused to investigate citing that it was an insider job, i. E. No forced entry. Our insurance was effectively invalidated for the same reason. We tried to engage with the letting agency, MalagaFlat, and make a claim on their insurance. The agency was very evasive and unwilling to communicate in English, and our limited Spanish was insufficient to strike a meaningful conversation. They kept insisting that none of our valuables were declared hence their insurance cannot pay out, in reality we were never offered to declare our possessions at the start or during our rental contract. We suspect that the agency might not have any insurance in place at all and they are trying to cover up in order to avoid the responsibility. We rented multiple apartments around the world — this is the first time we faced such level of unhelpfulness and a desire to sweep the problem under the carpet. Please beware of our experience! P. S. I appreciate the fact that businesses need reviews online but to post as a customer whilst being a staff member (Isabel Soto) is a bit cheeky, isn't it? Btw, our Spanish is now WAYYY better in case you would like to engage in further discussion…

Wouldn't recommend it under any circumstances. The flat is new (photographs are reliable), it seems like they have renewed the whole interior recently… but they have gone too far into the "modern-flat" concept. 1) Rooms had no doors, it is all one open big space. Furthermore the apartment has one double size bed, and a sofa (which can be converted into a bed). I had to sleep in the sofa-bed and was very uncomfortable (probably IKEA or something similar… but in my opinion the lowest quality furniture) 2) Shower's door did not adjust properly, so water would come out of the cabin and flood the whole apartment. 3) The toilet had no door! Well in fact that it's not 100% true, you could improvise and use the shower's door to have a little privacy, but in the end it's rather uncomfortable… 4) It seemed like they do not like big groups, as in my opinion the staff treated us more like common vandals rather than guests… GOOD THINGS The apartament is in the center of Malaga, and its within walking distance of the historical center. That's the only positive thing I can think about this "flats".
