➜ It is not a hotel, they are apartments where families live and you can not make noise.
➜ Apart from the pool which well, the rest leaves something to be desired. Door toilets and rooms that don't close. Problem of parking in the garage under land (the reception assigns you the place of a tenant or another owner of the residence suddenly not sure to find his parking place after a exit) result require to turn an hour to be able to find a place or park in a place that is not yours. Slightly retro apartment, viellios. A little expensive a week for such services! In short bad experience in general! I don't recommend.
