Noisy but well located near benalmadena and within walking distance (if you are somewhat fit) to torremolinos, apartments have all the amenities but higher floors have no Wi-Fi as the reception is very weak, try bottom floors for somewhat better Wi-Fi, swimming pools are small and more for decoration rather than swimming, its not deluxe accommodation but it is fairly decent right across the beach more or less and the town. Prices are very reasonable. There is NO free parking despite claims, the free parking is on public streets.
Stayed here for a few days we found the hotel staff nice and helpful the room was a penthouse 1 bed with pull out sofa bed. A spiralling staircase led up the roof terrace Ok some issues … the design of the room with the staircase was impractical this meant no chair or table could be brought up so standing or bring air bed for sunbathing the barbecue had no grill so you couldn't use it I suspect there may have been issues (Complaints) by other guest regarding the use of Barbecue use The hotel is situated at the quietest end of belemedena great if you're a couple wanting to have a relaxing stay … it's a €6_€7 euro cab ride to the marina were the resort comes alive also the is a place called" 24h Square" AVOID if you're not into Hens/Stags pest PR people. Young people would probably enjoy 24Hour Square … the beach was good I thought the Resort in General was pricey but expected in a European Zone (Unlike Canaries which is duty free) Would come again nice pool area at the time it was quiet no ball or inflatable Invasion which was welcoming.

Apartment very good, clean, linen and linens changed every 4 days. Very well equipped all the necessary utensils. 1 bedroom apartment very good for 2 people. Quiet very close to the beach and supermarket DIA a 150 m, free parking road to cross, free place permanently end of May.
Only regret that the staff does not let salt pepper oil vinegar coffee and other than travelers leave on leaving for the following travelers.
Another remark a refrigerator with small freezer would be excellent.
Other criterion very good value for money.
