It is spectacular, it is the second year that we go. We have been in a room with a sea view and a private swimming pool to several rooms. All very clean. The staff is great, good buffet, you will eat very well. And for the children and the elderly, many activities, with so many entertainers, among them the best and extremely friendly chocolate… although they are all, and they are unstoppable. One activity after another, and at night, it also has its entertainment for children and adults. Looking forward to next summer to return. I highly recommend it.!

Nice hotel and good services lunch and dinner is very good.

Iberostar Costa del Sol is one if not THE best hotels I have ever been to. The service in bars and restaurant and that provided by the entertainment team and receptionists is all excellent. The customer care is excellent too from the management team to cleaners and from waitresses to entertainers. I cannot fault anyone in any way. They are all professionals. Both my boys, aged 7 and 11 have come to love this hotel too. This is not the first time here and will surely not be the last.

I highly recommend this hotel as an excellent hotel were quality assurance and control are met to a high standard alround, its 4 Star standard is very well maintained. The customer care is on a one to one simply excellent. The hotel cleaniness is of a high standard, quality food, the service provided by the waiters, reception, bar staff and the animation team are simply excellent their service is as good or even better than any other hotel in the costa del sol. Having dealt with the senior management on personal issues, I can't speak highly enough of them, they work hard for their customer care and maintaining quality control alround. Spectacular staging of the animators! Header for "chocolate" sacandote to dance, participate and of course the smile! The theme of the outdoor bar, I remember the name of Irene one of the waitresses of basque origin and with roots in córdoba, an example of know how to be and deal with the client without giving away your sympathy. The kiosk of the swimming pool such a Laura, by making a cokteles spectacular, heading to the kitchen and highlight the seafood that header by Luis, a chef from Vigo that I transfer to the galician waters with a spectacular lobster, and to finish off the deal on the table Jessica that was adapted to the jokes of a server, I can not leave behind Manuela, the person in charge of cleaning our room, standing out from other cleanings at other hotels in which I stayed. I recommend 100% in fact we will repeat the event with safety in the coming year, greetings!

We won this holiday with costa coffee the hotel is amazing we was greeted with champagne and we up graded to all inclusive (192 euros for 2 days for 2 people) and we ate and drank our money's worth easily the room is massive with comfy beds the spa gave us a free massage for 5 mins and we done the spa pools and steam room that's amazing from hot pools to freezing pools to Jacuzzi the pool out side is really nice and it backs onto the beach it's so relaxing the staff here are so friendly from start to finish all they want to do is get you involved and help you have an amazing time there ain't much around the hotel but you don't really need to leave if your all inclusive there is enough entertainment for kids on site we loved it here and will be back again next time.

The hotel is very good. Food a good choice of dishes. Some of basic rooms not good view. But upgrade room looking over sea very good.

I was with my family and it was a very enjoyable experience. The staff was very correct and professional. He fulfilled all my expectations. Recommended without a doubt.

Food good. Location not so good if you like to go round shops theres nothing here. Lidis is about 5mins by taxi or 30mins walk. We upgraded our room which was grrat but the bed is really hard and uncomfortable.

Ok If All Inclusive — Rip Off If You Are B&B We stayed here this week on a B&B basis, as we like to have a walk and visit other restaurants. The prices at the Hotel are astronomical, there is not a lot of choice in the area, so they charge 2-50 euros that’s nearly £2-50, for a very small plastic bottle of water, that’s £10 for 4 bottles for a family of 4, when up the road at a supermarket a large bottle costs you 0-60 Euro. Also a small glass of beer which is only a half costs you 4-25 Euro (£4-00) yep for half a lager. The day we arrived, at about lunchtime, we decided to have lunch in the hotel main restaurant, for a family of four it was 110-00 Euro for a buffet style lunch, yes over £100, We certainly won’t be back, but saying that the hotel is in a lovely spot on the beach, is clean, beds are comfy, and most of the staff are very friendly. I wouldn’t recommend it if you have older teenagers in your group as there is absolutely nothing in the area.

Lovely hotel, run with love. Great food buffets, nice service, even the chamber maids are very sweet. The sea is great, a bit hard in the feet with all the stones. Bring water shoes. The pool is beautiful but very cold so as you see everyone is packed together in the hot tub. This is a big — for us. So is the horrible Wi-Fi connection. Great entertainment for young and old. Good service at the reception too. It's a place for all, they have lactose and gluten free options, vegetarian stuff, a chair lift for elderly and elevators. They also preserve the environment where possible! Seems like a loving place! I recommend this place for sure. Hope they heat the pool a little and improve Wi-Fi.

I loved the hotel, the staff is excellent, the facilities magnificent, in front of the beach, buffet very varied and healthy, also being vegetarian I prepared a special menu. Highly recommended, I'll be back safe.

The hotel, the staff, the entertainers, in general very nice and friendly. The location was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only thing, very heterogeneous clientele and quite noisy.

Very nice Easter stay. In front of the beach with a varied buffet and in an excellent location to know the Costa del Sol a few kilometres from Estepona and Marbella. A very special mention to the animators of both children and Fitness. They're lovely. Overall all the staff strives to make you the holiday very happy.

Excellent attention for all the people who work in this hotel, large and clean rooms, very good quality in the buffet restaurant, first brands in drinks and the best and to highlight above all the charm with which they treat you if you could come you will not regret.

Were 2015 there. Location OK, 45min by bus to Marbella, minute to beach. Little going on at the hotel. Room very colourful, would like. Service very bad, rude and outrageous. Food good, quite good selection. Fitness area not available (broken equipment and harmful stench), even if it is in the description. Pool quite ok but very crowded. The beach on the other hand is rather empty. WLAN costs money, incomprehensible, well… do not come back, would rather be advised of the hotel.

The hotel is lovely, the staff very friendly, but poor organization in the dining room, it was small and there was a q wait queue for dinner. On the other hand, the kids club was average, pq to paint already do d Monday to Friday. It is not a criticism of d discontent, is constructive and to the point.

Well the week but do not go there on Friday night and Saturday and Sunday… ordes of Spaniards land and party throughout the weekend it is unlivable: noise, indelicacy, a crazy people… and laugh at the couillons of tourists who Have paid the high price all week a scandal!

I was hosted this weekend in this piece of the hotel, and I say piece, not by the construction, if not so nice q us made the stay all the hotel staff. You notice when something is well organized and, above all, well directed. Thanks for doing it so well.

Nice hotel only regret it is obligatory to rent a car to move there is nothing at the Tour restaurant souvenir shop. In the evening you have nothing to do except small walk along the beach. Really bad.

Stayed here for 2 weeks at the start of October. This is a very good hotel. Great staff, wonderful food and first class room. Couldn't ask for more.

Nice hotel right on the beach, nice and clean rooms. Staff times more and sometimes less friendly. The service in the bar could be better. The choice of food is quite large and varied but taste is still a lot of air upwards. The quality of the drinks is horrible even for all inclusive conditions. All in all, but okay.

This hotel is simply beautiful. I was here for only 10 days but I was just in heaven. Especially the food is excellent. I can only recommend it to anyone. By the way: about 10 minutes away from this hotel is the city of Estepona, and about 20 minutes from the Hotek the city of Marbella.

Our first visit to Spain; most wonderful experience. We must say 'Thank you' to all the great staff at IBEROSTAR Costa del sol. The care, attention, services provided was all 'Top Class'. The entertainment Staff, were a joy to be around and the attention they gave to Children was amazing. We just cannot rate this special hotel enough we give Iberostar lots more ✨ STARS ✨. Xxx.

Staff are very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast is included and has great selection of meats, fruits, pastries. Parking is free on the street but not in the hotel garage. Beach chairs and umbrellas are free by the poolside but not on the beach. This hotel is full of families with very young kids, nothing wrong with it but if you're looking for some R&R by the pool this is not the place. Roaches, ants and bugs are roaming in the room.

A perfect week with all the trimmings.
The rooms are large and clean, the beds very comfortable and the bathroom has a shower and a large bathtub.
The pool landscape is nicely decorated, a large pool with two slides and a whirlpool with warm water let the day pass as if in flight.
The food at the buffet is fresh and tastes excellent, the choice is great and changes daily. Every two days there are theme nights.
There is also plenty of entertainment and the hotel offers children's activities throughout the day, so parents can relax.
The staff are friendly and speak some good German.
All in one only recommended.

Fantastic week spent on a family holiday with 2 young children. Spotlessly clean, good food and friendly staff. Have no bad comments and would return. We had a lovely room with fantastic sea views.

All in all typical iberostar only significantly smaller than usual. 265 rooms on three floors. Rooms are decorated in a typical Spanish style. Great bathroom with large round bathtub and shower. Pool also in this iberostar not heated. Very helpful staff. Wide beach to the water line sand afterwards gravel. Special feature swim up room on the first floor. AI is a must because there are no shops or nightlife options in the immediate vicinity. Attention! Not all Seim up rooms are also really right by the pool. There are some on the first floor.

The location is very good. The staff is always friendly. It is close to the beach. What not liked is the menu. It is very cheap, nothing typical Spanish, the staff at the restaurant is overwhelmed. The seats are not assigned to after entry (I know it only in this way). It herrrsch only, the disquiet. It is very noisy (independently of the children). The hammer was every day: the dirty and bad gespüllte dishes with food traces from before eating… The staff has not responded to the reported defects. I got 2 times poorly washed towels with "Skid marks". I complained to me at the reception, after I got clean towels. So, I was glad the holiday to end. In my opinion, entsprcht the hotel not 4 *-category.

In this case my family and I stayed at this hotel only one night through the club on 17/07/15 points.
-Staff much more seriously.
-rooms with bathroom.
-small swimming pool.
-fatal animation.
-the buffet like the rest of the chain.
It is close to the beach is one quiet hotel more couples than families in my opinion. Is of worse quality than the Marbella beach.

The hotel is great! good service and attention from everyone. Regarding animation, is the best q we've seen. Excellent work, treatment and effort on the part of the group. I've spent it great with Dani, Miguel, Tamara, Irene, Marisa, Niko, Dasha, Will & Hania. Bssss for all guys.

We stayed in October, facilities very good. We swim in the heated pool and Spa. The evening had shows of animation, for children and adults. It is very close to Marbella, in particular the shopping center La Cañada and the Selwo Park. The beach is also just a step. By putting a stick, it is located in some housing estates, where restaurants no nearby neither shops.

We repeat and it wouldn't happen again.
It was my second year at this hotel. To know it and I would go with a little bit of advantage and knew where go and no go. But in this hotel you can go to all the sites. I have to highlight the treatment of the staff, but I especially have to thank the staff of animation. They are great and make your stay more pleasurable. Worry that you participate, good and performed a few shows that are professionals. They are milk!. The hotel is very well and is very well-placed, since sales of the back door and in a wonderful beach that you don't feel like leaving. For those who want to pool is wide and with several levels of depth, which serves for all audiences. The buffet is very good and there is great variety. In short it is fine for a family vacation.

We have been weekend, from 4 to 6 September. The truth is that the treatment has been exquisite since we arrived, the Manager helpful and offered us a leisure Suite with pool

Once at the hotel, we went half board and we did breakfast and lunch and the food was good and there was variety. The waiters attended us very well. The theme of animation we do not enjoy it because we were going without children.
We became a treatment in the Spa and it was super and part us returned to give another entry for the two to the Spa.
The truth is that the weekend we had to short but intense.

The room was very spacious and clean! In the half Board, both the Breakfast as also the evening buffet, very tasty and extensive food offerings. Even with the high guests of the sovereign and effortless Service revenue. Fast Wi-Fi connection. (however, for a fee of 20€ per week). Starting with the travel management does not exist it went to the Hotel. We were not told this was cleaned our room only 2 times in 8 days. As it is the 1. Time after 4 days was greinigt, was only cleaned the bathroom, not even changed the sheets or mopped at a Hotel with a beach location. Then it should be after 3 days, cleaned again and I asked in the Morning after and insured's verse to us, that today, our room is your turn again. In the evening, the opposite turned out to be: nothing cleaned. Then I had to go back to the front Desk, and remember that the cleaning has not taken place. Desk partly rude — I wanted to borrow a pen and a paper and since wife Fatima said to me "no, this is what I get" and just turned around. In addition, you can speak hardly any English. There were also no maps of the area. With wrong information about Taxi and shopping possibilities one has not saved us. The fitness room is the very last. A weight of the tower is still standing from the 80gern there, the two bikes are the only scrap, and an acrid stench. The food is good in parts but if I can have a look at Breakfast as the cheese and the sausage begins to melt, and only the sweat, flies a the food, and the Buffet is never kept clean. Freshly fried food is simply placed in a container and 5 minutes later it's cold. Outside in the restaurant area, there is no table that did not wobble, and plates and glasses were mostly dirty.
