Centrally located hotel in the centre of Jerez. The rooms are large and well furnished. Breakfast is normal but not outstanding. The staff are very accommodating.

Nice hotel with helpful staff with good recommendations for sherry tours and flamenco. There is a huge roof top you can relax on. There is a nice little bar where they serve sherry. The rooms are clean, quiet and cosy.

We've been served very well. Nice and clean hotel An area is meeting as the living room of a house, very cozy. The center. And even though it doesn't look good, they have a loading and unloading area for the hotel.

The hotel was in a convenient location and had a nice rooftop area. We were only in Jerez briefly but the check in and check out was very smooth. Monika was very accommodating when we asked to be moved to a room in which the air conditioning was working better (after we had already been moved once — we were initially placed in a standard room even though we had prepaid for a superior category room three months prior; somehow the records were not correct but we were moved to a superior room when we pointed out the mistake).

We paid for a superior room. It was spacious, comfortable and clean. We had a great welcome from the German born hostess who naturally spoke excellent English. We were able to park in the garage, which has space for 1 car. Building has traditional feel with rooms arranged around a patio.

A big thank you to Monica and her staff. Amazing place breath taking to say no less. It wasn't a hotel for me it made me feel like my home.

Really good service and location like everyone has said, have had some lovely times here. But just to channel my teenage perspective a lottle bit, there's fast Wi-Fi if you are in the right spot? Although gets a pretty patchy in some of the rooms and the computer in the office still runs windows xp and is pretty slow indeed, could do with a little bit of a technology update. Otherwise a really fantastic place to stay would definitely recommend it to anyone going to Jerez.

This is a very well sited, modest, clean hotel in a charming old house. The five star element comes from Monica, the proprietress, who will go almost to any lengths to help you have a wonderful stay. She sorted parking for me, recommend a seemingly downmarket bar to eat in because the seafood was out of this world and that was more important to us than smart but dull. She made a suggestion to reprogram the trip that was brilliant and helpful. I could go on! It's like having a local friend to help and advise. Wholeheartedly recommend!

Excellent service and centrally situated. The staff are always helpful and off suggestions as to what to see and do.

Monica, the German owner, is a wealth of knowledge. Within walking distance of the old city. Take time and effort to see it. Well worth it.

An absolutely great hotel. We are just 2 x there during our Sapnienrundreise and have found a perfect hostess with Monika.
It is an old Spanish House which has been lovingly restored. We are the first guests at her and got time happened to be very much enjoyed. I wanted to write it as long as an assessment to the hotel and am glad that I finally managed. The roof terrace with its views or just to be there even in the evening to sit and drink a glass of wine is fantastic.
Everything is walking distance to bars, downtown and makes it to be just having fun there. Thanks and praise.
