Mostly I keep the kindness of the waiters the cleaners and the super attention in bringing out a smile from David the entertainer.

We were the first week of July with the family. Rest. At the foot of the beach. The rooms very spacious. Cleaning and organization. The regular entertainment. Buffet great. They want to return.

Very little or no ethics on the part of the booking service, we had a problem because we were tried to scam us on the card on the other hand that caused us to cancel all purchases and therefore the reservation, we talked to them to reactivate the reservation with another card and refused n arguing that it was complete. After contacting Booking. Com give us other options and we see that the hotel is still there, so we rebook it (50 euros) more expensive. Booking. Com and we on arrival tried to speak with the booking manager to respect the first price to what they have denied at all. On the other hand in the first booking we had included the spa circuit and although I kept praying our reservation in the spa now we are told that it is not included. And I've been with back pain since 4 a. M. Because the bed is uncomfortable. The mini bar doesn't cool down.
Not recommended at all.

It's a hotel that shelters fascists. I don't recommend it to anyone. Hotels must have a minimum of professional ethics.

Splendid hotel on the seafront. Very spacious room and good services. The room was very clean and comfortable. Your staff the best. It has spa.

I find it disappointing that they let you give these kinds of talks or presentations in the century that we are… Clear messages of hate crimes, and against homoparental families…

Hotels to avoid if you are looking for a romantic experience. The luck is that it is located on a bay with nature that does its part. The beach is beautiful but a small flaw. Why is the sand sticky as a resin? Ask yourself a question by looking at the view.

Stayed here on a number of occasions over the last two years… nice location overlooking the Bahia de Cadiz and sky line of the city of Cadiz… shall always use this hotel whenever on trips to the Sherry Bodegas.

Nice Hotel in front of the beach, very nice staff. The room with the sea view is beautiful. Very nice buffet breakfast. Good quality-price even in carnival dates and very well connected with Cadiz both RENFE and ferry. Recommended 100%

The hotel is great. The staff is very attentive. We were in group and had Q change the meal schedule for the excursions and we were not put up any problems. Very clean. The beach is in 1 ' walk. Around there are many bars and shops. The drinks in the hotel were cheaper than in the bars in the area.

Good treatment, good facilities, care, clean, very well located on the beach and together many bars and restaurants, as a negative point would put the sound insulation between rooms that is non-existent and from time to time the neighbors delight us with their doses of Daily Love Long Live love! All newly refurbished. The room was very good. Overlooking the sea and a terrace equipped with table and two chairs.
The bathroom with two breasts, bidet and the bath with two artichokes, one for rain effect and the traficional.
It has a fridge, but it doesn't cool anything. So it's no good.
The buffet service, to forget. The food with very little variety, very dry, little tasty, looks like ranch food. It doesn't come out on account of what they charge. Better eat out and not pay for something that is not worth it.

Urbanization Valdelagrana. A place with a lot of commerce and very well connected with Puerto de Santa María. Very nice beach.

Very nice decor. The balcony (although it is very small) is very nice. The room is a little small. But there is a lot of material made available. The staff is very professional.

The hotel is very nice. The price too and it is very close to the beach. The breakfast buffet was nice too although I had a bad experience with the gentleman who had to open the breakfast room. But otherwise very well.

Hotel 3 * Large and with history (it is noticeable in the type of distribution and in some tiny detail of "age") in the very top line of the beach of Valdelagrana. From the gardens you have direct exit to the promenade from its gardens. Very well connected to the neighboring towns: Bus less than 300 meters to Puerto de Santamaría, Cadiz, Jerez, Rota etc. (from Port bus, train or catamaran to Cadiz… highly recommended). Offers reasonable deadlines in case of cancellation.
Correct rooms in size and with everything you need; In our case 2 single beds, as we requested, large flat TV, varied mini bar, bathroom with hairdryer, bathtub, bidet and amenities (have others with shower). All the rooms are exterior (recommended those that have sea view: The whole beach and the Bay of Cadiz) with sliding door and with small balcony with table and chairs. Some hard mattresses (for our taste). It has both heating and air conditioning (individual regulation). Good blackout curtains on the window.
One of the nights you could hear the TV in the adjoining room (but it's not the hotel's fault, of course) common areas: Reception: Always has staff, attentive and good professionals. Decorated with nautical details and the area and with "cascade" interior.

Good Hotel. Suitable room with terrace with sea view. A 1 minute walk to the beach and the area of restaurants, cafes, shops…
Very large outdoor pool with plenty of grass area.
Indoor pool super small and crowded with children. You couldn't even swim from the amount of people there were. They should limit the entrance in order to enjoy it. Not recommended if you are looking for tranquility and relaxation.
The buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner very good, with lots of variety.
The group that entertained the evening a little old, although good for the average age, approx. 70, which was at the hotel at that time.
The centre of the village is just 10 minutes by car.
In short, in summer you have to be in the hotel wonderfully well!

I love this hotel! 1 min from the beach, with bars, restaurants nearby. It has a swimming pool and spa. If you have a bit of luck room with lovely views. I have been repeating here for several years and every year they improve many things!

Staff not so friendly the spa area quite small and the rooms not the latest. But the breakfast was OK except that there were no vegetables? O. O.

Phenomenal. Walk to the beach. The physiotherapist gave me two massages and I remove all the evils from my back. Good deal. Room well for three. Good price.

La ubicación es excepcional, muy cerca de una playa preciosa cómo es la playa de Valdelagrana. Hotel tranquilo y con un spa — gimnasio perfecto para todo el año. Piscina climatizada con agua salada donde se hacen actividades para niños.

Perfect location near the seafront, very comfortable facilities. The buffet breakfast was fantastic but the dinner buffet was passable, little choice.

Good place to disconnect. Good food and amazing human quality. We will repeat without hesitation.

Staff at reception were not friendly or helpful. The hotel itself is old and mucky. Hotel room, bathroom and beds outdated, not comfortable. Breakfast has good choice. If you have a room overlooking the beach you will see an amazing sunset.

I disappointed very much, the service lousy at 8.30 in the morning the cleaning service we are awakened to us we were to be able to clean, ppagas a dinner in the reservation and the drink does not enter, and to top it off you charge carisima, the women of the spa talking bad about customers to the pool with seating for 16 people and we had close to 30 and that that is to be paid apart from the spa is shared with more than 4 couples, the buffet has no variety, let the worst experience I would not recommend it.

Cheap and nice hotel, friendly staff and good rooms.
However, we were not there for a holiday, but only for an overnight stay, so we cannot judge the other offers of the hotel.

Visited a friend that was staying in this hotel. Overall it looked okay. The location is ok, situated in Valdelagrana, so a 5 min walk from small shops and 10 min from the beach.

My hotel in the area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They make you feel great, both in stay with the family as if you visit them for work.

The staff is very friendly. The food is buffet type. There is not much choice, but the quality is good. The SPA is not free for guests. And using the heated pool costs €2. The use of the gym is free. It's on the beach front line.

Super hotel. Friendly staff plenty thing's to do in hotel. Loved spa and massages. Close to the beach what else could you want.

It's like a run down Hilton trying to be a boutique hotel. Great for a stay, friendly staff, but feels like you're on a cruise ship full of a vast array of interesting characters. Rooms are small and reconditioning was freezing… I imagine in the height of summer it would be an "It" place to be with live shows at night, a poolside bar and beach access surrounded by spins version of Australia's Gold Coast.

Hotel by the Sea. Great location. Nice structure just Ristrutrurata.

Older hotel. But the spa, although small is first class. You pay extra for the use of the spa area. The indoor pool is heated. The hotel can be chaotic at times when groups arrive or check out.

For the location I'd give 5 stars. Directly at the beach. You can pay for the room with a sea view. I was disappointed with the breakfast & dinner buffets. The choice seems large but they don't offer any vegetables (I guess it is a general problem with Spain). And they don't speak English. Even people at the reception desk… In the restaurant they could not understand our room number or words like "butter"… I would still return because of the beach proximity.

For the moment we have come up with a baby of 6 months, we were told when we booked that there was no problem by putting a bed of marriage, now it turns out that there is no bed, that is the hotel full, (I do not think that in a hotel so grabde do not have a double bed free) not only that, the mattress has springs fatal, what a night awaits us, and say, the lord of the reception, a little on edge to be face to the public, I'll try to make my output can improve my opinion. Day 17, we left the hotel and really do not advise any family to go with children, while putting aside the bad reception we have had to endure the blows of the lord of the adjoining room, the moans of your lady etc, not to say the piece of furniture where they lay the boxes of juice in the restaurant, I get it, in the time that I was replacing and had roaches even, really incredible, logically, not breakfast, in short nothing of advisable.

The spa is fine but the hotel… It is a little old, buffet food is regular and in rooms you hear everything! The good thing is q is next to the beach, very friendly waiters, and the spa is well!

NEGATIVE AND SUGGESTIONS
Rooms too small, we asked two triple rooms and beds came just in the room, even with small beds. Cleaning in rooms very tight, passing the finger above the two furniture in the room and inside the Cabinet had enough dust, like that on the floor.
Pillows too soft and too narrow.
The hangers of the cabinets there is no tweezers, which if you're wearing clothing hook (like a flamenco costume skirts) not you can hang it.
In the bathroom very little power of water, very small shower towels and SOAP from poor quality not left or foam.
The hotel has jets pool zone of spa, which is free for guests of the hotel and could be improved / top service if it would also include the sauna but it would only be a few minutes, commenting that it would be recommended amplicar the opening hours of the spa at night since it closes very soon.
The breakfast not it tested since us seemed very expensive and around there are sites for breakfast quite more cheap, should of down this price 11€ by a breakfast is very expensive.
POSITIVE
The situation at 20 minutes of the station of train of valdegrana and to 1 min in the beach.

The Wi-Fi was perfect throughout the hotel including rooms (we were on the 6 floor)
Very attentive and friendly staff.

Although only went to an event that took place there, the experience was very pleasant, served us a breakfast of courtesy which was very good and the interior of the hotel is spectacular.

The location of the hotel is good, the front of the beach. The hotel is good, the facilities are not old. The spa is good, but only you can receive free entry to the thermal pool, the rest is payment. The hotel's buffet the truth is that I do not taste a lot, sometimes the food was raw and there is not a lot of variety. To go once is fine, but would not repeat.

4☆ by the poor quality of the spa is small and the water a little plastic lol but there is a note which says that it will close for maintenance of the water which will be fine when they give you the review. I think q is normaL the water spa pool area is free. The spa area that pays is very sad to pay for it since it is a shared hot tub and a pair of saunas… why pay something k have free? It is silly. I'm dumb. Hotel wonderful! The staff of 10! Recommended 100%

It has spacious rooms, a car park, a swimming pool and is located in first line of beach. In addition it is well situated and in a car you can move around easily to visit other towns of Cadiz.

A lot of noise in the rooms. Very badly soundproofed. Food little variety and quality justita, there are hardly any vegetables, and there are few desserts. There is No natural juices for breakfast. The pillows are like paper fumae. I give it 2 stars and I am generous.

Good place to spend the day d motogp, with parking space to leave the bike for the night.

BENE BENE! Good experience at this hotel, which although is a 3 stars hotel, very close to 4 stars. The room is very spacious, very quiet, well equipped and comfortable. The rest of the facilities of the hotel are immaculate. The hotel staff is very friendly and attentive. Perhaps in my opinion need to develop a space for animation or games for the little ones. Hotel perfect for holidays on the beach. It is a good hotel for money in the off-season, the rooms are not very big but it is comfortable to spend a few days holiday, decoration is pleasant if need to moderneces. It has spectacular views of the Bay of Cadiz and the common area is very nice and comfortable where you can enjoy free Wi-Fi that works well in all parts of the hotel. It also has a nice pool and a long garden to sunbathe if tired beach. The hotel includes a part of Spa with Turkish bath, Scandinavian sauna and jacuzzi. A session with the room price is included in many packages, so if you can enjoy it. It is a good hotel, but the best location with the Valdelagrana beach at your feet, ideal to do sport for its extensive sandy areas or simply to relax or sunbathe. But not only the beach is handy, since it is 5 minutes from the Centre of El Puerto de Santa Maria and Puerto Sherry or 15 minutes from Cádiz and Jerez de la Frontera.

The hotel is not new, it is possible to put 2-3 star, but we really liked it there, clean, views of the ocean.
