Atenciom very good, very good food, good place to go on holiday.

I was on Valentine's Day on full board and all very well! Fair food but very good, the room I got one of the oldest but very clean. We left very happy with the quality — price… We'll do it again.

It all very well. Bed bath fabulous cooks and waiters 10 point.

All and all a wonder! to repeat many more times. The impeccable cleanliness, the camarer@s vigilant NOT, THE NEXT great all. We felt like a big family to repeat without a doubt. 10

I have stayd several times and will repeat safe, welcoming and good service, good value for money, the staff is very friendly, the breakfast although small is all delicious, close to the beach and also pet friendly, also has bus stops very close, one right at the door, to get to both the centre and nearby towns.

Hotel, unfortunate. Quality price, laughing. Ugly, dated and unmaintained facilities. I don't know where the 3 stars are. Very noisy room with ugly views and a pitiful bathroom. Comfortable bed, that's for sure.

The place is fine. Homemade and practically prepared firm. Variety. Lots of variety in breakfast. Very comfortable terrace. Cozy pool. Clean but dated rooms.

Good quality Hotel price, this refurbished and can be reached on foot to the beach and in a few minutes by car these in the port Santa Maria. Breakfast is good but it is better to be buffet (toast, fruit and some sweet). We lacked that the pool was not open on June 1st.

In principle very well, the staff very attentive, the breakfast very well, the room has nothing to do with the pictures (deceive), the shower can not be used very little pressure, nice place near the beach.

Location very close to the beach, easy parking. Good service, although you would want to ask the room (you have to Peidro and go to pick it up). Spacious, nice rooms with air, fan, television, terrace, and Whirlpool (large). Against maybe that the Wi-Fi worked a little bad, and the shower taps did not cut well the passage between the different forms of the shower (shower, artichoke, faucet).

Friendly and good service. The room was clean and spacious. We haven't tried the pool or the transport connections.

I was in the deluxe room and it seems like it was our own home for everything we had in the room.

HORRIBLE experience. 5 hours of hotel lasted my partner and I. Just to get to the room there was a dirty smell, the pillow was full of hairs, the shower was dirty, the cistern did not stop ringing, the hot air from the room threw water to the floor, the soil without being able to walk without slippers. A very bad experience, I will never repeat again.

Quiet place, a distance from the center that allows to walk, and removed from the beach, enough to not be in the racket. Quiet and pleasant.

The Hotel is very nice and the rooms are very good. The staff is amazing, super friendly and the food pretty good. Very close to the beach, shopping mall and supermarkets within 1km. Good value for money. It's worth spending your vacation here. Recommended!

It has instant hot water, the air conditioner is new and individual and it works fine.
The bed is comfortable.
There is no place to put the suitcase to open it except in bed or on the floor.
It has Wi-Fi but it is very but very slow, that is, as if it had not. It has small TV but with the basic channels and it is also very slow to change the channel.
Other facilities are outdated as well as construction in general.

A bad hotel we were staying with my family of 4 rooms only 1 was in the position of the other old furniture, musty smell if for the night cojes a temporary wind noise of the roof does not let you sleep on top of that last night when I got into the room I see a huge cockroach on the bed of my little daughter. The staff neglectful and unkind to tell them of the cockroach I was told that in the area there was a plague. The small pool and it is never available.

The positive lies in the location of the hotel, it is close to all cities and tourist towns, as well as having good communication in terms of roads and public transport and ample parking space (at least in the month of December) in As for the negative: room: The room was poorly insulated, which in the middle of December is obviously aggravated, also the means of heating were insufficient (despite the small size of the room) or did not work. The cleanliness was questionable and on some occasions it was unpleasant. The bathroom had no heating and no hot water but for the first two minutes in which the water ran, so you had to shower with cold water.
Diets: Meals were served buffet mode, exaggeratedly scarce in variety, being even cold food, non-homemade food and almost past fruit pieces.
Service: The professionals carried out their work correctly although they tried to dispel the complaints that we exposed in terms of our experience in the place.

A very nice hotel, we have been in November and the pool could not be used, it looked somewhat small if there are many people in the hotel but it has the beach a walk quite close and without loss, the staff very friendly, especially the waiter.
The room was OK, although it was not totally clean, we saw some hairs, but hey, the TV very well, and the Wi-Fi signal was going well, less in the hour point (between 11 and 1 pm), the bed very comfortable, window with mosquito net, which is greatly appreciated, in our room there was also air conditioning and whirlpool.
The menu although not very big, had very good prices and very good quality, we ate a toast of goat cheese, some croquettes of blue cheese and walnuts, and some sandwiches of Iberian jamń and another of French omelette… all very good.
The breakfast buffet was very varied, with 5 different kinds of bread, with the toaster available and coffee machine.
And in general all the staff very friendly and attentive.

Hotel complex with apartments with spacious rooms. Pool, large breakfast room with Andalusian conditions in above-average breakfast buffet. To the expansive from Beach the Valdelagrana 800m, where it still right in the low season is quiet.
Good transport links: bus stop in front of hotel to reach the Centre of El Puerto de Santa Maria or the RENFE train station.
