It is a quiet hotel, with very good buffet, it is very good. The employees are very friendly.

We have come to spend a weekend with the family and we have had a great time. Varied and good food, excellent staff. Highly recommended.

It is the second time we have been back to this hotel in less than a year, all taken care of to the smallest detail. The room was very clean and comfortable. Excellent cleanliness. Highlight the good attention on the part of all the staff who have taken care of us. The food of the pool restaurant and the high quality buffet. Perfect to disconnect from the real world. The experience at this hotel as a whole I value it in a very positive way.
Especially for the feeling of peace and tranquility that is already breathed from the entrance to the Hotel.
It is difficult to understand how a hotel dominated by families with children, at least during the month of August, there can be so much peace. Even they get it.
The food is of very good quality, with a variety of dishes and excellent salads and desserts.
The staff tries to make your stay as pleasant as possible. To give an example, there is no room waitress who doesn't give you the good morning when you run into a client.
And, highlight, of the time, the pool with saline water exclusive for adults. And, which the parents ran away from when the kids stayed in the mini or maxiclub.

We loved the hotel. Maybe there's a little bit of animation left at night but the rest of a great thing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. All very well. Recommended 100 by 100.

Amenities could be worth that of a 4*, however rooms are ver run down and could do with refurbishing. Far from that of a 4*. Pool area is nice, but note that its also open to the public as no control whatsoever of who enters the hotel. Food is average. Have stayed in many 4* hotels in my time and from a price v's quality perspective this os below average. Not compare to other Vinccis I have stayed at.

Very good hotel, with excellent services, very attentive staff, good food like any other buffet. It has two swimming pool, one only for adults that is actually very nice and is very quiet.
The beach is about 5 minutes away, the only thing bad that the area where the hotel is located there are hardly any restaurants or bars and the most touristic area is a 20-minute walk away.
Parking in the area at this time is quite complicated, the hotel's parking costs 16, 50 euros
The only thing I didn't like and they have to fix it are the smells that come from the bathroom pipes.

When we arrive everything was perfect when we left they had no one to help with the luggage! Bad, bad service! The room was always with a bad smell and quite noisy! Don’t reccomend at all! Very Bad Experience!

A great Hotel, good Service. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. To the requests is promptly received. We have enjoyed the time very much and are very satisfied. The location is quiet and the path to the beach is not far away. The plant is not actually something in the years come, what's not bothering. Unfortunately, the gym is not equipped quite as well, but who has a clue in this area, to cope with the existing resources. The food is very tasty, very varied and varied.

We have held a communion and we are fully satisfied, excellent attention. A magnificent staff, starting with Marika, the most kind and positive person I have ever known, which does not rest as a professional that is a professional very great. To the last waiter that we could have attended, passing by the reception staff equally competent and super friendly.
As for the room where we stayed we have observed some failures as the poor comfort of the sofa bed and little else.
The food and the attention in the buffet very good, food to a level well above other buffets, as well as in the bar of the Pool A good option to eat more informally, from a big sandwich of chicken, a hamburger, a paella, fish, meat, etc. At A good price.

We have been 3 days in April, and although the room smelled like humidity, possibly because it was closed in winter, everything was in order. The unbeatable lawn, large pool and small indoor pool. Very nice atmosphere, and the best food… excellent quality.

A little messy find the room from the beginning, no one accompanies you and do not let you know what plant to look for your room, I think they should fix a little that, when you finally find the room you come in very bad mood. On the other hand the room is very nice and large, has a beautiful and very comfortable lounge, the bathroom very clean and spacious and the bedroom with a huge bed and a very spacious wardrobe. There is TV in the living room and the bedroom and a great terrace, a miniapartamento where you can spend a few days without being overwhelmed. Also the decor is very warm and cozy. A real shame that the first impression you take is bad.

Quiet, spacious rooms in perfect condition! Very helpful and friendly staff. Varied meals and very good value for money. The beach of La Barrosa is at 3min on foot, what to do long walks and reach the bars and restaurants besides the breakfast is varied and does not need anything! Nice swimming pool, at the foot of the family rooms (swim up) with deckchairs.

We only stayed one night, but it looks good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They offered us an offer to have breakfast the 4 pretty good.

The quality at a good price. We were on occasion of a Congress and we loved it. We arrived at 2 in the morning and were able to check in without problems because the staff is available 24 hours. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very spacious with good quality furniture, new. The bed helpful along with some sheets and pillow that are wonderful, like being on a cloud. The minibar is not bad though they could add some food. The terraces are quite large and allow you to go out to take air even though the surroundings you are in and the gardens that the resort has have been charged for it. The hotel also has a spa, a large outdoor swimming pool and a beach bar. The restaurant and the food are great highlighting the buffet breakfast. All in all a great hotel at a good price where you can spend a couple of days as a couple or as a family.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very nice. Only downside that the water came out a little dirty from the shower, with a slightly yellowish color. We would love to repeat but in summer time.

Great rooms with lounge and terrace. Very careful environment. But the buffet was a little in variety, good quality but, when you spend several days in the hotel, you get tired of always eating the same thing. They should equip the water heater rooms to take infusions.

Very good hotel, the Situaciob Bo is the best because it is not prinera Kibea beach but the pools and habitaciobes are very good. The food of quality and the animation for the children fantastic! Vanessa our little three-year-old was talking about you for weeks. For putting a snag, the staff of a part of the hotel does not know about the other areas, nor schedules nor planing, but the service is good.

The hotel is huge and with a very wide area of grass. It is not a tall building, rather a complex with rooms on ground floor and first floor. With two outdoor swimming pools and a heated interior, although very small.

The rooms, at least in which I stayed, spacious, with living room, bedroom and bathroom. It was on a ground floor, so the terrace looked out onto the pool.
The stay was nice and quiet in the month of May.
The breakfast was very good.
As a negative aspect: the beds, with sunken and uncomfortable mattresses and that the rollaway was a small unopened couch and therefore was in the living room. Complicated if you go with a little boy in that sense. It also smelled like plumbing or something all the time in the room.

We went to the celebration of a wedding and the service and food were excellent. My partner is celiac and they were very attentive that he could eat like the rest of diners. The rooms were very nice and the staff were very spend and the room was very good.

Excellent Hotel in Chiclana. Well located and a beautiful Bungalow style layout. The personnel es very professional and it's a highly recommended hotel when visiting the area. The airport is 50 min away and they have a train stop that get you in 4 hours to Madrid.

Beautiful hotel in a quiet location. Very nice facility. Friendly staff. Breakfast buffet just okay. The room was clean, but looks a bit like a good interior designer … and then someone who implements the plans at half price: the design looks tasteful, the implementation partly crafted. Our room had small mold stains and smelled slightly of mold. The bed was quite hard and you could feel the metal springs.
Just a few minutes to the beach — there is a beach bar belonging to the hotel.

Especially family hotel with very spacious suite-style rooms, something that isn't entirely comfortable if you go for work. Great offer of services such as gym, spa or tracks of paddle. The breakfast buffet was extensive with variety of food.

Hotel is not beach front as I expected, but is close.
It is not the typical hotel of a large building, but several blocks of 2 floors. As apartments. Super atmosphere quiet, away from all hustle and bustle. Rooms very large, clean and well equipped. Our instance consisted of Hall, room of bath, bedroom (bed of 2 meters), and two closets wardrobes. TV both in the bedroom and in the living room. Our room was in the plant low and the salon had a porch with armchair, tables and chairs on the lawn that gave to the pool.
It has several pools, bar with concerts, bar swimming pool, spa, public and private parking.

The hotel is amazing, incredible public areas. The room was amazing but too bad that we had one that smelled a bit musty. Moreover, perfect.

Super location, close to the beach. Great pool and Spa area. Eat and drink super. The staff also good service. Rooms are nicely decorated, but still air above and need to be modernised in part. Absolute recommendation for a holiday in this area.

The room smelled musty, there were spiders in the room, do not change towels, general cleaning enough leaves to be desired.
In addition, they offer different rooms (double standard, junior suite…) at different prices being exactly the same rooms with the same characteristics (recognized by the hotel) and if you complain all they say is that "no one forces you to choose a room or another", and charge of the reserves was enough antipatica.
The only positive was the breakfast and dining room staff. But we will not return to this hotel.

Second year we see, a super, family run hotel by great people.
The facilities are very good, and the food are of great quality and very varied, it is impossible to get tired.
It is intended for a family tourism and its role; children enjoy a lot with the activities of the Vinkey club, which carry some great boys. My 5 year old son was delighted.
Totally recommended.
The coming year will be back!

The buffet breakfast is OK. The pool area is very well. Large rooms, but the shower did not work (had to come twice to fix it), had an anthill inside the room and air conditioning it had to enable (activated only if you ask). Poor spa, with several areas damaged (not that the receptionist informed us) and the Jets almost pressureless if there were three of them active. Beach and pool services had limited hours to the beginning of June.

On the paper had very good image and there have been some details that we liked but if I do a small review this hotel needs reform.
When we arrived the first thing we find is that the hotel is in an area in which it is impossible to park or even to leave the luggage upon arrival. Private parking (€ 10 per night) has no elevator and the squares are quite small.
In terms of the public areas are impressive, very nice site and very spacious. The pool is very good, although there are many sun loungers and there is only 1 umbrella for every 4 sun loungers. In addition all umbrellas are fixed.
The restaurant is very good. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and varied and was pretty good. As we only had bed and breakfast, a couple of days we decided to eat at the poolside restaurant. The first day they didn't have half of the dishes by what directly waiter chose us dishes. It was not of this world.
The room needs to be reformed. It is quite wide and the beds are very comfortable.
I went with my partner but above all had families with children and really seeing what was what curran animation people think that it has to be very good for families.
For my general not convinced me the hotel to go with your couple, surely I will not repeat.

The plant has a few years on the hump, but still ok. To Start good location with the Bus tours. The Stand is great and only about 400m away. The staff were very friendly.
