I will repeat without a doubt. The room has impressed me a lot and the gym, buffet and location all perfect. You can see as soon as you enter that the hotel is very new. Very good treatment received at all times. Never change.

What a gem this hotel is. Lovely big fresh room The breakfast had everything you could want. The staff were lovely and very helpful — Isabel in particular. She greeted us which a smile and sent a bottle of cava to our room when she learnt that we were on our honeymoon! Also, I've never stayed in a hotel where the manager comes into the breakfast room every morning, shakes your hand and wishes you a good day. Exceptional customer service! Very handy for the beach, the old and new town. Would I stay here again? Definitely. Would I recommend this hotel? Without hesitation. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Good situation. Santa Maria beach and promenade right behind the hotel. Gate Earth at 5'. Spacious rooms, large king size bed, comfortable; good offer of pillows; good service.

Good hotel but dinner is not so good.

We stayed two nights and were given a very nice room for our honeymoon. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

A perfect hotel to be in Cadiz.
Quite close to the center walking, but right opposite you have a bus stop "police station" which leaves you in the historic center of both Ida and back.
The room was very nice and the staff were very friendly and breakfest.
For dinner I would recommend going more for the center as the kitchen is not the best of the hotel.
It has parking spaces for a public car park and has direct access to the hotel floors.
You have to pay it aside and it's a bit carilloy, but you clean the crystals every day.
In general a high approved.

After the last renovation, the hotel is wonderful. We thought they'd put us in a superior room. There are many ammenities and the staff is very nice. Also, its location is great. A success always.

It is close to the centre and well connected by bus, two minutes from the beach and very comfortable, clean and well decorated rooms. Excellent option to go to Cadiz.

Lovely hotel, well staffed room. I loved it, big with a chic bed. Parking is available underneath the hotel. Audibility like everywhere else. But expensive.

The room and the bathroom are quite large. Limping high rooms as they overlook a large avenue with enough circulation and you hear a little noise.

Avoid great expectations. The Rooms Are A Reasonable Size and Clean, So There Is That. Mostly Friendly But No Facilities To Speak Off That You Might Think Would Be Present In A Hotel Professing To Be 4* Rating — Its a 2.5 Hotel Generously Before Arriving If You Have Need To Communicate With Your Booking, Dont Expect A Response. The Room Which Has Tea & Coffee Making Facilities (Cups and Kettle) Come With One Tea Bag And One Milk Per Person. Fair Enough, You Can Ask Reception For These — But No. In This Hotel This Is A Luxury Item, Reception Look At You And Explain The Two Tea Bags and Two Milks Are "A Gift" — Christmas Ad The Monte Puertatierra, For Pieces Of Coal And A Dry Old Orange In A Bow. You Can Have Some More Though If You Pay, Which Is Nice … Requiring The Managers Permission — Presumably The Key Holder To The Hotel Safe In Which Such Precious And Rare Gifts Are Kept. To Be Clear This Was Not A Request For Them To Surrender Their Top Or Even Their Least Productive Dairy Cow. This Was Not A Request For A Bottom Less Milk Pump To Be Installed In Our Room, This Was For A Couple Of Milk Capsules.

Excellent value for money not in full season paid €80 for a double room that was worth at least 3 times the price paid, service Impeccavile, 15 minutes from the old town of Cadiz.

Perfect base for old town, new town and beach. Very clean and every little thing you could possibly need is catered for. Friendly staff, very comfortable super large bed. Excellent breakfast. One observation (not a criticism) is one English speaking TV channel which is not news related would be just perfect.

Location is a bit out of the city, but there are a few restaurants nearby. There's a grocery store right next door. Wi-Fi is FAST!

Hotel four star but with enough secondhand mattresses, you sink in uneven way and slightly notes springs. Contradictory is having pillow for better sleep but mattresses in that State. Spacious and clean room. I would like to have Rotary faucets with lever and do not control and individual, is always difficult to regulate the water.

Location: it is from the beach by what you don't expect good views. However, the location is excellent if you want to switch between Beach and town. The Center is 10 min walk and the beach is a street. Bus 1 runs all the main station-reaching Avenue.
Staff: very friendly, very attentive. Eager to know the client's opinion to improve in any ruling.
Environment: common areas are clean and well-kept. The general taste of the hotel is something cursilon but nothing heavy, eventually finds comfortable.
Room: spacious and comfortable but materials and furniture below expectations of a 4stars. Laminate flooring (paper sticker), terrace with no chairs nor table…
Cleaning: not at the height of a four star at the moment but it seems that track to improve is on.

The hotel room and reception etc. Are excellent. Large room and and large bathroom. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The staff have been very welcoming and helpful with a good command of the English language. I would recommend this hotel as the beach is down the side road of the hotel and the taxis and bus stop are outside the hotel. Cheap taxi fare into the old town.

I just passed this weekend of the 9th and 10th of may. The hotel is totally recommended: the rooms are very clean, the staff very friendly. What better leave the car in the garage we spend time and we were charged, AND UNTIL WE CLEANED up THE LIMPIAPARABRISA OF the CAR.

Well located, comfortable and very clean hotel. What stands out is the friendliness of the staff, from cleaning up to vicedireccion people. Not to mention exceptional people from reception, always with a smile and a nice conversation by hand. They make you feel at home and you want to return. Without a doubt, our hotel in Cadiz. We always return to it. Something will be.
