I would give this 5 stars but for the recent experience. This place has been our go to place for over 10 years now. Always has been a great place to stay with good service and good personnel. Unfortunately this year the service levels seem to have dropped. The room bookings got mixed up. The rooms we were in were close to their " facilities"! Some of the staff were rude and incompetent. The night watch man was a great chap, the duty manager was very helpful and accommodating. The cleaning staff were also helpful. We would visit again.

Take the breakfast. Absolutely worthy. Lovely Hotel. The bed was sooooooo comfortable we had troubles to get up and visit the city. Staff is really nice and friendly. Lovely stay. Thank you!

Too noisy between the rooms, hallway too old quilat springs… Escape.

Perfect service, nice breakfast, just one problem — Wi-Fi.

Single rooms not available. Staff who do not know English, rude, arrogant and overbearing (and also a little ' Menefreghista). Dirty and smelly rooms. Prices too high for the service offered. Breakfast food cold and inedible. Wi-Fi not working. Never in here again. I prefer to spend more on decent service than to rely on anything like that.

Not bad, quiet… but too expensive for what it is.

Reserve the room by using the web exehoteles, not from an intermediary, it turns out that all the reservations are NON-REFUNDABLE in the event of having to cancel or modify the reservation. The penalty is the full amount of the booking.

Good hotel and good breakfast. Something away from the center but has a bus at the door that passes every 30 minutes that leaves you very close to the center.

Unskilled staff (receptionist knew 1 single language), horrible breakfast and dinner as well, unpleasant and lamentable guests about anything happening, cleanliness of the rooms horrid with constant stench of smoke, I didn't put 0 stars because you can't.

Fatal, we are told that there is free free breakfast buffet and then we get ripped off. Do not think to book here, I do not recommend this site Pa na.

My wonderful anniversary and the exquisite employees treatment a few days ago we did the commemoration of Christ and as always all phenomenal.

The hotel is wonderful, rooms and big beds. Breakfast varied and good. The only bad thing that I touched was a smoking room and it smelt a lot like tobacco. In any case the experience has been very good and I would repeat it without a doubt.

Very friendly staff, very accommodating with our requests. Let me take my bicycle into the room to keep it safe. The only downfalls are poor Wi-Fi and the gym is not in the building, it's 5 minutes away.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet was very nice and the room was very aunq and the dinner room had about 10 tables (I never saw it full at 9pm) but the staff very attentive.

Very cozy Hotel in landscaped atmosphere and above the city a bit away from the hustle but very close to the historic quarter (5min by car — 20min walking). Freshness in summer at La Terrassa and swimming pool. Excellent value for money.

Hotel that Will make you feel like home. I love the bed and the breakfast.

Hotel located outside the center in a quiet and residential area. Structure dated and the first night we lived it in "white" because of the noise of thundering water inside the walls and a strong noise of fans that at 2 o'clock at night have begun to function. In the morning we immediately reported everything to the reception and in 5 minutes we had already in hand the key of the new room! Then the stay was OK. Great food, we did half board and we enjoyed it. But I'm not happy with the fact that in 4 * They propose the room that we were given the first night!

Friendly environment, perfect for a relax travel. Rooms are big and well suited for a couple. It has parking lot, swimming pool and a tennis court. Bouffet breakfast recommended.

Staff was very helpful, kind, and spoke English as well as Spanish so it was easy to communicate. Rooms were clean and we'll maintained.

I stayed here in April, 2006, as a base for the Spanish MotoGP at Jerez De La Frontera. I was accompanied by the Best Man at my wedding. We travelled through England, France and Spain on our motorbikes. The frontage of the hotel is where we parked next to citrus trees. I performed routine maintenance that the hotel didn't mind and our bikes were safe at night. When we arrived, the receptionist denied all knowledge of our booking, but I always travel prepared and produced the necessary paperwork. I believe it was a breakdown in the language barrier. The bedding was clean and cosy. The washing facilities were very clean. Breakfast was a mix of cooked meats, cheeses and continental fare, plenty to go round, also very tasty. We really enjoyed our stay, there was a trolley to carry our luggage to the room and other facilities that we didn't try, like pool and sauna. We had travelled 1900 miles in 2 days, to get there, the hotel was a welcoming site. We would stay there again and recommend it to any fellow traveller's. It is in a very quiet part of the town/city and not too far from local shopping amenities. I was hoping to visit again, but due to ill health, it has not been possible and it's a shame because Cordoba is an ideal location to discover Andalusia. The Spanish are very welcoming I feel, if you stay away from the resorts and join in with them in their culture. I am not interested in sharing with the tourists who demand everyone speaks English.

I was shocked to see how terrible and understaffed this hotel was. One of the major negative point is that there is no slope or surface to bring heavy luggage up the stairs. So if you have lots of heavy bags, be ready to carry everything on your own with no help expectation. Room service was okay and quite expensive. The hotel is located inside the city so it's easy to miss it since Google map doesn't exactly takes you to the right spot. Additionally, the hotel is under a different name from the outside so lookout for that as well. Overall, we were there for a night and be does the bed and views rest was just about okay. I'd look for a different place next time.

Hotel of very low quality, uncomfortable and old rooms. but the not acceptable event for a 4 stars hotel has been the complete refusal to provide us with any sort of meal during the night of December 31st. we were not able to find any retarurant in cordoba and we came back to the hotel asking to be provided with a plate of anything available. The bar and room-in restaurant services were closed and suspended because of the gala dinner in the hotel. They completely rejected my request to provide at least a cold meal to my children. The receptionist has not been able to think about any alternative solution! the right ranking for this hotel is at maximum 2 stars!

Worn down, dirty, uncomfortable and tiny rooms. The food is surprisingly good. Would not stay here again.

It has fallen much quality. Settling on a medium quality. Middle level. There are much better hiteles in Córdoba as the cordoba center or the arruzafa this hostel last located opposite.

We stayed 2 nights, we were a group of 10 people, excellent from every point of view, we had half board will be available to all, that reaches the Centeo by bus, the bus stop outside the hotel. Good and abundant breakfast, a special mention for José Rey by the friendliness and willingness of defined in the excellent value for money.

I love Buenisimoooo. It is very cozy.
