➜ A horror! For a couple's stay
A room with a tiny window that overlooks the hallway.
No ventilation
Moisture such that between the evening shower and the morning shower the towels have not dried. Horrible bedding. To top it off a cigarette smell in the bathroom when you wake up probably due to a bad VMC. (We are non-smokers)
I do not know how this hotel did to get good ratings, can be thanks to the receptionist who should not only welcome people …
Reception is in need of an update, the room we were offered was tiny, far too small for two people, very dark & a window that didn't open! Not very clean, very disappointing, maybe the rooms on other floors are different, I would not recommend Hostel Ana to anyone.

I've been there four days.
The first day we cleaned the room and changed the towels, the second day just went in to make the beds (neither sweep, nor clean the dust and much less replenish towels)
It is a beach area and even if it is a hostel, you pay for minimal services so that they at least bar the room since in beach area it is inevitable that there is some beach sand.
Very fair, minimal cleaning, quite filthy for my opinion. The price doesn't justify everything.
