When I arrived at check in. They charged me twice and wouldn't help reversing the charge. Wasn't nice being my spending money for the holiday. I just kept being told they can't do anything about it and that I need to get on to my bank. I managed to get all the information from my bank i. E. Two authorisation codes etc. They argued that they can't do anything as my transaction was pending. My bank advised all they needed to do was to fax my bank to reverse the charge. They wouldn't help with that. Very disappointing and stressful experience which could of been undone.
