Beautifully elegant and super clean, breakfast fantastic, owners lovely people, do anything to help, highly recommend this gem of a hotel.
We had a great time here perfectly placed at the bottom of the Pueblo. We walked up the first day and decided to catch the bus up from then on. Bus stop right outside lots of bars and the Hotel only 1.20 to top of Pueblo. Loads of bars and Restaurants once up there. The Hotel Simon is basic but very clean good air con and a beautiful swimming pool area. Ample free parking behind the hotel which is one of the reasons we chose this particular hotel as we drove there. Breakfast is taking in the front of the hotel and the staff ask you what you want. We had coffee orange juice tomato Tostada with slices of ham and cheese with a few pateseries more than enough to start us for the day. We would come back here and use this place again.
