It’s very comfortable hotel with good service.

Clean and nice place. The breakfast menu should be improved since no variation during my 4 days stay.

Very clean. English speaking staff. Convenient to all shopping mall. Very few Indian food at breakfast.

Hotel is nice. Best in Ulsan. Gym need more equipment and weights. Mall is within the hotel. Only 3 elevators in this hotel and many people using them which makes them busy. More elevators are required.

It's the nicest hotel in town. Good spa, and nice restaurant. I have to say it though, they don't treat you like you're at a 5 star hotel. There's a mall attached. Which can be nice, but you don't really get the service you would expect at a 5 star restaurant. You have to fight for parking with shoppers. The staff doesn't leave you with a feeling that they genuinely care. It's nice, but don't set your expectations too high.

The hotel is very clean and modern, the gym is very large with a good selection of equipment, lots of treadmills and a few bikes, a number of cable machines, and a only a single set of free weights but there, s a wide range of weight. The main restaurant is ok but very pricey, dinner is just under 60, 000 won per head. Lots of local restaurants are just around the corner though, easily within walking distance.

Big and good rooms with superb view… Friendly staff. Clean and quite with good location. May think to increase the breakfast time till 10:00 and keep the fitness center alongwith pool open on Sundays too… Overall a great experience.

I would call this hotel and it's restaurants below my expectation. I tried lotte in busan, much better than this.

Lotte Hotel joins the ranks of the hotel cultures in the new downtown area of Ulsan. Conveniently located near the bus terminal and Geumyunggwon, a theater, and the Lotte Department Store it is soon becoming the new business hub of the city.

Great ambience and convenient location. AC becomes a bit of a problem in winters as thermostat operates at a preset temp of approx 24 Deg c: too hot at times.

Easy to check in and rooms are well maintained.

I was here for the wedding. Wedding and food was outstanding! Location is also a plus! But room was outdated for how much you pay.

Amazing place for a night, so much places to hang out near by. Foods were great and the services were above standard.

Very nice hotel, maybe the best one of the city. You have all services you can ask in a 5 stars. Rooms are very large. The breakfast is expensive but you have a lot of choice (continental, chinese…), you will find your happiness. You can pay in Won or Dollars.

The rooms are quite good. All amenities were supplied. Stayed on a business trip for three days. Clean and decent hotel. The area surrounding having lots of shops. Lot of restaurants to choose from. The hotel itself has all day dining and a chinese.
