The place is not good. Its different with the promotion in web.
Simple and cozy guesthouse, probably one of the cheaper options in Seoul located near a subway (Hyehwa) and surrounded by a million coffee shops and good restaurants. The staff, mostly workawayers from all iver the world, were very friendly and up for joint discovery of Seoul and the surrounding areas. There is free toast and jam available, shared bathroom and showers but no towels (maybe upon request).

This Guesthouse is a joke. Here's a list the problems that I had there : 1. The guest house looks old and abandoned, don’t trust the pictures 2. The bedrooms are NOT clean (they're disgusting) and neither are the bathrooms 3. Mosquitos eat you up during the night, despite the AC and their product. 4. Wifi is unstable, and you have to basically "get over it" 5. Freezer doesn't work well. Bought an ice-cream, put it in there. The next day it had melted, everything in the freezer must be rotten 6. To keep some doors open, sandals are used to block them, didn’t notice that until one of those shoes fell over my head 7. Most of the towels look and smell like they’ve been in the closet for ages, which is precisely why I used my own stuff 8. I didn't touch the dishes and wouldn't with a 10 foot pole. Moral to the story : to the best of your ability VISIT a guesthouse before booking it. If you can’t or someone in Korea can’t do it for you DO NOT BOOK HERE under any circumstance. The price is attractive, but it is better to book somewhere more expensive but much better.
