Friendly Staff, Rooms are small but clean and comfortable. Easy access to Seoul Station and other establishments.

No microwave, we are staying for a month we don’t have space enough for clothes, the water runs out of shower so we have wet floor every day, no restaurant open for dinner so we had to eat by the lobby/bar area where was only one person working. We are not to impress or satisfied with this hotel.

This hotel is recently opened, clean and well constructed. However, All units do not have any windows so reflashing air and small are restricted and isolated. Also, all items are changed by front such as drink snacks etc.

This place is great! So clean and right next to Seoul Station which is pretty centrally located in Seoul. The best part is that the way to get to the hotel from the subway is all underground so if it's raining you can stay relatively dry (there are two parts where you will be exposed to the weather). All the rooms are high up so you get a great view of the city. The staff here is also exceptional. As I got here before check in time, I was able to store my bags (just don't loose the ticket! ) by the front desk. When I returned the front desk staff made sure that I spoke with the original staff member so that there wasn't any confusion.

This was a great location for a quick overnight in Seoul. I wanted a room. Close to Seoul station and this location was perfect. Access to the hotel via walkway is easily found at station exit 12. Check in was speedy and friendly and the room was very comfortable if a bit small. AC worked well — bed and linens were great. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. While not huge the food was very fresh and plenty of choices. I give 4 stars because room service ends at 9 and I arrived at 9:10 hoping to get a quick bite but no luck. Fortunately I had a few snacks so it all worked out fine.

This place is great for the business traveler! Especially if you are interested in getting out and about after work. Seoul Station is really close and they even have a dedicated “tunnel” that gets you right in the station. Beware though, the dedicated tunnel closes at a certain time but you can just go up the stairs and walk into the hotels regular entrance. The staff was nice and welcoming. The gym isn’t much, dark and small but if you can get outside to run around, the hotel helps by being in a good location. There are some pretty good local restaurants around the hotel, too. As of July 2018, the taxi drivers have told me it’s a newish hotel so not all know where it is.

Modern hotel, with small but perfectly clean and upscale rooms. Amazing location as you can access the underground through the hotel, everything is only a few stops away. Would definitely return.

I have had the pleasure of staying in this hotel on two seperate occasions (the first being in July 2017 and the second being July 2018) and I can happily say that both stays were delightful! The hotel is in a very assessable area, being right next to Seoul station so travel to the airport and around Seoul in general was very easy. The room itself (twin single room) was clean and tidy and had a lovely view (see picture attached), the bathroom was also a joy as the shower was amazing lol. The staff were friendly and helpful and made the check in/out a very smooth and quick process. We didn't experience the all of the available amenities such as roomservice/restaurant (as we spent our time eating out) or the gym so I can't vouch for the quality of them, however we did use the coin laundry which was clean, inexpensive (compared to the hotel dry cleaning) and efficient. Overall, I would say that Four Points is worth the stay and would recommend it to anyone.

Great studio in terms of location and amenities! Is just a stones throw away from Seoul Station hub, and it is sirrounded by cafeterias and various eateries (BBQ, more conventional korean food options etc). The building has a lounge at the top floor which has a coffee bar, massage chairs, and a well equipped gym!

This is my favorite hotel in Seoul. Sleek, modern and understated it's one of the best deals in town IMO. First off its a short distance from big transport hub Seoul Station, which can take you just about anywhere in the city including Incheon airport. It's definitely a business travel kind of hotel — I travel alone and the rooms are a perfect size, but I'm not sure about traveling with kids. The gym is a little too small for me but very usable. They have two treadmills, two bikes and some free weights And exercise balls, free towels and cold water, which honestly is all you need. The staff are very accommodating and speak fluent English. The bathroom is stocked with all the necessities, and there's a hot water maker and mini fridge in the room. There's also coin laundry if you need it. I've never actually gotten the breakfast on any of my stays, but it looks pretty solid. There are also two 24 hour convenient stores right across the street which seriously live up to the convenience in their name. Depending on what room you get the views are pretty nice since all the rooms are on the 20th floor or higher. So if you're a Starwood + Marriot rewards member (which you should be if you're not! ) And are looking for a solid hotel at a reasonable price point and good location this is a great contender.

This is a nice hotel in centre of city. Nearby walking any of the sides is interesting. Seoul railway station is just 100 meters. U can walk through basement subway directly to Seoul Station. But do not have swimming pool. Beautiful, neat and clean. Good hospitality. Room are little small but cozy for lovers. Recommended.

Very nice, clean hotel. Door entrance is small and not very noticeable from the street. It's right next to a convenient store. Lobby is on the 19th floor. Room is a little small but fits my needs. Hotel is pretty close to the Seoul station so easy to get to and from the airport. There's even an underpass that'll get you to the station. Staff is nice and friendly as well. Small gym located on the 20th floor as well as a coin laundry. I also got two free bottles of water every day.

Have stayed here and found it nothing special nor particularly convenient. Long walk through subway corridors and in and out many doors from the actual station. Needed to cancel a future booking. Was told I would be charged one night by email, but was charged for two. English skills of people answering the phone are so low this was not possible to resolve by phone, and the service level at this hotel is so low I doubt they really have any interest in resolving it.

The service provided by this hotel is very nice, the room is quite clean and tidy, but the dry winter door is easy to be static electricity to be careful, and near the function is also very convenient to have a lot of restaurant traditional market supermarkets and so on, and breakfast is very good, Koreans are not so accustomed to like Taiwanese people will go to breakfast shop, Therefore, the corresponding store is not so developed, so in Korea to eat such a level of breakfast feel pretty good, but also quite pushed to the passengers who are considering staying at this hotel yo ~

Overall a great hotel. Easy access from Seoul Station (subway and AREX). Use station exit 12 for direct access. Very friendly staff (reception and housekeeping). Modern and clean rooms, with great views.

It is close to the central station and the area is full of homeless people, although they are not dangerous. The hotel as such does not have a visible access easily. The breakfast buffet is fine. The standard rooms are very small.

It is very bad room service. The staff can not speak English very well and make me wait for ordering a food more than 2 hours. The operator call doesn’t go directly to the restaurant, they have to transfer around four call before someone pick up. Very bad experience with 4 stars hotel room service.

Room is clean n tidy, decently equipped and a very nice toilet. Around the hotel are various eateries that open late into the night, three C U 25 convenient stores all around. Breakfast buffet is very decent, all in all I had a nice stay with my family.

Located opposite the Seoul station, the economy hotel is suitable for personal travel or business travel, and the accommodation of the family is also very convenient. Underground channels have direct access to the Seoul station, link line Line 1 and Line Line 4, as well as the Airport Express line, is quite a convenient choice.

Clean but small room. Near to KTA metro line 4 exit 12.2 stations to meamang dong. 1/F street level has many local restaurant. Convienece store.

Nice service, kind staffs. The lobby is located on 19th floor. It might depend on room types, but sometimes I could see the bathroom through the mirror. So you may want to check. Also, we didnt know how to turn on the heater so we had to call the staffs. Overall, everything was fine.

I was in Seoul on a work trip, and Four Points seemed to have the best balance of what I was looking for. Cleanliness (my criteria), price, quality and location (near the hub of the Seoul Station). The rooms were relatively small and cozy, but pretty much every hotel in Seoul is small so I can't take points off for that. The hotel starts on the 19th floor, so pretty much every room has a great view of the city. Waking up to the views there every morning was awesome! I can't say enough good about the ladies at the front desk. They were extremely helpful, a wealth of information as I tried to navigate the city, and were always cheerful and professional. The breakfast buffet was excellent and a great way to start each day. Frankly, I can't imagine a better hotel experience than the one I had at the Four Points Namsan.

The location was perfect! Corrected via an underground link to the seoul station, bus station is also just in front of the hotel, there's also a convenience store in front of the hotel. Breakfast was wonderful and the hotel staff was courteous. The view from our 30th floor room was stunning!

I have a good stay. Hotel is close Seoul station. Exit 12 of Seoul station and use underground path, you can reach Hotel B2, take an elevator to hotel reception on 19th floor. The room rate is reasonable.

My mum just checked in tonight 23/12/16 at 9pm and was being told that you cannot provide any info related for any food option available and your check in gentlemen just willing to get the job done without any sense of service — instead he told my mum that 'No info will be given' — what kind of service is this from Starwood Hotels (I used to work with St Regis before and I do not have guts to say this to my guests) — now you guys are just leave them for no food available and bloody starving for the first night in Korea — I demand a prompt and non — generic reply from you guys or expect a big complaint on TripAdvisor and to the HQ of Marriott / Starwood.

Very comfortable stay. Hotel is connected to the Seoul station subway by underground passage (closed at 11pm). Room and service quality was great — a class above typical Four Points locations in North America.

New hotel. But room is too small. Beverage bar doesnt open 24 hours, and they dont allow me to sit there and use my computer at night time. My mate was sleeping at room, I have to go coffee shop outside of building.

Recently opened, all new and well designed. Great Breakfast variety. The walking distance from Seoul Station makes it perfectly accessible from Incheon Airport by the express train. I had a special rate at app. 100$. For this price a great offer and 100% recomendable.
