서울 아니랄까봐 세면대가 따로 있는 부티크 모텔임에도 방이 좁은 편이고 amenity가 꽤 고급이지만 바디로션 같은 중요한 물건이 없다. 욕실도 상당히 좁지만 중급 터브가 있고 넓은 외부 창문이 바로 옆에 있는 점이 좋다. 욕실 프라이버시가 유지되지 않으므로 대비되지 않은 상대에 대해서는 당혹스러울 수 있고, 문을 열어둔 경우 김이 그대로 들어와 에어컨으로 식혀진 방 전체에 물방울이 맺힌다 (여름 한정).
